話說今個月係我生日月份,個fd搵我食個lunch慶祝。辛苦夾到個時間,果朝竟然黑雨,差d食唔成呢餐。點知10點半落波,佢地12點已經準備好哂!為左唔想浪費餐飯,一落波就出去食!今日食割烹!好多人都唔知「割烹」係咩,簡單講就是日本私房菜。雖然都係食餐,但係廚師會個性化調整不同食客吃的料理。Omakase就食壽司為主,割烹則多元化得多,有刺身有熟食。今日呢餐有齊前菜、茶碗蒸、時令刺身、煮物、天婦羅、主食、味噌湯同甜品,最重要係午市仲有7折,晚市指定套餐有65折。4位數原價,3位數落樓。又有師傅可能邊食邊傾計,最鍾意呢種經驗。食呢d全餐一定要食貴少少,去到《炑》呢種級數開始,你先會由前菜、茶碗蒸呢d配角都有細節。是日刺身三品仲有我最鍾意嘅炙燒銀鱈魚,我地2個人都係叫同一個餐,但食嘅係都略有不同,呢個都係師傅專登為我準備。一炙燒已經成間野香哂!簡單以柚子胡椒同岩鹽調味解膩,銀鱈魚獨特嘅香氣,真係令我心動! ⁠北海道水八爪的爽口清新十勝縣A4和牛板鍵的濃厚口味都好高質最我特別要提下佢個目光魚同蘆筍天婦羅係意料之外的好食,師傅炸功十分好,係我今年為止食過功夫最好的天婦羅最後一個熟食係香煎鵝肝飯,我自己就覺得如果佢唔係伴飯,而係炒飯會更香,更完美。不過呢個賣相又真係會靚得多呢餐,收呢個價錢十分滿意!尖沙咀好西list不能沒有這家…Read More

《灘五鄉 - 灣仔》停左寫食評好一段時間,原因係摺埋左自己一排。呢排出返黎,一約人就遇到好野!灣仔曾經有段時間係我最初去嘅地方,唔入D巷仔都唔知開左好野,成個外觀好似去左日本咁!11月開始冇咁熱,就仲有埋露天位俾你一路食一路吹風!完全有預感呢間會成為我日後經常飲野吹水嘅優先選擇!呢間野係居酒屋,以食串燒為主。今日咁岩Lunch黎就有set食,午市定食$138起都算親民,呢個價食到日本廚師主理燒物,真係唔貴。今餐食完我同朋友都話一定要搵晚黎食串燒!經理見我地撞入黎,都知我地係第一次黎。信心滿滿向我地介紹呢度個我即燒鰻魚好出名,我坐bar枱望住佢燒和牛又燒鰻魚,工夫呃唔到人。所以我地就二話不說決定左,要一個蒲燒鰻魚丼定食($268)同一個日本和牛牛扒定食($328)。我最鍾意見到乜就食乜,我信自己對眼!香港地食鰻魚如果唔係即燒,好多味道都一式一款。關東風,軟身,重甜醬油味。呢度,你會食到佢輕手d,因為即燒,可以做到白燒鰻魚果種彈彈地嘅口感,面頭仲有焦脆。唔係平時百幾蚊果d鰻魚飯俾到你嘅水準。而個飯都做得非常好,唔好太軟,粒粒分明又吸汁!完全係驚靘到我,好少係香港食到日本味道嘅鰻魚飯。呢個野坦白講,個賣相比鰻魚差了不少。初初期望都唔大,入口有驚喜!講真和牛我食好多,其實來來去去都係幾款,但呢個和牛志不在肉質,而係廚師嘅技術。和牛扒果個焦香,唔只係油香。而係肉香。呢個有賴廚師對件牛嘅理解,用咩火先可以做到保留肉質嫩滑而表面有梅納反應。佢有柚子胡椒、竹炭鹽、岩鹽同炸蒜片俾你自己揀黎配,我推竹炭鹽,唔會太咸,淡淡的提味。呢間灣仔友一定要book mark!…Read More

