我與美都餐室結緣於一雙手。我很少去九龍因我一直在港島生活,更少踏足油麻地。本年三月二十四日星期六,友人邀請我到油麻地公司相會,之後一起去吃下午茶。由於女友人想不到吃的地方,我便根據自己吃的直覺去找一間最近的茶餐廳。我們走到美都餐室門口,第一次光顧,很舊式的茶餐廳,蠻多食客。我問女友人要不要在這裏吃下午茶,她說可以。男掌櫃問我幾位,我答四位。他說上層二樓有位,我不願意上ニ樓,堅持在地面等位。男掌櫃面黑,沒理我們。幸好很快等到四位卡位。我與女友人致電另外兩位女友來此茶餐廳,還不知茶餐廳大名,心想着快快吃完便回家,不想在九龍逗留。我們四位美人點了奶茶,西多士,奶油多士。熱奶茶真的很香很滑,茶色是淺啡色,茶面没有起衣。西多士是油炸麵包加厚牛油,十分香脆可口,但這三高小食我真的不敢品嘗。奶油多士味道不錯,麵包沒有烘焦,半塊便夠了。其中一位美人說美都餐室很聞名,很多電影和電視劇在此取景。我聽後不以為意。由於姐弟情深,我答應了美國的弟弟在香港買奶茶茶葉然後交由他太太帶回美國給他。我便硬著頭皮,問老板娘:「你們的奶茶很好吃,是否用捷榮茶葉冲的?」她答是。我道:「我曾去捷榮茶店在中環擺花街,現巳關了。捷榮總店只賣大量茶葉給餐廳,不賣少量茶葉給散客。你們的奶茶是否用數種不同茶葉混合一起冲的?」她答:「是的,主要是錫蘭紅茶。」我問:「可否賣一些茶葉給我?我想回家學冲奶茶,當做實驗。」她笑答:「除了茶葉,你需要一個銀色茶壺和一個茶袋。」我答已有了。老闆娘從錢櫃坐在我們桌旁,略略教導我怎樣冲奶茶。我心感榮幸。她讚我雙手很美,皮光肉滑的。她不住的說:「我以前年輕時的一雙手也是很美,現在已粗了。」我從她的雙手真的領晤到「做到十隻手指頭粗哂掘哂」意義。老闆娘皮膚本是白的,短頭髮,帶眼鏡,衣著是最普通的便服,個子矮小,但聲如洪鐘,頭腦靈活,一眼關七,每一舉一動散發出老闆娘風範,亦是我所認識的女中豪傑。她對我很有親切感,面帶笑容,很温柔的。她還吩咐那男掌櫃帶我到ニ樓學冲奶茶。我十分興奮地走到ニ樓,其他美人們都不獲批准上ニ樓學冲奶茶。我到ニ樓時才認出這茶餐廳經常用作電影及電視拍攝場地。男掌櫃帶我入水吧。水吧比我想像中清潔,他示範一次如何冲熱奶茶。看似很簡單,其實有很多學問和經驗。回到地面,我多謝老闆娘教導。她與我們閒談才得知男掌櫃是她的愛兒 Winson。他曾到美國留學之後回香港打理美都餐室。Winson個子高大,不多說話,亦不愛笑。我們結賬時,老闆娘送了一杯茶葉給我,讓我能實習冲奶茶技巧,我十分感激。我答應老闆娘下次來時送她一瓶潤手露來呵護她的玉手。緣就在此時此地生,情亦在此時此地萌芽。四月八日下午從沙田探望外祖父母後,想念美都餐室老闆娘。我便隨意地邀請兩位好友一起到美都餐室茶敍。剛巧他們有空來相聚。一位好友是澳州藉香港人,另一位是英國藉香港人,他們都回流香港工作生活。我們到達美都餐室,我興奮地與老闆娘打招呼並送上從美國帶回來的潤手露給她,她那喜出望外的笑容讓我與她的距離拉近了。老闆娘邀請我們到ニ樓茶敍。我與那喜歡背向門口而坐的男掌櫃熱情地道:「你好!我來帶了一瓶潤手露給你媽媽並帶朋友們光顧這茶餐廳。」Winson終於面露笑容輕聲道:「Thank you. 你在家冲奶茶成功嗎?」同一時間老闆娘問我同一問題。我答:「不成功,因家中熱水不夠熱和茶不香,還是來這裏喝香滑奶茶。」我與友人們坐在窗邊卡位,大家對這裏的擺設有着深深回憶,不約而同地話當年。童年時我家住銅鑼灣大坑唐樓,家中的窗枝與這裏一樣般扣着。這裏三面窗,陽光和微風送入店內,讓所有人感受到大自然的氣候。窗很高,共四格,没有窗花,老闆娘說剛在清明節請工人抹窗,需要攬安全帶,而且要用一天時間才能完工。紙皮石地面,瓷磚牆身,白色花紋襯深灰色底的天花,三翼吊扇,全都是我小時候的香港家電。我們點了紅豆冰、菠蘿冰、凍阿華田、西多士、奶油多士和錦鹵雲吞。錦鹵雲吞的醬料有紅椒、青椒、菠蘿、豬肚絲、豬膶、豬肉絲、花枝、洋葱,再配上蕃茄獻汁,味道甜酸,很好吃;炸雲吞片十分脆口,淋上醬汁,成了錦鹵雲吞。