早前已經從報紙上睇過呢間餐廳既介紹有次坐車經過仲突登"跳車"到來睇餐牌滿心期待的我~終於相約到友人到來試菜原來友人已經到來食過早餐、午餐、下午茶
佢話都ok既, 更覺得無簡錯囉其他主菜都麻麻地好所以齊齊點左個美國西冷set黎食一個南瓜湯、一個洋蔥湯以唔好洋蔥既我黎講呢個淡淡洋蔥味既湯算係幾ok架啦至少我都都飲得晒
個沙律都幾ok份量適中~"無乜法國風格"~哈最like呢種酸度適中調味以疏菜既爽脆為主搞勻配料黎食~唔錯
主菜~美國西冷牛扒6成熟係咁上下但係食落就覺得偏韌肉味麻麻~唔算好有友人既(7七)都係差唔多作為$198set既主菜黎講就相對失色好多 :(配菜既蜜豆同炸薯角反而ok囉可能食其他要多d烹調技巧既主菜先會好dd掛一場黎到唔差在試埋個甜品---法式焦糖燉蛋呢個份量算大~兩個人食都ok夠面上有半粒士多啤梨再加3粒藍梅~加分表面有脆卜卜的焦糖~燒焦得剛剛好燉蛋混有粗粗的香草粒~算一特色啦味道亦都幾好~
另外~佢既咖啡亦都可以一試既雖然對比我今晚所食黎講啡味比較濃郁、霸道總括而言, 呢一頓法國餐唔可以話我失望既 :)或者只係我太大期望者下次maybe再試下佢既lunch同tea吧…Read More
