想吃日本茶,在這裡左SEARCH右SEARCH見呢度一面倒好評便來試試市面上的日本菜一係走傳統高級路線,一係走FUSION/新派路線呢度係後者,裝修新穎MODERN,格局佈置都好西式餐廳,有SUSHI BAR,水吧都係係出面個人比較PREFER 傳統路線,已經先扣了少少印象分但係DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER,食物才是食評的精髓叫了MASU DELUXE BENTO所以LUNCH SET都包SALAD,蒸蛋,仲有一SCOOP薯仔(?)SALAD係落ORDER後都很快便到,3樣前菜都係好機械式的成品,QUALITY係OK,但係感覺冇乜誠意主菜都係眾人未食完前菜就不停端上,好配合香港TIME IS MONEY 呢個宗旨MASU DELUXE BENTO($280),分熟食和壽司刺身SIGNATURE DISH (ACCORDING TO MOBILE OPENRICE)頗失望⋯⋯壽司刺身部份:壽司同刺身的魚生冇乜光澤,有D乾,但係食落都幾新鮮,係三文魚麻麻地冇乜鮮味,壽司飯軟硬舒中,飯身結實熟食部分:左上吉列蠔,我唔食蠔,俾左人食,佢話幾好味中上鐵板燒牛肉薄燒,呢個都幾好食,不過好爆嘅係,上菜時問了香港人WAITER 是什麼,佢居然答我地係煮物,侍應先生其實唔清楚可以唔好亂答!右上燒鯖魚,外皮焦香,魚身都有汁唔算乾,唔錯仲當仲配有一碗飯,飯是日本米,但係致命的是飯很乾,真係粒粒分明,同埋係碗飯唔係熱的最後可選擇COFFEE($20 EXTRA),TEA OR DESSERT甜品係 TARO POTATO ICE CREAM,即係香芋雪糕可惜吃下去是牛奶公司的感覺,SERIOUSLY?!整體上食物質素只是緊緊合格,環境都算舒服,只係有啲嘈吵但係性價比低,JUST DON'T REALLY WORTH THE MONEYSIGNATURE DISH 也只是一般貨色可能我好PICKY,但係我會EXPECT MORE AT SUCH PRICING食物只係好流水作業的端到客人面前少了一份傳統日本菜的熱誠同細心…Read More