老闆娘帶我到水吧,親自示範冲奶茶技巧,我用心地學。老闆娘與我們同坐,分享往事:以前坐在這裏可以看日落,可惜現今被豪宅遮擋了;與這店馬路相隔的榕樹頭公園,以前全是算命檔位,之後政府下令驅趕所有檔位,禁止他們在公園內擺檔,所以現在那些算命檔位才放置街上。我問她曾經有否發生過江湖集會或打鬥?她信心地答他們從不會在這裏生事,因他們都在這裏長大,當自己家般看待,還不時來探望我,買砵仔糕給我吃。老闆娘一邊說故事一邊觀察每枱食客需要,吩咐侍應服侍客人,她的本領和敬業樂業精神,真的值得後輩好好學習。她年輕時喜歡開車,開車讓她身心舒暢。她不時提及愛兒Winson,他讀書成績好,不少外國人請他拍攝紀錄片。每次他接了紀錄片工作,便埋頭苦幹,不在美都上班,老闆娘便更忙碌了。她不希望愛兒在美都上班,Winson卻喜歡在美都上班因不希望媽媽辛勞,而且媽媽能在美都與老街坊閒談,比待在家中好多了。慈母與孝子是天大的福氣。Winson已繼承了老闆娘的秘技,绝對能把美都餐室發揚光大,讓更多從外國回流香港的香港人懷緬過去的風土人情,把香港人的拼博精神傳場下一代。我發現這裏有不少員工,他們臉上都掛着笑容,老闆娘對員工們好,員工們之間關係良好,便會客似雲來。更值得我欣賞之處,她請了一位唐氏病患員工,我看到這位員工幫食客落單,雖然他說話不流利,美都給他就業機會,沒有剝削他的社會地位和就業機會。美都餐室的情與義充滿在每一角落,只要您用心去觀察,您定能發掘到香港的寶貴。美都餐室地址:九龍油麻地廟街63號。電話:(+852) 2384-6402…Read More

MaggieWong3147 服務態度非常差,食品又唔好食,又唔係收得平,剛剛食完嘢,飲品都未飲完,就叫人比錢,話後面好多人等緊我張枱,以後比錢我,我都唔會再去,有朋友我都會叫佢唔好去做 “傻仔”, 四個字 “不知所謂”

Aunt Stella is my all time favourite sandwiches place. They have fresh white bread and wheat bread for sandwiches. I had a healthy breakfast there just cost $32 including fresh fruit (strawberry, pineapple, watermelon), coffee and ham & egg sandwiches. This breakfast has no MSG, that is real healthy diet. I wish they will not rise the price and keep having this healthy breakfast. They have lunch sandwiches set, $50 including soup or salad and big sandwiches of ham or tuna or turkey or egg and coffee. You can add $2 to change the coffee to papaya milkshake. The papaya milkshake is very good. Aunt Stella Latte has fresh coffee aroma with milk, taste very good. My friend was so nice to offer their 15% off discount coupon for me to try this Japanese desert place. It was a very crowd desert place. One side of the shop has tables and chairs. The other