喺灣仔區食自助餐,呢個價錢都幾抵喎

《六國酒店 Le Menu - 灣仔》呢篇食評對我黎講極其罕見,我竟然會食buffet!我呢d雞仔食量嘅人如果唔係約左人傾野,都真係未必會出現喺自助餐現場。不過7-8年冇食自助餐,今次體驗都幾唔錯!六國酒店貴為香港經典酒店已經超過90年歷史,其中菜廳-粵軒嘅中菜就相當有名。今次黎到佢嘅自助餐真係幾有期待!傳統酒店我就最鍾意,因為先唔好講食,傳統酒店服務,絕非新派酒店可以媲美,佢可能冇新酒店咁靚,咁Stylish,但隱隱有種一絲不苛同人情味喺當中。成個buffet以龍蝦為主題,多款由生到熟嘅龍蝦菜式,以原隻開邊波士頓龍蝦為首,加上加拿大雪花蟹腳、麵包蟹、翡翠螺同一眾大家食buffet會搶嘅刺身!同大家食開果d buffet唔同,傳統酒店即係傳統酒店。熱盤區比較多你平時食唔到嘅野,包括焗蟹蓋、避風塘炒龍蝦鉗、黃金蝦、酥炸生蠔、蒸扇貝、蠔皇扣海螺片、香煎盲曹呢d中菜品重嘅菜式。仲有爐端燒食,其中我最鍾意佢個鴨肝,加埋件烘脆左嘅麵包一齊野,不知不覺可能食好多件!最開心係呢度會無啦啦有個廚師即場表演,整鮑魚鴨掌同埋老牌餐廳先有嘅火焰雪山。有得食又有野睇,氣氛都幾好!我特別想講下個湯,大家可能都發現佢個buffet招牌野都幾靠中菜,而湯方面除左有龍蝦湯,我對佢個竹絲雞螺頭燉豬展印像深刻,絕對唔係出面酒店果d湯可以做到,入口清甜而不油,濃郁得黎好暖好舒服,我飲左2碗。至於作為甜品之鬼嘅我,其實呢度都真係幾多樣式。凍櫃差不多有20款切餅/甜品揀,其實係試唔哂。當中我覺得士多啤梨西瓜蛋糕同珍珠奶茶布甸幾有趣,朱古力慕絲蛋糕、士多啤梨拿破崙、蘆薈柚子果凍有水準!Häagen-Dazs任食就基本野,我私人建議一個食法就係佢地有即製窩夫,拎完倒個Häagen-Dazs落去。包你滿足!個人覺得,其實你食得多出面好相似,要黎回本嘅buffet,不如試下另一種體驗。特別係如果有長輩生日/造節,一家人黎食係好適合。…Read More

我早排喺日本返黎,朋友又喺台灣返黎。而佢第日又飛日本,所以要把握時間交換手信。趕時間到一個點係晚飯都食唔到。但趕時間,又唔代表要求其食,見到就知我食個快lunch食得有幾豪!第二次黎燒肉801,點解要出多次食評?因為唔黎食過lunch都唔知,原來佢地有lunch set,有燒肉set,包括係801盛呀,黑毛和牛盛之類,呢d佢全部會跟一個飯同湯變做set。而佢仲有d拉麵呀,咖哩飯、鰻魚飯之類。咁其實普通返工食個lunch都ok喎!黑毛和牛盛($298)+牛舌($78)我不嬲食牛一係唔食,一食就食最好。但其實大家可以叫返801盛,會平$100。果日因為我地都唔係好肚餓,所以就叫一個set加個牛舌share。個set包一個用左黑毛和牛肩胛肉嘅大判燒,肉質非常柔軟,真係入口即溶。呢個上次都有食過,記得點埋個溫泉蛋漿,真係好滑好享受!另外佢配多個黑毛和牛小排,牛小排係我最鍾意嘅一個部份,性價比之王!入口比肩胛肉結實少少,牛味重d,和牛的牛小排我覺得平衡度係一流。又唔會太油,又有返個肉味!次次都會叫。而個牛舌就係我必點啦!我係薄切派,因為脆身爽口。牛舌都係叫鹽比較好!個人覺得呢間其實價位比出面同類餐廳平少少,用料真心唔差!係位可能比較細,同個爐細左少少。岩少人數嘅燒肉聚餐,係性價比路線代表…Read More

