天氣終於開始涼, 我同朋友出去搵食的目標又轉返去雞煲邊爐喇! 自從香港興起雞煲邊爐後, 每年冬天都會總會食好多次, 今佢補身又暖胃, 雖然天氣仲未係好凍, 但我已經忍唔住要食喇!呢間尚上下夏之前已經食過, 記得上年都唔洗等位, 但上個星期打黎book 位有幾日已經full 咗, 唯有等到今個星期先食. 鍾意呢間雞煲的原因係因為佢D雞好入味又夠嫰滑, 辣得黎又味道豐富, 的確係一試難忘.今日我地5個人, 同樣地叫咗個鴛鴦雞煲, 今次我地只係叫咗半份雞脾同半份雞胸, 想留肚食邊爐. 兩邊都係叫小辣, 就返大家口味. 雞脾就好嫰滑; 雞胸就啖啖肉, 各有各特色. 但兩款雞同樣都好入味, 佢個醬汁係可以滲到入去雞肉裏面, 每一啖都有香辣味道, 好正!食完雞煲就打邊爐喇. 我地叫咗蕃茄湯底同埋龍蝦湯底. 雖然雞煲食完仲有少少醬汁係裏面, 但加埋落去湯底度個味道又唔怪, 而係覺得個湯帶有雞香味. 我地5個人懶得諗, 叫咗一個牛魔王拼盤同一個海鮮拼盤. 牛魔王拼盤份量都好多下, 而且每一款都好有牛味, 均屬靚料. 而海鮮拼盤配料都好新鮮,好豐富, 我最鍾意佢地個蝗子同埋新鮮鮑魚. 好鮮味好甜.…Read More
