我同朋友最近去咗銅鑼灣的「鮑逸」,一間專做日本Omakase的餐廳,對於食材新鮮度同味道都好有期待,入到去就已經感受到濃厚嘅日式氣氛。第一道沖繩水雲,口感滑嫩,清爽又帶有海味,仲有淡淡的鹹香,真係開胃。然後上咗北海道安康魚肝,口感滑溜,味道濃郁。汁煮黑梅貝,味道鮮甜,搭配少少的醬汁,食落去有種微微的鹹香,再加上貝肉的Q彈,真係好過癮。粒貝刺身新鮮得無得輸,肉質彈牙,味道清淡,搭配醬油。真鯛魚海膽豆腐卷,滑滑嘅豆腐包住鮮甜嘅海膽,味道層次分明,咬落去既有海的鮮味,又有豆腐的滑順,真係好享受。北寄貝刺身,肉質鮮美,搭配少少的檸檬汁,味道更加突出,食落去每一口都係享受。龍蝦刺身加海膽同法國魚子醬,味道真係一流,龍蝦肉鮮嫩,海膽嘅香甜配上魚子醬的鹹香,食落去真係無得輸。石門鯛搭配海藻鹽,魚肉鮮嫩,咬下去有種清新的海味,海藻鹽令整道菜更加突出,食完一口真係好滿足。赤貝壽司,米飯粒粒分明,赤貝新鮮,味道鮮甜,搭配壽司醬油。鰝鰺壽司,魚肉滑嫩,味道非常出色,搭配少少的鹽,真係一口接一口,完全停唔到。蟹膏豆腐,滑滑的豆腐配上濃郁的蟹膏,味道層次豐富,食落去既有蟹的鮮味又有豆腐的綿密,真係好過癮。牡丹蝦新鮮無比,肉質彈牙,搭配少少的檸檬汁。令和怪物蠔,肉質肥美,味道鮮甜,配埋檸檬汁。獅魚醬油漬,魚肉鮮嫩,醬油的鹹香令整道菜更添風味,食落去既有海味又有醬香,真係好正。腦天壽司,吞拿魚後尾枕,肉質滑嫩,搭配米飯,味道層次分明,真係食落去每一口都好享受。八結貝壽司,肉質鮮美,搭配少少的醬油,味道更為突出。黑龍壽司,魚肉新鮮,搭配特製醬汁,味道濃郁,食落去每一口都係享受。赤身醬油漬,魚肉滑順,味道鮮甜,搭配壽司米。紫海膽,鮮甜可口,口感滑順,搭配少少的鹽,真係每一口都係一種享受,令人陶醉。機煮鮑魚,鮑魚滑嫩,搭配特製醬汁,味道層次豐富,食落去每一口都令人回味無窮。金鯛立鱗燒,外脆內嫩,魚肉鮮美,搭配少少的醬油,味道非常出色,食落去真係好過癮。松葉蟹肉壽司,新鮮的蟹肉搭配壽司米,味道層次分明。拖羅手卷,鮪魚的鮮甜與米飯的香氣,食落去真係一口接一口,完全停不下來。白海膽,滑滑的口感,味道濃郁,搭配少少的鹽,真係食得好開心。玉子布甸,滑順的口感,甜而不膩。最後,舞茸茹清湯,喝落去既清淡又不失鮮味,真係好適合搭配整頓餐,令人感到舒爽。總括來講,「鮑逸」的Omakase真係一流,無論係食材新鮮度定係味道,都令人印象深刻,絕對值得再來!…Read More