《Bochord - 銅鑼灣》🥉又係星期五銅鑼灣工作天,今日朋友話帶我去食好西!食Fine Dining!一入到餐廳就有驚喜,喺商場樓上餐廳嘅裝修,有酒店餐廳嘅感覺。仲要睇海景,我成餐飯剛好由日頭食到變黑,睇哂成個日落,感覺呢間係情人節/出左糧想帶女朋友黎威威嘅好選擇!Bochord呢個字在古代英國解作收書室/圖書館,所以店內滿滿是英式高貴氣派,牆身都係書櫃裝飾,加上海景,360度都係打卡位,八點之後仲有樂隊唱歌未食已經讚緊。今日黎得食咁靚嘅餐廳,就叫左個Full Set嘅 Tasting Menu,人均$1388,八個 course。成餐飯由麵包作開始,已經係一絲不苟,特別係佢個青醬牛油十分香滑,搞到我食哂d麵包,極擔心食唔哂之後d野...另外我地都叫左2杯野飲,靚之餘唔算好貴,一百蚊上下。配埋個景用黎打卡都抵過出面叫啦!appetizer部份個人覺得Bochord嘅開胃菜做得特別出色,驚艷到我。第一道係用和牛風乾12個月嘅火腿,配個泡沫醬汁同經典黑醋同之後幾道菜都係一樣,廚子會用一個食材做幾個調味食法,等你每一啖都可以有變化。之後兩道開胃菜都係一個啫喱凍配他他造法,一個係墨魚汁加蝦一個係北海道帶子正當我食到第二道果陣仲問點解佢地咁鍾意他他?有d諷刺佢冇新意果陣奇蹟就發生,個Hokkaido King Scallop個基底係用青辣椒青檸雪葩襯托個帶子,我同朋友同時食到,對視而笑,真係好surprise!之後係龍蝦湯,龍蝦湯近年仿佛成為左Fine Dining嘅標配,但今次呢個入面直頭有粒鮑魚。呢個湯係先擺盤再喺我地面前落湯,本身擺得已經相當精緻,落左湯又有第二種Presentation。如果你俾個鮑魚吸引,你就太膚淺。呢道菜真正勁係佢為入面再一個食材都做左處理。例如個蝦佢煎香左,紅菜頭提左味,令呢幾個菜食落真係好多心機位main course部份main course部份我感覺佢地就返平實少少,第一個道菜係白燒鰻魚嘅配煙肉忌廉汁意粉。白燒鰻魚造法有別於我地食開果種風味,魚肉結實而重味。加上手作意粉口感更彈牙。睇相都知掛汁情度理想,煙肉白亦令食件事畫龍點睛。最後一道main course係炭燒A5和牛,我笑說佢一點點嘅擺盤好草間彌生。同一個思路就係幾種汁俾你每啖都有唔同。和牛就正常發揮吧!日本A5和牛都做得好好,我個人覺得如果外層煎脆會更好!甜品黎呢d餐廳最好就係野好食,擺盤亦精緻。芒果mousse配搭斑蘭蛋糕,仲一人有一隻蝴蝶送。芒果香濃,係差在斑蘭蛋糕可唔可以多少少,好食呀因為!…Read More

貊炙》灣仔區呢間其實我想試好耐,因為我每星期總有2日要去灣仔做野,而來回地鐵站都一定要經過呢間野。外面望入去感覺Grand Grand地,又喺新鴻基中心以為好離地,點知都唔算真係好貴。呢間野定位係韓燒,但講真其實就係港式韓燒,不論前菜的N小碟,佢個泡菜同之後點嘅菜都明顯經過港式「馴化」。但唔算正宗,又唔等於唔好食,個牛直頭令我有驚喜!我唔係好食凍野,但朋友好愛。所以先食左個「醬油盛合」($185),內有兩隻大蝦、八爪魚同帶子。蝦我就pass左,帶子其實都唔錯,入味就一定,雖然醬左爽就差d,不過軟得黎好濃郁!八爪魚就爽身唔會腥,都唔會太濃味。牛由我話事就叫左must食嘅「和牛牛舌」 $178同我juhh 覺得係呢度必食嘅「鹽磚和牛西冷牛扒」 $888。牛舌就一定係食先!薄切就一定,店裡幫忙燒真係特別好食,又爽口又唔會太油,仲濃邊!真係好香!之後就係今日MVP,你真係唔好嫌貴,呢個野上台我都少少疑惑。睇相都知一定唔係韓牛,似和牛,但一塊目測超過300g嘅和牛西冷,喺咁嘅餐廳食又冇可能唔過千。所以我都問問呢塊係咩牛。原來係熟成的澳洲和牛!起初我都冇抱太大期望,因為我不嬲唔特別愛澳洲和牛。印象一路都不好,但呢個熟成的澳洲和牛做得到入口即溶,由於熟成所以牛味亦突出。能用心機同技巧將塊澳洲和牛提升到再高提次,值得一讚!是日MVP !呢晚我地冇叫飯,所以叫左個「海鮮煎蔥餅」$168,對食完個牛黎講個份量有點大份,半煎炸的手法令成件煎蔥餅好香脆,卻保留到內層部份少少的軟身,入面有唔少八爪魚增加口感同鮮味。但食完個牛我個心已經放不下其他東西。個人覺得個價錢冇我想像中咁離地,算係中價水平,但外觀就係中高價的效果。特別要提一下就係好少有餐廳個setting係咁適合打卡影相,d野食就咁影都好靚。我會覺得呢間餐廳論合節日慶祝,情侶拍拖之用。唯一我覺得佢地用個傳菜機械人太可愛,有少少同佢高級嘅風格不是太配合,不過女孩子應該會覺得可愛嘅!…Read More

