這家酒樓很有特色,小炒類是主打順德河鮮。然而粵菜點心也做得不錯。雖然老店後來將手藝與名字賣給一飲食集團,但新店水準還能保持。它的最大特色是灌湯餃,老派的做法,如今很多飯店都不做了。餃子原只蒸上,食時將之倒入碗內,肉皮凍、上湯與魚翅就應之破開,加上紅醋吃之。上湯的鮮美,配上皮凍的口感,實在出彩。另餐廳招牌菜炸蟹鉗,蝦蟹滑包裹整根蟹鉗炸之,彈牙口感,與灌湯餃一樣,同樣是我兒時最喜愛之味!其餘點心有創新,七彩蝦餃、鮑魚燒賣也很好。當然我還是喜歡傳統多一點。…Read More
