餐廳新裝修,環境舒服,仲有一排寬落嘅單人燒肉位,I人想食燒肉都唔使擔心。當日叫左兩個set,再加兩份散叫肉,品項豐富,本身set已經包左韓式小菜同生菜吧任食,仲有主食同湯,份量都足夠。任食韓式小菜同生菜吧乾淨企理,fill野速度好快。食燒肉鐘意配kimchi的話,呢到唔止白菜泡菜,仲有其他幾款選擇,種類算好齊。日和極上盛合(日本極上A5和牛/伊比利黑豚/無骨牛小排/龍躉石斑/蝦)和牛油花睇相都覺得靚,份量剛好過到口癮又唔會濟。龍躉石斑意外地好食,燒到個皮脆,肉質感彈牙,食完想encore。海鮮盛合(龍躉石斑/干貝/魷魚/小鮑魚/北寄貝/鱸魚/蝦)魚類表現仍舊出色,但略嫌小鮑魚真係有啲太小,同埋魷魚燒熟後份量比較少。散叫:蔥燒牛舌強烈推薦要加,$88咁多塊,燒極都仲有!散叫:日本雞頸肉香港少見但去日本食串燒成日都會叫呢個部份,口感爽彈,$38又係抵加。講下啲跟餐嘅餐點,加左$10將湯轉做雪濃牛骨湯,但比較下鐘意免費既海帶湯多啲,清爽唔油膩,同食燒肉夾d。而鐘意蛋撈飯就建議將加$15將主食upgrade做蔥花玉子飯,同和牛勁夾!!…Read More

平時好少行過嚟尖東,咁啱今日喺附近做完嘢就食埋飯先走 。呢間餐廳又有雪糕店,又有超市仲有得堂食 。晚餐有三款選擇,揀咗set 1同set 2,每款都有前菜主菜同埋甜品 。🍴雜豆湯份量比一般餐湯多,而且有好多料,分別有唔同嘅豆類同埋有藜麥 。好欣賞佢夠熱,飲落好重黑胡椒味,帶少少辛辣感,今日秋意下飲呢個湯係幾舒服同飽肚 。🍴招牌沙律首先俾個份量嚇親,好少見到套餐附嘅沙律係咁大兜 。沙律有沙律菜、雞蛋、吞拿魚、疑似鯷魚、橄欖、蕃茄乾等等 。整體食落係鹹香,沙律菜亦好爽脆 ,唔錯 。🍴蜆肉意粉啲蜆肉好大粒之餘,保留到蜆肉嘅水份同鮮味 。雖然調味比較清淡,但連埋蒜片食好香,意粉口感亦都煮得好好,意想不到地出色。🍴半隻烤雞烤雞睇落比較乾,食落發現雞皮非常之脆,雞肉除咗胸位有少少嚡之外都可以接受 。側邊嘅烤時蔬同薯仔意外出色,薯仔外脆內軟,仲要好甜。好想encore個薯仔 🍴甜品揀咗一個雪糕一個Lucky cake,雪糕就係門口嗰間Gelato嘅雪糕揀咗開心果味,開心果味香濃,唔會好假,就算係正價$38嚟講都幾抵,但係略嫌面頭灑嘅朱古力針有少少影響口感之餘又增加一份假甜 ,強烈建議請店員唔好加朱古力針 。而Lucky cake我真係食唔出係咩蛋糕,係我從來未食過嘅口感,但味道幾好,配搭上面嗰球雲呢拿味雪糕一齊食都唔錯 。外籍女店員好有禮貌,亦都好細心會幫手換碟 。餐廳睇落平平無奇,食落每樣嘢食都比想像中出色,而且有唔少外國人獨自用餐,睇嚟都幾得外國人歡迎。…Read More

喺Facebook見到人哋推介佢嘅薄荷朱古力奶昔,先知原來MOKO都開咗呢間 。嚟到呢度一定要叫奶昔,今次試萬聖節限定嘅芝麻奶昔 。面頭灑咗好多黑芝麻,飲落唔會太甜,又帶有芝麻嘅香味,值得一試。前菜揀咗taco同埋青口我欣賞佢taco入面嘅一口三文魚,煎得啱啱好,唔會太乾硬,夾埋莎莎醬、牛油果醬、酸忌廉一齊食,成個組合好開胃又好夾 。忌廉藍青口被比下去,側邊兩塊方包烘得好香脆,亦都好重牛油味 。雖然藍青口幾大隻,但藍青口肉質比較實,忌廉汁都唔算太香 。兩款前菜比較之下taco完勝!主食方面,揀咗Carbonara同埋牛扒 。Carbonara麵質al dente,亦都有煙肉同埋蘑菇增加口感 。不過個汁有啲太傑要趁熱食。呢個牛扒之前食過都覺得幾好食,今次一樣冇失望。揀咗五成,配菜有啲薯條同埋烤蔬菜 。牛肉軟腍,薯條炸到好香脆,呢個價錢覺得幾抵食。已經食唔落所以無嗌到好出名嘅pancake,如果唔係都幾想試吓芝麻版本 。下次encore都係會嗌返奶昔、牛扒同埋taco。…Read More

