今日boss帶我地實驗室噶人出去group lunch,他推薦去頌安吃,於是乎一行人就坐他車去了。去到門口,有幾個公公婆婆系度等位。不過5分鐘左右就輪到位了,唔使搭台,太幸運了。我地5個人,要左碟炸雲吞、一碟鳳爪、燒賣同陳村粉各一籠、豉椒排骨河粉配半隻咸雞。只咸雞幾有雞味,唔會太鹹,又剛好帶得出它噶鮮味,不過好似就細碟左少少,懷疑系“雞行”~~碟炸雲吞個形整得好華麗,好似朵花。我一開始以為系蛋散,咬到最後先發覺系只雲吞。餡就偏少,不過都唔會太肥膩,至少個皮炸的幾乾身。至於籠燒賣,見到好大隻蝦放系燒賣面頭,仲有蟹子。食落都幾好。至於其他噶,都算系平均水平啦~~…Read More

朋友之前看過微博介紹,今次來HK專程搵我一起去試下。去到店門口就見到大大張海報寫住“慎防假冒”噶通告,但廟街3間都爆人,好彩鴉打街仲有位。照住他介紹點左個黃鱔煲仔飯、蠔餅、避風塘炒蜆、牛肉窩蛋煲仔飯。個蠔餅最好,d蠔夠新鮮,唔會太乾,趁熱食一流。避風塘炒蜆噶量都好足,可惜有d系吉殼= =可能系總店拿過來噶原因,拿到來唔系咁熱。至於煲仔飯,d料總體偏少,而且似乎冇事先調好味。不過他放左支豉油系度,自己按照口味來加,但感覺上支豉油偏淡,加左一湯匙都唔太夠味。服務方面,阿姨都幾熱情,而且等餸噶時間都唔會太耐。如果下次經過,應該都會再去。…Read More

之前看過食評話呢間性價比幾好,於是借住牛一朋友落來慶祝之時,出海慕名而去。從榕樹灣行山路去到索罟灣,大概中午12點,我地居然系午市第一圍客人!間餐廳大體上幾整潔企理,選佐個靠海噶位,海風吹過來好爽。點左個4人海鮮套餐,有炸吉列魷魚、椒鹽大蝦、蒜蓉元貝(自己改的,加50蚊)、清蒸魚、油菜同炒飯,總共$488。魷魚整得幾好,唔會太肥膩,而且魷魚都幾新鮮。碟炒飯分量好足,調味亦都恰到好處。至於椒鹽大蝦,可能我本身口味比較清淡,而且連殼吃,覺得超咸。但剝左殼之後味道都可以。條魚系盲鰽,肉好新鮮,但略帶腥味。除此之外,老闆好熱情招呼,而且仲幫我地去問船期同是否有位。總噶來講,雖然未吃遍招牌菜式,而且都有d未盡人意,但都算高性價比。…Read More