《鮨燐 - 上環》🥉同得識飲識食嘅朋友食飯,一定唔可以求其。上次食過尖沙咀鮨燐覺得好食,今次就食埋上環店,呢間先係老舖!已經屹立港島六年,即係話2018年一開舖好快就經歷好多考驗。可以活到今天,一定有過人之處。今晚就豪囉!食到最貴果個壽司十四貫套餐!點解咁豪?發左達?唔係...係因為原價$1380,而家六折優惠呀!$828咋!14件嘅Dinner Omakase,真係屈哂機。前菜三味佢地d食材好正!主要來自北海道同沖繩,由前菜就睇到。先來一個北海道松葉蟹配柚子醋啫喱,上面灑上紫蘇花,清新芬香。水梅貝以醬油產過,有咬口又有濃郁醬油甜香!最後就係沖繩的名產—沖繩水雲。佢係一種海帶類嘅東西,可以提升免疫力,可以話係super food。水雲多以醋汁調味做冷盤,好開胃!會立即令你食欲大增!壽司十四貫全員有:愛媛縣蜜柑鯛、鹿兒島烏賊、金目鯛、北海道帶子、大分縣深海池魚、間八魚、幼銀鱈魚、神奈川梭子魚、兵庫縣甜蝦、岩手縣赤貝、島根縣池魚、長崎縣鯖魚、愛媛縣中吞拿魚腩、馬糞海膽。同其他Omakase一樣,14件都係由淡食到濃,先由愛媛縣蜜柑鯛開始,呢個我上次喺尖沙咀鮨燐食過都印象深刻!魚肉輕輕帶有蜜柑香,口感清新爽脆!記得唔好自己點醬油,唔係就錯過左蜜柑香。總之師傅調好味,大家就信師傅,呢個開頭係我好滿意嘅選擇!食Omakase最好就係可以學野,例如今次食呢個烏賊我覺得口感特別,原來係因為用左「細切」嘅刀法昇升爽口程度。金目鯛火灸突出金目鯛油香。深海池魚油香重,配芝麻醬能昇升濃郁度。其中,我最喜歡金目鯛。另外其實大家都知香港生意難做,更考Omakase工夫。14件收800蚊點先有錢賺呢?要考師傅對食材嘅心思。你一定要保持有中拖、鯛魚、馬糞海膽呢d貴野,又要用本身親民得食材,好似鯖魚、甜蝦。咁但係其實我對呢2款平價壽司好深印象,因為我明知係平,你要做到我滿意係相對較難。個甜蝦師傅將d蝦膏蝦油做左個醬吱返喺上,非常鮮味!而鯖魚上以醋醃大根切成非常薄的薄片,入口展現令我驚喜嘅平衡感,完全冇油膩。最後就係一定要有嘅中拖同馬糞海膽,本身2款都唔係我杯茶。但中拖唔會太肥,都冇好重血味,值得讚!而馬糞海膽同上次一樣,都係令我知道,我唔係唔喜歡海膽,我只係唔喜歡平嘅海膽(笑)。食Omakase除左真係食野,仲係同師傅溝通交流嘅文化之旅。我下個月又飛日本,返黎再分享日本食經!…Read More