之前係台灣forum都聽過呢間,點諗到會開黎香港。香港一般常見嘅邊爐一係任食,一係散叫。呢到個叫法就好似一個set,有齊肉類、任食自助吧、主食、飲品同甜品。一去到感覺似去左台灣,店員用台妹溫柔腔講解。餐廳環境行日式簡約風,有種café感,幾舒服。平日個lunch set好抵,但社畜只能weekend去食,價錢就取決於揀咩肉。湯底分別揀左石頭湯同老佛爺,前者有好多魷魚乾,似潮汕風味,非常香;老佛爺就係藥膳,屬於入門級嘅藥膳,有香味但無藥材嘅苦。肉類揀左伊比利豬同霜降牛肉眼 。份量都唔少,但有個台灣火鍋常見嘅通病就係切得比較薄。相比之下我鍾意食豬多啲,有啲咬口。出面個自助吧有好多款,連醬汁都有啲特別嘅選擇。醬汁特別啲就有香醋醬,同埋洋蔥粒 。蔬菜方面擺得好整齊企理,竟然有莧菜揀 。其他配料嗰啲特別少少就係蛋餃、豬血糕、甜不辣 ,仲有自己任畢嘅豬肉滑同埋蝦滑 。香港打邊爐多數都係食完唔夠飽再加個烏冬,呢度套餐包埋主食,最特別係蟹膏飯,單食味道唔錯,但同打邊爐有少少唔夾,建議都係揀返烏冬或者王子麵 。飲品出奇地出色,叫咗奶茶同埋鳳梨冰茶,都有出面手搖店嘅質素 。食完仲有一客甜品,推薦焦糖燉蛋 。單睇weekend個價錢吸引力就唔係咁大,如果平日食lunch就非常之抵啦,畢竟還原到台灣風味,特別係湯底選擇同風味試 。…Read More

行過見到A5和牛全日半價,加埋兩個人先五百幾蚊,平時食普通放題打邊爐都要呢啲價錢 。呢個價錢可以試晒全間鋪唔同款嘅牛肉同配料 。鍋底方面唔使加錢可以揀鴛鴦鍋,試咗藥膳鷓鴣湯、酸菜白肉湯 。湯底唔算好濃味,中規中矩。每人包咗杯台式飲品,揀咗杯檸檬愛玉蜂蜜綠茶、荔枝蘆薈紅茶,係出街嗌嘢飲嘅質素,計落又好似再抵左 。最出色係啲牛肉,好多時台式火鍋放題敗筆都係牛肉切得比較薄,食唔出肉嘅質感 。今次叫咗幾款肉都唔會切得太薄,食落有口感 ,同埋會分到每款牛有咩唔同 。A5和牛非常大片,記得唔好淥太耐,雖然唔係靚到入口即溶個隻,但好有滿足感 。霜降牛油花好重,比較軟腍 。牛小排油花比霜降牛再少啲,冇咁易食膩 。出面有大量嘅蔬菜同配料自己揀,仲可以QR code落單。推薦單骨雞翼、鱔片、蝦、萵筍、年糕 。最後好想讚吓啲店員,幾個都好細心同有禮貌,加湯會提我哋小心彈到,又會主動俾多兩對筷子我哋夾生肉,仲會主動俾紙巾 。…Read More

好似台妹咁溫柔嘅酸菜魚

年頭去台灣時已經食過築間打邊爐,係當地好受歡迎 。意外地竟然插旗黎香港開酸菜魚先,而唔係火鍋 。可能知道香港人太鐘意食酸菜魚 😂 。今次我係睇中嘉義砂鍋魚所以黎試,香港好少地方有,但睇台灣節目就形容到砂鍋魚好好食 。好彩餐廳嘅魚係分咗大、中、細份量,想試兩隻味就叫兩個細都OK 。🍲 嘉義砂鍋魚原來係以沙茶醬為底,整體味道好重口味,係香濃沙茶香但唔辣嘅 。有別於酸菜魚用魚片,呢一度係用炸過嘅魚塊 。開頭趁熱食嘅時候魚皮仲係帶脆,魚肉厚實嫩滑,不過就會有啲骨,唔係啖啖肉 。配料方面有紅蘿蔔、娃娃菜、炸過嘅鵪鶉蛋、金菇等。始終呢款比較重口味同油,建議幾個人share一個細嘅砂鍋魚都OK,跟住叫吓其他口味嘅魚食 。🍲酸菜魚手機點餐冇得揀辣度,default嘅酸菜魚係台妹style—好溫柔 。佢同平時大陸style酸菜魚唔同,整體口味平衡啲同埋食落舒服,唔會太酸或者太辣,係襟食嘅酸菜魚 。配料方面有寬粉、金菇、腐竹、木耳等 。💡淨係比較魚嘅話,成餐飯食完總結出比較鍾意酸菜魚,無咁膩可以食多啲 。食台灣嘢點可以冇炸物,叫咗個炸甜不辣同埋鹽酥雞 。甜不辣份量相當多,炸到外皮脆,中間係煙靭,好食 。鹽酥雞就係店員力推,結果都冇失望嘅,中間雞肉仲係好嫩滑,仲有炸九層塔,都算係有完整還原台灣味道。特別值得一提嘅係炸物嘅底部有啲生洋蔥,可以解膩,都幾貼心。🍥柚香蘿蔔上菜時店員話我哋好識揀,因為蘿蔔係自己醃嘅 。淡淡柚子香配埋酸爽嘅蘿蔔,好啱食炸嘢同砂鍋魚嘅時候解膩 。🧋檸檬紅茶雖然冇得調整甜度,只可以少冰 ,兩位飲開走甜嘅都覺得尚可接受 ,茶味都算香濃,但希望遲啲有得走甜 。🍨紅豆仙草仙草質地比較挺身,有仙草嘅甘味,適合食完炸野要下火嘅感覺 。整體全部嘢都唔錯,咁多野食埋單都係400幾 。難得佢有細份魚嘅選擇,下次行過一個人食都得 。…Read More