我同朋友今次嚟到尖沙咀的「炑」,期待已久嘅日本正宗Omakase,入到去就已經感受到濃厚嘅日式氛圍,真係好有feel。第一道上嘅水八爪,肉質彈牙,搭配紫蘇葉嘅清香,食落去有一種清新感,紫菜的鹹香更添風味,真係好開胃口。接著來到海膽三文魚茶碗蒸,滑滑嘅口感令人驚喜,海膽嘅鮮甜同三文魚嘅香味融合得好好。靜岡縣石雕切片來得剛好,肉質鮮嫩,搭配少少的醬油,味道更加突出,咬下去有種海鮮的清新感。然後係淡霧島針魚,肉質滑嫩,搭配檸檬汁,食落去既有海味又有清爽感,仲有一絲酸味,真係食到心情大好。德島縣的生蠔新鮮無比,肉質鮮甜,配上檸檬汁,味道更加突出。木乾魚配青檸,外脆內嫩,青檸的酸味令整道菜更添風味,食落去有種咸香味。接下來係獅魚,肉質鮮嫩,搭配柚子胡椒和Wasabi,味道層次分明。日本海膽配Wasabi,海膽鮮甜,搭配Wasabi的清香。北海道喜知次壽司飯,飯粒粒分明。金木鵰清湯,飲落去既清淡又不失鮮味,舞茸菇的香氣令湯更加美味,喝下去暖心又舒爽。燒吞拿魚外焦內嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配少少鹽,味道非常出色。香箱蟹,蟹膏、蟹籽同蟹肉完全無得輸,搭配一齊食落去,味道濃郁。沖繩花竹蝦,配上咖哩鹽,蝦肉鮮甜,咖哩的香氣令整道菜更添風味。北海道鮑魚配肝醬,鮑魚滑嫩,搭配肝醬的濃郁,味道層次豐富。皇釜飯香氣四溢,米飯粒粒分明。赤味增湯味道濃郁,喝落去既暖心又滋補,真係好適合搭配整頓餐。最後,九洲蜜柑果凍清甜爽口,甜而不膩。搭配啤酒同梅酒,啤酒清爽可口,梅酒香甜,兩者搭配得好好。…Read More

火候十足嘅串燒店!大推!

最近我同朋友去咗尖沙咀的「鳥鑫」,環境靜靜地,傾下計幾唔錯,有種好輕鬆嘅氛圍。首先上桌嘅係沙角椰菜,沙角脆脆的,加上椰菜的清香,味道非常清新,開胃岩岩好。接著嚟到味淋魚乾,魚乾味道好濃郁,咬落去有啲彈性,帶有淡淡的甜味,搭配啤酒正好,真係一流。然後係銀杏,銀杏外脆內軟,味道香甜。再嚟試試紫蘇雞胸,雞胸肉嫩滑,紫蘇的香氣令整道菜更加提味,真係好清新,完全唔膩。柚子雞柳隨即上場,雞柳外脆內嫩,柚子的清香味道帶得好好,整體口感非常豐富,令人驚喜。明太子燒豆腐係另一道不得不試的菜,豆腐燒得金黃,明太子的鹹香搭配豆腐的滑嫩,味道真係無得輸。接下來係汁燒豆腐,豆腐吸收咗汁料,味道入味,滑滑的口感真係好好食。燒牛脷方面,牛脷煮得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩,味道濃郁,食落去真係好滿足。蘭王蛋免治雞棒就更加好味,免治雞棒外脆內嫩,再加上流心的蘭王蛋。燒雞頸又係一個好選擇,雞頸肉質彈牙,味道濃郁,搭配特製醬汁,唔會悶。然後嚟到燒雞橫膈膜,橫膈膜滑嫩,帶有啲油脂,味道香濃,真係好過癮。燒甲狀腺就更加特別,甲狀腺外脆內嫩,味道正宗,食完真係唔想停。燒青椒仔,青椒炒得火候剛好,脆口又保持住鮮味,為整個餐點增添清新感。再嚟燒雞春髀,雞春髀外脆內嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配調味料,真係一絕。燒雞蠔肉滑滑的,搭配上特製醬汁。燒白鱔方面,白鱔肉質滑嫩,味道鮮甜。最後,甜品係燒花生芝麻湯圓,湯圓外皮脆香,內餡香濃,花生芝麻味道甜而不膩。…Read More

