諗起上個月加班加到嘔,然後每日食盒飯,真系諗起都覺得恐怖。然後終於月底忙完,可以去大食一餐,梗係唔放過食泰國野機會。同事選地方,告別盒飯,九龍城走起。附件都系好多人,然後停車位緊張,穩停車位穩咗20分鐘。下次可以搭地鐵來可能更加方便。冬陰公雲吞湯,來泰國餐廳食野,大家都系一致要冬陰功,酸酸辣辣,開下胃先。雲吞因為系酸辣湯,覺得雲吞更加爽滑。正正正~~~小曼谷招牌炒飯,然後再來一個炒飯頂肚先。睇賣相你係絕對好難估到裡面想咩,但係翻開裡面就系有驚喜,因為裡面炒飯好香,用煎蛋甘樣一層罩住,飯仲熱,然後飯更加有蛋香。創意十足。生蝦,唔一定去食壽司先食生野嘅,唔知點解,見到上菜我睇到就好想笑,因為和好似D蝦仲系游水甘,當然距係唔頭嘅,辣椒鋪面,我個人更加喜歡不用辣椒。更加鮮。青菜:馬拉盞椰菜苗,當然都系泰國特色青菜,唔同仲食生菜乜? 你見到就系炒得好爽,椰菜苗嫩口。豬手,泰式燒豬手。同事話,簡直唔夠分,因為太好味了。hahahah燒得好入味,又腍,我就剛好食唔到,因為太搶手。香檸汁桂花魚,我哋食慣清蒸,但係泰國蒸發就系更加有味道,因為唔再系啖哞哞..青檸味覺得魚特別酸得來又鮮。太大條。大家都食得太飽,總之就系多謝老闆~~~~…Read More

之前去澳門探朋友翻來,澳門一個朋友話香港都都特色好味福建菜,不會比粵菜差,我當時系好懷疑嘅,覺得距吹水。然後上2個星期距來香港玩,就話係都要帶埋我去試試距覺得好味嘅福建菜。甘我就捨肚陪君子喇。裝修新,應該都系剛剛裝修無耐,然後飲茶都系菊花菜,同粵菜無咩區別啊。但係佢點嘅菜就真系好唔同。莆田扁肉湯,廣東人食飯,當然都系要有頭啖湯距點咗呢個湯,然後上菜嘅時候我差D懷疑係咪上錯菜,呢個唔係雲吞乜??明明就係雲吞好唔好。朋友話,人地呢個就系湯,飲下先啦。我覺得福建雲吞,皮一定要爽E個就唔使贊了。然後湯就真系要講下,湯就酸酸甜甜....加咗D醋應該係。然後有醋覺得雲吞都特別爽。莆田鹵麵,E個面,呢個就比較嚴我,平時我自己煮面都會加配菜,甘樣個面嘅湯會更加鮮。距個面唔細米粉,就系粗麵。分量大,飽肚,所以系唔食叫飯了。莆田燜豆腐,豆腐都系唔係我自己平時食法,更加碎更加入味,好似加了配菜好似蒸蛋一樣。賣相你覺得麻麻哋,但係味道都唔錯。酥炒芋頭,芋頭好精緻,真係一舊一舊,甘但係又好粉好腍。炒得好香口,想起一個菜,拔絲芋頭。但係呢個就精緻好多。蝦苗伴紫菜,真系太精緻了,好似西式甜品一樣嘅樣,但係就系味道同甜品相反,因為距係咸嘅。紫菜好碎鋪上面,一啖咬落就系表面脆脆哋,裡面軟軟底,然後有D蝦米系裡面嘅感覺。口感就系鮮鮮哋不會好膩。朋友講得都唔差,然後距自己就食到停唔到口,一味食一味話係米呢?都話E間好味嘅啦。…Read More

上海一個朋友來香港玩,住係嘉湖海逸酒店。最後一日,下午趕飛機走,我就去酒店送距,最後一餐就係客家好棧。兩個人,唔係叫好多。炒牛河,呢個牛河都好干身,炒得油水好靚,又有芽菜。牛肉都好嫩而且份量大。我一個人食,一個牛河基本就飽了。然後朋友怕肚餓,就又叫咗個蛋炒飯, 飯都好爽,有D彈牙,口感好好,味道都好正。仲點咗個鳳爪,呢個鳳爪都幾香噶,價格合理。我覺得都好抵食。最後仲點咗個金錢肚,但係食完先惗起要影相,就無影了。總體來講都系幾巖朋友口味。算系距來香港最後一餐都不錯選擇。…Read More

上星期約了朋友系大埔果邊影產品相,影完之後,就去掃街食甜品,下午食完松記糖水一又食米線下午茶。但係都系唔夠飽.....對自己嘅大胃王表示,我真系好食得,即係標準吃貨。又去埋呢間個蓋好有特色嘅潮福蒸野。一直都唔記得全名。新鮮排骨粥底。呢個粥底真系好滑,排骨好鮮好入味,唔會有豬肉肉腥都系好滑,稠度又剛剛好。暖胃得來又不會好頂肚可以繼續食野。蒸蟲草雞、粟米、芋頭、南瓜。雜鍋,多種類,滿足到唔同人五同口味,玉米好嫩果種,唔會好老,好香甜。南瓜都系好甜,唔會蒸得好軟。芋頭切得好精緻,顏色好看,賣相都好得,芋頭甘嘅蒸發,好有原來芋頭自己嘅香味,之前睇書介紹過,芋頭功效中醫講,芋頭有生津開胃,消炎鎮痛作用嘅。幾個加起來對健康特別好。我最中意都系蒸龍蝦,sorry,我真系食肉獸來嘅,完全抗拒唔到龍蝦甘有肉感,但係又無骨,又鮮美嘅味道。好大只,好多肉,蒸得時間剛剛好,好嫩噶。總系覺得甘樣蒸,好似自己煮出來甘好味。推薦推薦~~~我地都無食飯,怕唔飽,另外叫個蒸馬拉糕、蔥花卷、紅棗糕。點解我地order咗兩個都系甘咋嘎?因為甘樣可以食多樣試多樣,標準食貨。馬拉膏好鬆軟,唔會好甜,太甜我覺得容易膩。蔥花卷系我F食。紅棗糕都覺得贊。因為我平時食都係食開馬蹄糕,紅棗糕都覺得特別甜,但係呢個都不會喔。都系好彈牙。…Read More
