話說我最近去咗試呢間中菜嘅世味人生套餐,佢哋真係將啲菜做到好精緻!茶鮮酒糟生醃蝦凍第一道菜一上嚟,係生醃蝦凍!隻蝦係用酒糟醃過,個酒味係醇厚得嚟唔會乸口,佢帶住一陣清幽茶香,一啖入口,又冰涼又鮮甜,好開胃!前菜三弄我最愛個醉鮑魚,鮑魚煮到啱啱好,咬落去嗰種軟糯嘅口感,真係令人好Enjoy。仲有嚿桂花陳酒鵝肝凍,鵝肝嘅油香mix埋桂花嘅淡雅甜味,非常好食!蟹肉濃湯雪燕羹個湯底超級濃郁,濃到好似飲緊海鮮精華咁,但又唔會油膩。入面啲雪燕滑到好似啫喱咁,一啖湯撈埋啲甜絲絲嘅蟹肉,直頭係味覺上嘅享受,超級滋補暖胃!乳香芝士釀蟹爪和脆皮海參隻炸蟹爪金光閃閃,一咬開,芝士即刻標晒出嚟!芝士嘅鹹香同蟹肉嘅甜味撞埋一齊,非常夾!隔離個黑色嘅脆皮海參,外皮脆口到一個點,入面又Q彈,口感反差勁大,呢碟非常有創意,好少海參會做脆皮!鹹鮮巴馬火腿野生馬友魚佢蒸得靚到,魚肉係好滑同爽口,好Fresh!上面啲巴馬火腿切到勁薄,佢嘅鹹香將魚嘅鮮甜推到最高,兩者一齊食,口感豐富,味道又好有層次感。珍珠寶盒(脆皮朱古力芝麻雪糕) 呢個「寶盒」係三粒脆皮朱古力球,入面係香濃到爆嘅黑芝麻雪糕!芝麻味勁足,唔會死甜,朱古力嘅微苦同芝麻嘅濃香簡直係絕配!…Read More

偶爾想食好西,同朋友去咗旺角豉油街嘅「十侍」,試咗佢哋嘅A5和牛壽喜燒,係一次幾唔錯嘅用餐體驗。我哋點嘅係【鹿兒島黑毛和牛A5二人前】($898)。主角A5和牛用一個雅緻嘅木盒呈上,附有來源證明,單係賣相已經感受到店家嘅用心。和牛嘅油花分佈得好均勻,睇得出品質相當唔錯。食法幾有心思,店員會先喺鍋中間放一舊好似雲咁嘅棉花糖,再淋上壽喜燒汁,睇住棉花糖慢慢融化,視覺上幾得意。湯底因為咁而帶有微微嘅焦糖香氣,甜度比傳統嘅壽喜燒汁嚟得柔和。店員會幫忙煮第一塊和牛,火候控制得啱啱好。牛肉喺甜醬油中輕燙後,蘸上新鮮嘅日本蘭王蛋漿,口感非常滑溜。和牛嘅油脂香氣喺口中慢慢散開,肉質軟嫩,牛味濃郁得嚟,又同帶甜嘅醬汁、蛋漿好夾,味道層次幾豐富。套餐配嘅野菜盤份量都好足,有娃娃菜、冬菇、金菇、豆腐等。蔬菜吸收咗煮過和牛嘅湯汁精華,食落特別鮮甜。之後我哋追加咗稻庭烏冬 ($46/2客) ,麵條掛湯,作為主食嘅結尾恰到好處。另外,我哋亦試咗幾款串燒。素菜拼串 ($68) 有翠玉瓜、秋葵等,燒得幾香口;雞橫膈膜 ($46) 係比較少見嘅部位,口感爽脆,值得一試。飲品點咗兩杯Mocktail,「熱情林擒」同「青之海」,味道清新,可以中和返壽喜燒嘅濃郁感。最後嘅甜品係雲呢拿雪糕,簡簡單單為呢一餐作結。整體嚟講,呢度嘅食物質素同用餐體驗都令人滿意。人均消費大約$600,雖然唔係平價之選,但如果想同朋友搵個地方,靜靜地享受一餐精緻嘅和牛料理,呢度會係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

成日行銅鑼灣,都唔知原來有間咁高質嘅樓上韓國餐廳!🤫 今次同朋友想搵個地方坐得舒舒服服食餐飯🍲 韓國釜山海鮮鍋 (小) $398海鮮堆到好似一座小山咁,好鍾意個湯底,所有海鮮嘅精華都出哂嚟,啖湯真係越煮越鮮,飲完成個人都暖晒!🥰裏面嘅海鮮有唔同款式。原隻花蟹 🦀️: 絕對係海鮮鍋嘅焦點!店員話係時令靚蟹,蟹蓋一打開,裡面嘅蟹膏都幾多,隻蟹size都幾大,所以肉量唔算少,可以食到啖啖肉!鮑魚 & 大蝦 🦐: 個鍋有幾隻迷你鮑魚,鮑魚清潔得幾乾淨,煮大概兩分鐘啱啱好,口感Q彈有嚼勁。大蝦亦非常新鮮,肉質爽甜,唔會霉。仲有好多魷魚圈、青口、帶子同蜆,全部都好新鮮乾淨。特別係魷魚,煮完都仲好軟嫩,完全唔會韌,索晒個鮮甜湯底都幾正!鍋裏面仲有索湯一流嘅娃娃菜、金菇同清甜嘅粟米,食完海鮮再食菜,可以平衡返,好滿足!🍗 韓國柚子蜂蜜炸雞 (半份) $118除咗海鮮鍋,炸雞都係必點!我哋叫咗半份試下味。隻雞係用泰昌雞,炸雞嘅外皮非常酥脆,內裡嘅雞肉就保持到非常嫩滑多汁。最值得讚嘅係個柚子蜂蜜醬,甜度恰到好處,完全唔會蓋過雞肉嘅味道,反而仲帶出一陣清新感,超開胃!👍小總結 🌟兩個人消費$568,可以喺銅鑼灣呢個地段,食到咁有誠意、咁足料嘅海鮮大餐,性價比真係高!…Read More

今日特登去咗鰂魚涌海堤街呢間「秋意」,試咗兩款招牌去骨雞飯。雖然店面唔起眼,但係食物水準令人驚喜,尤其係對雞肉同雞皮嘅處理非常見功夫。首先要讚嘅係「去骨豉油雞白飯」($66)。雞肉去骨去得乾淨利落,每件都切得整整齊齊。雞肉嘅質感處理得恰到好處——肉質保持適中嘅彈性,咬落去有細緻嘅纖維感,唔會過韌或者過淋。最出色係雞皮部分,皮層薄而爽滑,入口帶點輕脆,完全無油膩感。豉油汁調味清淡得宜,鹹甜平衡,輕輕包裹住每件雞肉,同熱騰騰嘅白飯簡直係絕配。另一款「瑤柱去骨貴妃雞轉淨脾」($78)更加值得推薦。轉淨脾後份量相當足夠,雞脾肉特別嫩滑,但仍然保持到應有嘅肉質口感。瑤柱嘅鮮味自然柔和,同貴妃雞淡淡嘅酒香相互襯托,味道層次豐富。雞皮同樣處理得宜,爽滑而不膩,連皮食都完全無問題。整體而言,「秋意」嘅雞飯雖然看似簡單,但處處見心思。雞肉火候掌握得準,肉質保持嫩滑又多汁;雞皮處理更見功夫,爽滑而不油膩。如果你經過鰂魚涌,想食碗用心製作嘅雞飯,呢度絕對係個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More