難得放假黎到中環食個晏,同行的說之前食過幾好味同抵食,咪黎試下囉去之前有打過去問今日有咩SET LUNCH聽了OPTION後都覺得OK, 因為佢話LUNCH TIME只可以叫SET,不能À la carte (散叫)到餐廳時1310左右,坐低左WAITRESS 同我地講今日SET LUNCH 的SALAD 同SOUP都賣曬,但係仲有一個CAULIFLOWER SOUP 嘅我地都質疑一早訂左位,LUNCH TIME 都可以賣晒啲野?又一早講明唔俾À la carte,想點?但我地起初都覺得STARTER 冇就算,都仲叫有另一個湯 MAKE UP番同埋MAIN COURSE冇受影響咁佢今日MAIN COURSE 3個CHOICE 係EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA,SEARED CHICKEN BREAST 同SEARED SALMON點知問多兩問原來MAIN COURSE都賣曬,得番2份EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA 咁而家即係想我地點?3個人SHARE2個SET LUNCH, 定係叫一個人係度食風??跟住呀經理就拎MENU 過黎SUGGEST 我地À la carte,打電話黎訂又話唔俾,而家又得??仲係咁SUGGEST我地D SALAD, PASTA 同CREPE 都好好食嫁即係SET MENU D SALAD 賣曬,但係又可以散叫CAESAR SALAD??反問WAITRESS, 佢只係吱唔了幾聲說幫我地問下廚房,得到的答覆只係“賣晒”係究竟材料用晒,定係今日QUOTA滿左?點都好,一早訂左位又同左客人講不能À la carte 之後卻沒為客人留起相關份數的食材只能講讓客人感覺混亂同服務很差本身想起身走人,但係外面落狗屎加上擾攘左咁耐已經係1320經理又話送我們每人一杯FREE DRINK唯有照食吧我叫了 SPINACH,FRESH TOMATO CONCASSE AND CHEESE LASAGNE端上來的樣子已叫人不開胃,成碟嘔吐物咁可能我係鄉下仔,唔識欣賞法式STYLE 千層麵佳餚吧但係唔好咁快判死刑,可能好好味呢?可惜呢碟野真係掂只係將LASAGNE 煮熟後隨便堆疊在一起然後再瀟灑地加上CREAM CHEESE 同TOMATO SAUCE味道真的很清淡,沒有層次和調味似的,LASAGNE有點過熟,口感偏淋,TOMATO 味很淡很淡,只吃到CREAM CHEESE味絕對是“雞肋”突然發現SPINACH在哪?細心搜尋下都發現唔到向經理請示大師,結果如下:只在上面為我加左一篤SPINACH!可惜的是那篤SPINACH是苦的吃罷MAIN COURSE 經理為我們送上3件MACARON,為一路發生的事致歉食左PISTACHIO的,又幾好食嘅,外皮香脆,帶陣陣的開心果味DRINK我叫了ICE CHOCOLATE WITH CHESTNUT CREAM端上桌時很疑惑CREAM到了哪??我呢D 鄉下仔識好少野好驚出醜,心諗應該D CHESTNUT CREAM 係BLEND 左入去杯野度但係飲左啖都係唔覺有CHESTNUT味,只覺CHOCOLATE 味濃郁心中不禁為自己牛嚼牡丹的表現深感羞愧,最後忍不住問了問WAITER,原來這一杯不是ICED CHOC WITH CHESTNUT CREAM,即係又貨不對辦!!!埋單時CHECK 單DRINK 又計左我地錢,又話FREE DRINK??不過最後都VOID左總結:1 已經訂左位應該會知道當日有幾多客黎排?又推介SET LUNCH的MAIN COURSE很好食,去到又百無,唔可以又變可以À la carte,令客人冇所適從2 食物水準真係有很大進步空間,那個SPINACH LASAGNE 真係我咁大個人食過最HEA同最有性格嘅一個朋友的DISH的INGREDIENT 也和MENU有出入,咁我仲要本MENU黎做乜?3 在客人不滿和出了幾次錯的情況下都仲冇用心跟緊D ORDER,落3杯野飲都可以落錯,仲要係MANAGER 親自同我地落,只會令客人覺得不受尊重4 又話FREE DRINK 但係又CHARGE 番,係咪真係有誠意同客人MAKE IT UP?只另我覺得你好似想”質質博“收我錢I AM NOT TRYING TO BE PICKY,但係當D MISTAKE一個接一個地出現,客人嘅不滿只會係EXPONENTIAL GROWTH任你的服務態度有多好,SAY多少次SORRY同唔好意思也只是徒然食完呢餐其實唔係好飽,但係都係食唔落野,點解?因為條氣頂住!!…Read More

在OPENRICE每次想係CWB搵食都會見到呢間餐廳聞名不如見面這天晚上9時左右到達,心想呢個時段應該唔駛等位但係都係好爆2個人要同另一對人搭檯但可惜的是呢度D檯好鬼細張,唔明可以點樣4個人SHARE一張咁細嘅檯好彩過左一陣有2人位空左,立刻飛撲過去霸位點了MUSHROOM BEEF BURGER 同 TWISTER FRIESBURGER真的很意外意外是這麼多人熱捧的店,水準卻是那麼令人失望賣相很漂亮,切得好靚麵包係鬆但不軟MUSHROOM炒到出晒水了,不好吃TOMATO很JUICY,但卻令麵包SOAKED掉,口感變差HOMEMADE SAUCE,唔記得左係咩味,可以說是沒特色吧最最最失望的是那個BEEF PATTY調味怪怪的,牛肉味似有似冇,更好似有陣“NA”過的味道,MINCE BEEF也要“NA”??不JUICY,而且是MEDIUM不是WELL DONE,我自己唔係咁鍾意我知道不嬲D BURGER專門店係鍾意MEDIUM/MEDIUM RARE PATTIES但係其實UNLIKE STEAK,MINCE BEEF 唔全熟是有機會FOOD POISONING的 (唔好意思,職業病,有興趣可以自己去RESEARCH下)但係我要講今次食完絕對冇上吐下瀉或者唔舒服!!ANYWAY,個BURGER係令人失望的,主因都係個PATTY出事,只吃了一半便沒吃現在回想起來讀大學時澳洲的BEEF BURGER其實都幾好食!!TWISTER FRIES幾香口,但係份量偏少IN GENERAL價錢不便宜,抵唔抵食就自己衡量…Read More