side of the shop has the Japanese style short tables and customers have to take off their shoes and cross their legs to sit with the short tables. I personally do not feel comfortable to take off my shoes to eat in public. I cannot accept people with smelly socks. I sat at the normal chair and table. I ordered the strawberry cube with green tea powders on top. I had waited for almost 20mins for this desert. However, I did not like this desert at all because of the strawberry cube was too sweet and the texture was too soft. I only ate one cube then left the shop. We had a good Chinese New Year dinner at the Royal Garden Hotel Chinese restaurant last night for about 14 friends. Some of my dear friends brought a few bottles of fine red wine. My girlfriend would like to treat everyone a nice cake. I suggested her to order a 2 pound tiramisu at the Fine Foods. They could deliver the cake to our table directly. This was one of the best Tiramisu in Hong Kong. It was not too sweet. I could tasted different layers of egg white, chocolate, and sponge cake. They also offer credit card 15%off discount. 這泰菜館剛開業不久,小妹與一眾舊同事來試茶。門口有大約二十多張枱但店內有更大的枱供六至十位食客。這店明顯不夠侍應,一位女侍應負責落單,另一位女侍負責傳菜,餐具要食客自取。星州肥牛喇沙 - 一碗沒有喇沙味道的湯米綫,湯只是椰汁加沙爹湯,肥牛是老牛肉,不值一試:(肉骨茶配白飯 - 肉骨茶没有龍眼肉味,没有藥材味,排骨很厚肉,肉質淋,牙痛都能吃,相信有其他店的肉骨茶比這店好吃多了:(泰式乾炒河 - 友人說得對,「這泰式乾炒河應是世上最濕的泰式乾炒河」獻汁多得可送飯。最可怕的事發生在小妹身上,小妹只試吃少許這泰式乾炒河,竟然口中吐出一條長髮!嘔心極了!小妹不敢再吃這店的食物。香葉肉碎飯+蛋 - 這飯較好吃因有香葉味和辣味,別無他的…Read More

聖誕節期間要找地方吃飯又要遠離人羣,大坑的確是好選擇。經過這店「谷媽媽」應與小甜谷有關,便嘗試一下。食客不多,店鋪裝修簡單,一位年輕穿便服女生走來遞餐牌給我,不發一言便走開,真難分辨她是侍應還是食客。我認為這店老闆需要重新訓練員工,用劉天王的教材:「今時今日這種服務態度是不要得的」。午餐餐牌只有三款午餐,我選擇了豬排菜飯。我很喜歡吃菜飯,但這店的菜飯完全不合格,飯很硬,菜很乾沒有油,豬排厚但煮前沒有拍鬆豬肉,入口十分硬,我用了很長時間努力吃掉這豬排菜飯,但我真的吃不了,剩下半碟。走了,不回頭。…Read More

