係中環去有名氣的店鋪食午餐當然要排隊，不過只排十分鐘內就有位。拉麵店(特別BAR枱)當然較逼，可以理解。點了豚王太麵，餸料有2片叉燒和一些黑木耳及椰菜。先講湯底，其實煲一大碗鮮甜豬骨湯是要很高成本，特別是新鮮豬骨。所以一向對出街食的湯麵湯底不抱太大期望。但食日本拉麵當然會有些要求，因為並唔係一碗牛雜麵價錢。喝一口，唔覺有很多味精，只是味道較濃。喝下去就不想再喝了。不但是雪藏豬骨味道唔夠鮮甜，而且湯底豬骨不夠，感覺是溝水或番煲料的湯底。麵質沒有特別，因為不是手打所以會較硬身沒有彈性。總結只是一碗普通的拉麵，較味千的味精拉麵釨。…Read More
