Restaurants charging over $1k per person, you would expect a much better service. The way the staff passed us the menu was downright rude and seemed really impatient , as if she was just tossing it at us. The manager was even worse, making us feel like were just a hassle. Another female manager, who not only refused to apologize for a service issue but also absurdly asked us for business cards. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but left us feeling disrespected.Good service is the key to attracting customers, and without it, it's hard for a restaurant to thrive.