不能錯過的正宗Omakase

聽同事介紹上環「鮨燐」餐廳,仲話每一道菜都好講究,食材新鮮,味道正宗。趁住weekend, 就同朋友泥試下先!首先上桌的是靜崗縣蕃茄,好令人開胃。接著係鰹魚煮螺,這道菜色香味俱全,螺肉彈牙,真係唔錯!然後是法國鴨胸。鴨胸表面煎得金黃香脆,內裡保持著嫩滑的肉質,搭配上特製的醬汁,甜中帶鹹,層次感十足,令我回味無窮。隨後的主角是十四貫刺身,首先是熊本雅鯛。肉質鮮美,口感滑溜,簡直是海味的極致體現。接下來是北海道墨烏賊和北海道帆立貝,兩者都極為新鮮,烏賊的清甜和帆立貝的鮮美,讓我感受到北海道的海洋精華。之後是北海道右口魚和深海池魚。右口魚的肉質細膩,味道清淡,深海池魚則更具海味,兩者都令人驚喜。接下來的一道是北海道鱆紅魚和島根縣池魚仔。鱆紅魚肉質豐腴,而池魚仔則鮮甜可口。然後是岩手縣赤貝和中拖羅。赤貝肉質厚實,口感極佳,而中拖羅的油脂分佈恰到好處,入口即化,真係食過就唔想停。接下來是銀鱈魚和牡丹蝦+蝦膏。銀鱈魚肉質滑嫩,搭配一點鹽,鮮味十足;而牡丹蝦則極為鮮甜,蝦膏更是讓整道菜升華,味道濃郁,絕對值得一試。再來是北海道馬糞海膽和鯖魚 白昆布。馬糞海膽的甘甜和滑膩,搭配上白昆布的清新。最後是秋刀魚卷,秋刀魚的鮮味十足。餐後來碗麵豉湯, 鮮香濃郁,暖心又暖胃,正好為這餐畫上圓滿的句號。最後,甜品是抹茶奶凍,滑嫩可口而且抹茶香氣濃郁,甜而不膩。…Read More

極高質性價比超高西班牙餐廳

Weekend 同朋友一起來到了位於中環的「Quiero Más」西班牙餐廳,品嚐這裡精緻的西班牙料理。一走進餐廳,我們被溫暖舒適的歐式裝潢和悠揚的西班牙音樂所吸引,整個用餐氛圍相當悠然自得。首先奉上的是「Beef Tartare」,新鮮多汁的生牛肉搭配特製的香料調味醬,入口即化,帶有濃郁的西班牙風情。接著是「Barca Hamachi」,肥嫩多汁的魚配上獨特的調醬,鮮甜可口,令人難忘。接下來是「oyster」和「Broken eggs」,兩道菜品都極其出色。「oyster」肉質飽滿,Q彈多汁,帶有濃郁的海鮮鮮香;而「Broken eggs」則呈現出濃郁滑順的蛋汁,口感滋潤柔軟。兩者搭配絕佳,令人難忘。最後一道前菜是「Foie gras」,鵝肝的濃郁香醇與西班牙特有的風味完美融合,在口中化開,餘韻迷人。整個前菜環節讓我們大飽口福,感受到了濃厚的西班牙風情。轉到主菜,我們首先嘗到了「Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette, Mashed Potato, Sauteed Spinach」。和牛肉質細膩鮮嫩,搭配上馬鈴薯泥和炒菠菜,呈現出了西班牙菜注重原料口感的特點。下一道「QM Signature Suckling Pig, Pumpkin Puree, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Jus」同樣令人驚艷,肉質肥而不膩,帶有迷人的香氣,配上南瓜泥和迷迭香烤馬鈴薯,層次豐富,散發出濃濃的西班牙風情。最後我們品嚐了兩款甜品,「Churros with Chocolate Dip」和「Basque Burnt Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis」。前者外酥內軟,搭配濃郁的巧克力醬,讓人欲罷不能。後者的芝士蛋糕則散發著淡雅的焦香,酸甜的覆盆子醬汁與之相得益彰。「Free flow wine」可以同唔同美食搭配,陶醉其中。整個用餐過程中,我們都被「Quiero Más」的出色西班牙料理所折服,每一道菜品都極具特色,令人流連忘返。…Read More

