將軍澳南海濱一帶不斷有新餐廳開張,由於這邊有不少外國人居住,所以西餐廳較多。不過這幾個月也多了幾間日本料理店,花樂也是我和老公期待了好幾個月的餐廳,每次散步經過都會走過去看看裝修進度🤣前幾天經過看見裡面有人吃下午茶,賣相吸引,所以今天也特地去試一下。日式下午茶是兩人份量,$268兩位用,包括有一壺茶,熟食三款,還有壽司、甜品水果,以下午茶價錢來說是非常吸引。我們點了一壺日本玄米焙茶,有蠟燭一直保溫座熱,茶味甘香,最適合解膩。熟食:牙蔥牛肉卷、鱈魚乾、芝士春卷上菜時侍應特別提醒我們要先趁熱吃牛肉卷,否則放太久會出油,油也會凝固。醬汁香濃,牛肉剛剛熟,肉質軟稔,很入味。芝士春卷和鱈魚乾也很香脆,我特別愛吃鱈魚乾,帶微微鹹香,蘸少許沙律醬,很開胃。等了一會,我們最引頸以待的兩層架下午茶出場了!賣相的確吸睛,每一款食物小巧精緻,最適合眼闊肚窄的女士,每樣可以嚐一嚐又不會太飽太膩。上層是冷盤,有牛油果青瓜反卷、赤身波子壽司、芥末八爪魚、玉子燒和蕃茄;下層是甜點水果,包括焦糖tiramisu 、黃豆粉蕨餅、十勝紅豆蓉配小丸子、福岡甜王及香印提子。侍應也特別一提,擺盤裝飾用的鮮花都是可安全食用的花朵,老公也貪得意吃了幾朵,不過沒有特別味道。赤身波子壽司上還撒了些金箔,看起來既高級又亮眼,而赤身新鮮,肉質結實有咬口,但壽司飯略嫌黏了一點。杯子裡面的是芥末八爪魚,很爽脆,芥末也頗嗆鼻。牛油果青瓜反卷不錯,上面加了魚子,味道清新得來也帶鮮味。玉子燒正常,沒甚麼特別。沒想到甜品做得最出色,焦糖tiramisu 蛋糕鬆軟,甜度剛剛好。而小丸子和蕨餅口感都相當煙韌。至於水果更是鮮甜,特別是香印提子👍🏻環境方面,餐廳空間寬敞,現在疫情肆虐,最重要是和鄰桌保持距離,花樂在這一點是做得很好的,每一枱都相隔一段距離(將南很多海濱餐廳擺枱都很擺得很貼近)。服務方面,因為下午茶食物款式多,所以每次上菜時侍應都會仔細講解,也很有禮貌,抵讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻…Read More

又一台灣茶飲過江龍登陸香港,去年12月才在天后開幕的兔子兔子茶飲專賣店,最吸引人的除了是眾多款式的茶飲外,還有造型可愛的兔兔吸管,拍照一流!購買飲品的程序較特別,先在地下的收銀處下單,然後走上一層等候取飲品,可邊坐邊喝。茶飲款式多,有世界鮮奶茶系列、布朗珠珠黑糖鮮乳系列、朵朵沙冰系列、纖果特飲系列等等,便宜又大杯。我們點了一杯日式京都抹茶鮮奶、布朗珠珠黑糖鮮奶和日式蕎麥鮮奶茶。抹茶味頗濃,有回甘,入口順滑。甜度和冰量有固定比例,不能減糖。珍珠煙韌QQ,鮮奶拌了黑糖入口香滑。日式蕎麥鮮奶茶,像喝大麥茶一樣,麥味濃,奶味反而較淡。又玩又好喝👍🏻…Read More