香港是紅酒買賣是世界聞名。紅酒都是外國釀製,香港有否土產美酒?答案:有的。感謝飲食男女專訪本港老字號永利威的玫瑰露,五加皮,花雕酒。小妹看完專訪便立即約我的大廚姑姐一同拜訪永利威並品嘗自釀的美酒,可惜姑姐沒能抽空出席。小妹不知為何死心不息,必要親自品嘗永利威的美酒。在某日下班立即趕到上環尋找永利威。跟據地址應該近在咫尺,不停問人,終於找到該大廈門口,那時約六時十五分。小妹焦急地按門鈴,沒有應門,只能失望地離去。等到週六早上,再拜訪永利威。大廈門開著,小妹興奮地走跳到二樓,永利威創辦人已兩鬢斑白,站著與客人高談闊論自釀的玫瑰露和五加皮。永利威店鋪是普通的寫字樓,有兩個鐵架擺放玫瑰露,五加皮,糯米酒,十二年花雕酒,十年花雕酒,五年花雕酒,和其他品牌中國酒。小妹急不及待地應購一瓶500ml玫瑰露和一瓶500ml五加皮,各瓶60元,十分便宜。我與永利威創辦人講及自釀糯米酒。小妹的姑姐自釀糯米酒已浸了一年,糯米與酒浸在一起,飲時要烘熱,倒進一個已放入兩小片的青檸檬的小杯內,酒香芬香撲鼻,舌尖先嚐到青檸檬的甜,喉嚨嚐到糯米的香甜,好飲好酒。永利威創辦人得知小妹對酒有一點兒要求,笑顏逐出。小妹見到永利威十二年花雕酒,500ml,售200元,在架中是最貴的。小妹好奇心湧現,問永利威創辦人可否一嚐十二年花雕酒。幸好當時還有少量十二年花雕酒可供小妹淺嚐。十二年花雕酒先聞到輕微的米酒味,酒到唇邊時嚐到一陣米酒及肉桂味道,酒味不濃烈,容易入口。小妹嚐了三小口便感到全身微熱。永利威創辦人得知便笑答:小姐平時少飲酒吧。對的,小妹第一次品嘗花雕酒,平日飲紅酒較多。小妹立即致電姑姐要不要花雕酒。她要,便買了。三瓶酒共320元,共1500ml,很重,還要本小姐抬酒到姑姐家,只能自我可憐。小妹由永利威去到大坑姑姐家約半小時路程,小妹的口中有陣陣花雕酒香,的確是名符其實的十二年花雕酒。 姑姐在家久等永利威攻瑰露,五加皮和十二年花雕酒。她先開玫瑰露,聞到玫瑰露的清淡酒香。她把玫瑰露倒進一個茶壺,然後放進一鍋熱水,浸約十五至二十分鐘,茶壺內的玫瑰露散發出濃濃的玫瑰花味,未飲已醉三分了。姑姐嚐第一口的玫瑰露已讚不絕口。平日千杯不醉的姑姐,竟然敵不過土產玫瑰露,三杯熱熱的玫瑰露便呼呼入睡了。姑姐用玫瑰露浸雞,酒香雞肉嫩,非常好吃。 終於等到品嘗花雕酒的時刻,姑姐把花雕酒倒進一個茶壺,再加入兩粒大話梅,然後放進一鍋熱水,浸約十五至二十分鐘,茶壺內的花雕酒散發出濃濃的米酒味,未飲已醉三分了。熱的花雕酒更容易入口。我倆嚐第一口已讚不絕口。第二杯的花雕酒更容易入口因話梅的甜味巳溶入花雕酒內,酒味像渴話梅酒但比日本梅酒更好渴。我倆巳迷上了永利威的美酒了。 五加皮,用肉桂人參川芎熟地當歸獨活等藥材精煉我倆巳迷上了永利威的美酒了。…Read More

小妹十分榮幸能結識一班識飲識食的羽毛球高手。球技切蹉後,我們十七人一同出發到大角咀吃翅。到達大角咀已晚上十時,每條街的私家車要雙斤泊車,冒著抄牌都要到此覓食,勇氣可嘉。泊車後進入永豐小廚,侍應示意我們再走進裏面,我們經過廚房,後巷,再入另一飯廳,終於見到高手們坐著。我們人多,食量更多。 聖子不大但很甜,爽口 雞湯很濃,味精不多,翅是一排排幼身翅,很好吃 熟蠔大隻,肥美香甜,好吃 青斑是最好吃!青斑約有兩斤多重量。青斑魚肉很滑,火喉恰當,沒有太熟,一點腥味都沒有。真想不到這條大青斑能在大角嘴街坊小廚吃到,我們真有口福 南瓜沾上咸蛋黃和麵粉然後放入滾油炸,好好吃 海蝦很多肉,鮮甜,用蒜蓉蒸更惹味 豉汁浸入熟蠔內,好吃! 魷魚淋身,用椒鹽炸後很香口,不乾身,好吃。 雖然不是走地雞,亦有雞味,豉油不太鹹 香芋比臘味好吃 高手們大讚好吃。 生炒糯米飯很難炒得好吃,這店的生炒糯米飯不硬,很好吃,味道不鹹 我們全都滿意所有菜色,有鑊氣,新鮮,好吃,讚不絕口。合共$2990。多謝其中一位高手請客。…Read More