位於中環的A Lux餐廳,今次特意book泥同女朋友慶祝周年紀念!一入餐廳,映入眼簾的是溫馨優雅的裝潢,柔和的燈光和舒適寬敞的環境,讓人彷彿置身於意大利鄉村別墅般,感受到濃濃的異國情調。餐廳的服務更是一絲不苟,服務生細心周到,為我們呈上每一道菜式時都會詳細解說食材和烹調方法。Welcome Drink - 香檳餐前奉上的香檳,酒體細膩,氣泡綿密,入口柔順微甜,散發出淡雅的香氣。AntipastoCheese + 蕃茄: 新鮮的乳酪溫潤可口,配上甜美多汁的蕃茄,口感清脆爽口,開胃開味。鯷魚包: 鹹香濃郁的鯷魚與柔滑的雞蛋餡完美融合,口感細膩入味,讓人回味無窮。Parma ham + 哈密瓜: 鹹香的parma火腿與甜美多汁的哈密瓜,真的絕配。鴨肝: 鴨肝帶有淡淡的香料香氣,口感細膩。最後仲有酥脆嘅牛角包。Pasta有兩款:24 months Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti with black truffles: 意大利麵放咗喺芝士年輪上邊炒,配上黑松露,味道層次豐富。Carabineros Prawn homemade Spaghetti: 新鮮肥美的大蝦與手工製作的意大利麵融合在一起,散發出濃郁的海鮮香味,口感扎實彈牙。Main Course方面就叫咗羊同牛。Lamb Rack & Sausage: 羊架肉質鮮嫩多汁,回味無窮。而USDA Ribeye牛排,肉質細嫩鮮美,牛味濃郁。Desserts叫咗兩款,Seasonal fruit napoleon, mango sherbet: 酥脆的薄餅配上微酸的芒果雪酪,口感清新爽口。同埋,Smoked hazelnut chocolate lava tart, vanilla ice cream: 內餡濃郁柔滑的巧克力塔,外皮酥脆,仲有淡淡煙熏味,配上香濃順口的香草冰淇淋,真係一流嘅享受。…Read More

差勁嘅服務質素,浪費左位置咁好嘅地點

早左收工,去左Gochi諗住happy hour relax下,但是對他們的服務質素感到非常失望。首先,服務員的態度冷淡且缺乏熱情,完全沒有提供令人滿意的用餐體驗。首先happy hour只可以坐係樓下,但樓下係長時間1個waiter都無,想叫杯野飲等最起碼15分鐘,仲要係要我上返去樓上叫侍應落泥先落到order。呢種差勁的服務態度讓我感到非常不舒服,而且完全不符合一家高檔餐廳應有的標準。更糟糕的是,Gochi餐廳竟然還要收取額外的服務費。這種做法讓人感到非常不滿,尤其是考慮到他們提供的服務質素如此差勁。我認為,如果一家餐廳想要收取服務費,他們應該提供優質的服務和用餐體驗。然而,Gochi餐廳卻做到了相反的效果,這讓我感到非常失望和不公平。總而言之,我對Gochi餐廳的服務質素和性價比感到非常失望。他們的服務態度冷淡且缺乏細心,收取額外的服務費也讓人不滿。加上菜品質量和價格之間的不匹配,我無法給予他們一個正面的評價。我希望他們能夠反省並改進他們的服務,以提供更好的用餐體驗給顧客。…Read More