加上解說……《金子半之助-荃灣》又係荃灣搵食,疫情先後懶左,除非出開去做野,如果唔係都好少出外區食飯。今日睇完戲,順便就落埋荃灣廣場地庫食埋飯先返屋企,又Encore金子半之助。江戶前天丼 $138我黎親叫黎叫去都係呢個同軟穀蟹天丼。餓少少一定叫呢個!睇賣相都知冇得輸!份量多,咁鬼長嘅穴子天婦羅用天婦羅造法多左一份濃郁嘅麻油香,而且成個飯所有野都炸得黃金香脆,交足功課!其實叫江戶前天丼最好就係你幾乎一下就食哂佢可以叫嘅天婦羅!包括魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、流心蛋天婦羅今次就炸得脆過上次黎食了,大家食果陣記得唔好掛住打卡,快d食左佢!上天丼 $118朋友叫左上天丼,個人覺得成個menu性價比最高就係呢個。118食到哂白身魚、海老、小柱魷魚餅、黃碗豆、海苔同果個蛋!最重要就係成個飯每一個食材唔會因為麻油重味而得返一種味。本來仲話要加野,食完都已經飽哂!要讚佢地送嘅黑豆茶,解膩一流!…Read More

因為一D關係我都幾熟台灣手信,大家都知台灣手信真係好百花齊放。咁香港又點呢?我自己覺得選擇冇咁多嘅!而作為香港人都想送D傳統得黎,又有返咁上下品味嘅香港手信俾親友/外國朋友。皇玥係近幾年一個令我幾有信心嘅Brand,大家都知皇玥葉永華師傅係嘉麟樓點心部做左30年,奶黃月餅係佢得意之作。但大家又知唔知皇玥都有出手信禮盒?我今次食呢個蝴蝶酥由米芝蓮團隊製作,睇相就見到色澤非常金黃,而且比一般蝴蝶酥鬆脆唔少。牛油香係勁嘅!特別要提下佢個杏仁蝴蝶酥,杏仁味係我食過最濃郁嘅杏仁蝴蝶酥。而伯爵茶蝴蝶酥係我覺得同蝴蝶酥香脆口感最夾嘅一隻味!大力推薦呢款!3款面頭果層焦糖真係掌握得好好,令佢保留到蝴蝶酥嘅酥脆之餘,又有果下卜一聲嘅口感,唔覺唔覺就食哂!提提大家皇玥搞緊個蝴蝶酥節,四月落門市買蝴蝶酥禮盒,就有買二送一!送禮一流!仲有幾日快d衝喇!…Read More

酒店的扒房,坐得舒服d,有服務又得體!

《CARVER- 銅鑼灣》星期三,又係銅鑼灣搵食團,不過今次唔同~就係同朋友補祝生日。人大左同人慶祝點可以失禮?所以今次選了個酒店的扒房,坐得舒服d,有服務又得體!今晚食左個2人套餐人均都係6百零蚊。酒店黎講算平。而家佢地做緊個CARVER × THE LEO DIAMOND 聯乘嘅二人SET,只需$1288,隨套餐會贈送一條The Leo Diamond  DSeries 淡水珍珠項鍊同現金券送,4月30號之前訂枱仲有early bird 價$1088 ,5舊水人均,如果係生日真係抵到爛!凱撒沙律呢個沙律會跟個sourdough bread,呢個沙律竟然係會擺盤。羅馬生菜上面淋上醬汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,加上乾麵包粒,增添鬆脆口感。香炸軟殼大蝦個軟殼蝦我幾鍾意,因為唔駛剝殼。連殼食令蝦外面多左層少少脆的口感,更顯蝦肉鬆軟。下面配以羽衣甘藍同紅珊瑚生菜,幾開到胃!澳洲M6和牛腹脇肉 300g我地叫左Medium,黎到大概係Medium Rare左右。切開又幾得意,以腹脇肉黎講唔係好肥,肉味算重而且唔韌。不過我都講過好多次,澳洲和牛個名令人想起日本和牛,但真係兩種風格。澳洲牛更多係食肉而不是油香。個外層都處得理ok,少少脆口~唔錯!澳洲尖吻鱸魚柳鱸魚係西餐上一個好十分喜歡嘅菜式,如果唔食牛我會先考慮魚。但大家知道香港食西餐d魚多數品質都成疑,所以黎酒店食,見到鱸魚一定心心眼。魚柳先被煎香,魚肉嫩滑入口即溶。,廚師用左西班牙皮奎洛紅辣椒泥點綴係幾新鮮,今晚MVP我俾呢個。特濃朱古力蛋糕甜品係朱古力蛋糕,3層口感分別係上層好欣賞佢上面嘅朱古力焦糖脆脆,中間係朱古力honeycomb係非常非常濃郁!加埋一個好清新嘅Respberry雪葩,同個朱古力好夾!…Read More