係CWB成日食完飯想去食糖水但已經食到唔知食邊間好聽講鵝頸橋個邊多左一間去到店外都有不少人等候,但我地2位出奇地很快便有位店內其實都幾大,容納到起碼40人餐牌上甜品的款式很多,名稱很別樹一格,有幾款都幾創新最後叫了榴槤班戟同芒果琉璃榴槤班戟,一大件上,但係又冇俾到刀,想SHARE有一定難度,味道一般芒果琉璃,配上芒果汁同應該係YOGURT之類的汁琉璃是指那些”西米“,其實一直很喜歡吃這些“西米”,脆卜卜的口感在糖水中出現很過癮但係今次俾成一大碗令我深深體會物極必反的道理真係嚼到你牙骹軟,另一方面我不太喜歡汗的味道(特別是那個YOGURT 味的)同埋好似太少汁最後都係投降食唔晒有機會都會再黎試下其他甜品…Read More

chuwaiin 你可以去福榮街218號美居中心41號A地舖-阿賢麵線。台灣菜館,師傅系台灣人,招牌大腸麵線28元/碗,也有肉燥飯一樣28元/碗,大大碗,價錢實惠,很正宗,很好味,這店内的奶茶一樣精彩,茶味香濃奶味重,甜度啱啱好和店內的冬瓜檸檬茶一樣精湛的*之作,肯定不會令你失望的

約左人去中環食晏,苦惱食咩,一路SCROLL一路揀呢間個名都幾搞笑睇番D COMMENT都唔錯咁店內裝修新穎,走酒吧格調唔係好爆,但係都有7﹣8成入坐MENU係全英名的,英文差少少都唔識叫價錢寫法都好出位ONE ONE EIGHT, ONE TWO EIGHT最後點了點了一個PORKER SET另外2人一同叫了KNUCKLE FEASTSTARTER/SALAD:POTTED SALMON WITH CAPERS PARSLEY DILL EGG BRIOCHE MELBA TOAST樣子精緻,三文魚粒加上酸酸的CAPERS粒很鮮味開胃,配住香脆的MELBA TOAST幾好味朋友叫了BEETROOT SALAD,賣相不錯,但沒吃所以不評GRILLED SAUSAGES. MUSTARD MASH. 之前想黎食,但係WALK IN 竟然冇位!今次訂定位先黎!叫了南亭特色二人前,但一行三人,問了侍應,可以改做三人前,所有野2變3!凍豆腐,很ORDINARY啦,我亦覺很難做得出色的,沒什麼好評露筍豬肉卷豬肉燒得香脆,露筍有汁可惜有渣雞軟骨不嬲都鍾意食雞油味很香,軟骨有嚼勁~(請用國語讀出)燒雞翼很難得燒得咁JUICY但係雞皮可以再脆啲南蠻燒牛肉牛肉很腍多汁,但我個人唔太欣賞佢個醬汁,鹽燒可能更好味!大蝦,幾大隻,肉質唔”梅“但都唔爽不過佢單叫價錢都唔平,係回本之作多春魚(外加)冇食到,不評但睇落唔夠飽滿鴨胸大蔥串其實我一直都唔鍾意食個D煙鴨胸,都係加工食品味道很難會有特別吧?呢個串燒都係用呢啲即食鴨胸,所以味道都係⋯⋯大蔥甜但有渣(我係好煩,少少渣都唔中意)燒白鱔,外面燒得很脆!有少少骨但很大條的鱔很肥多油我本身唔鍾意食鱔都食晒茄子都仲幾多汁我不嬲都唔鍾意依茄子因為陣腥味但係呢度整到冇,俾面食左一舊三文魚茶漬飯唔好意思都要講句,雞肋之作談不上好味,但又唔係難食,用黎填肚吧燒牛脷唔老唔韌,但係都唔腍及格啦燒羊胺肉質軟腍,調味不覺特別出色羊味也是一般,我鍾意佢羶啲燒蕃薯朋友食舊脆皮我個舊唔係,不過很重牛油香蕃薯鬆化提子梳打特飲入面有QQ的蒟蒻條,服務:整體上員工都好殷勤但係發生左以下嘅事1本身叫了燒飯團的,但係漏了單,過了10分鐘再催單跟住都係漏單,之後有人黎CONFIRM係咪叫左燒飯團過左一陣都係未黎,最尾再黎問我地到左未,跟住都係叫佢CANCEL算2執碟時女侍應不小心彈到啲醬/汁落我個FRD度即刻連聲道歉,其他侍應都好緊張馬上遞上乾濕紙巾之後收個漬飯都唔小心滯左啲湯落檯不過冇彈到人亦都係因為咁女侍應同我地講唔好意思,為表歉意將雪米糰UPGRADE至雪糕有得揀咖啡OR 菠蘿選了菠蘿味,入面係有新鮮菠蘿肉的,幾好食埋單每人有少少貴啦,不過叫左咁多野,算係咁啦我地係左卡位,都叫有D私隱店內環境有氣氛但又唔太嘈,飲酒吹水好地方…Read More

有”味“的燒肉,SAFETY AND HAZARD要改善

夜晚不知要到哪進餐睇下自己個WISH LIST就呢一間最近上過電視嘅大阪日式燒肉打定電話黎訂,但係話8點半FULL 曬要WALK IN,10點後就WALK IN 一定有位8點半黎到,根本都唔FULL其實店入面都幾迫,座位排得很密,個爐同你個人只係有不足40CM的距離,店員換鐵板時都感覺都幾“牙煙”,不過佢地個樣都似訓練有素同熟手檯上空間都很少,叫多D野都冇位擺咁款另外店內真係好勁油煙味,感覺入面嘅抽油煙系統係形同虛設,離個爐好遠下,點吸油煙??但係呢啲形同虛設嘅系統引起十分強勁嘅氣流作用我地坐左係門口位,每當有人出入就會引起狂風 (出入廁所有同樣情況)長髮嘅會吹到披頭散髮,我個圍巾成日都吹到亂飛,如果唔小心吹埋個爐度燒著左都幾危險打開餐牌,係有好多CHOICE, MAINLY都係牛同豬,好多部位同內臟都有得食反而雞就好少CHOICE啦點了的食物:(冇乜影相,影完都未必記得邊樣打邊樣)豬側腹幾好肉地同腍,算比較抵食 ($28)牛尾MENU上的DESCRIPTION:富高蛋白質含豐富骨膠原。從骨髓滲出的美味難以抵擋但係係成塊帶骨的肥膏(搭好少肉咁)係好甘香呀(多膏嘛)但係說好的骨膠原同骨髓呢??牛橫膈膜有肉味,唔韌,講完牛脷外面一熟就要食啦,唔係會好韌都算OK豬腸哥(味噌淹)真係要叫聲阿哥,很彈牙,彈到香口膠咁,因為係唔會嚼得爛冇吞到吐了出來蘆筍薯仔牛油燒(錫紙包住燒)店員話要燒7分半鐘,夠鐘要叫佢地過黎幫我地整好啦,夠鐘,知會了店員佢只係過黎將鍚紙包按了按(睇下有幾脹)之後開左一個窿仔透氣,跟住就咁走左去咁即係點?食得未??雖然叫我地等同幫我地整野係唔同嘅人,但係都唔駛乜DESCRIPTION同CUE就走左去??呢一點真係唔夠細心最後自己用箝打開錫紙蘆筍已經有得燶燶地,入口唔JUICY,淋BATBAT咁,應該係燒走曬啲水份而燶嘅部份亦變成了”渣“薯仔就都未夠熟,都係我地自己再燒多兩燒燒脆啲先食油渣烏冬特色是上面個啲油渣粒吧,但我只係覺得很大陣油味,唔識欣賞烏冬係細身彈牙,軟硬度掌握得幾好整體不過不失叫了一個生菜有4﹣5塊菜,同埋一碟調了味的蔥絲同辣醬店員上菜時只求其有位就擺,有幾塊生菜就係咁掂左落啲豬腸哥度!佢都仲要察覺唔到,要我自己拎開同搣走污糟左個啲位牛小排同豬糉最好食嘅兩樣野豬糉很腍同鬆軟,睇落同食落都唔似豬肉!!牛小排,都係好腍,係其他食物襯托下變得幾好味試了雪糕,(牌子叫BILLIKEN)薑味的很夠薑,仲會有微微嘅薑辣係口中,推介!綠茶味,望落比一般綠茶雪糕深綠,但係食落又唔係好濃郁,綠茶香不足佢張櫈可以擺袋同衫避免成身油煙味另外廁所係有除味劑兩樣野都算幾細心但係應該加強抽風系統先囉,搞咁多花臣但係基本野都未搞掂食完餐飯不停聞到自己個頭陣油味!另外座位陝窄真係幾令人卻步如果係食碗麵都OK嘅(好似佢隔離某出名拉麵店)但係而家係燒肉對住個爐就有少少危險埋彈都唔平,要二百幾蚊位但係佢啲份量真係幾少,唔抵食唔會再幫襯…Read More
