同同事去開灣仔做嘢,發現原來起鍋都有午市套餐,之前來過食晚市火鍋好唔錯,估唔到午餐一樣有驚喜。叫左幾個lunch 大家share~推介菜式: 泰式海南雞飯 $68食完一星期,到而家仲回味緊。個雞同個醬不得了,雞超鮮嫩,醬的酸辣味剛好,食完一口再一口,停不了。冬陰功蝦金邊粉 $68古惑的金邊粉,粉一到當然搶先飲啖湯,見不是太濃味還有點擔心會淡茂茂,再食多啖金邊粉,又係停不了。金邊粉入哂味,每一口都超好吃。湯頭味不太濃原因應該是沒有味精,因為食完成餐都唔口渴,平時食冬陰功一定要配凍飲,今次似熱泰式奶茶都唔好乾。我哋仲有叫泰式鴨髀河$88香葉肉碎煎蛋飯$68都好有水準,呢個價錢可以食到泰式lunch, 性價比高,我決定來親灣仔都要貢上來,試哂成個lunch menu…Read More

這兩年不知是租金還是食材便宜了,出現左好多高汁高CP值火鍋。$4-500一個頭,可以食到海鮮刺身、靚牛,仲要食到捧住個肚走。好店又抵吃,是值得被推介的。 3女1男剛好點到四人餐,十分豐富。起鍋最吸引我嘅地方係市場少有嘅東南亞風情,本身點個冬陰功火鍋湯底,不過同行太多友人唔辣得,就叫左個椰子雞花膠湯底。未打邊爐先嘗一口,超正!用停唔到口要飲多碗先肯淥野。值得一讚的是….成個湯底(以及成餐)明顯是真材實料無!味!精!呢個十分重要,友人食足三小時,一個椰青都飲唔哂,平時去其他地方食有味精好快要加嘢飲,淨係呢點已足夠我地下次再encore! 雖然order 唔到東南亞風情火鍋湯底,但絕世混醬區有十分多香料及醬汁,包括青檸、魚露、檸檬草、香茅….就這樣我也還了一個東南亞風情的心願。推介食物🥢海鮮拼盤:象拔拔刺身,十分鮮甜,吃得出有多新鮮! 生蠔🦪蟶子及蝦都淥完後再吃都吃得出是新鮮貨。🥢自家制的水餃及丸有多種不同口味的水餃及丸選擇,有些會混入香料或配菜做mix and match, 例如九層塔蝦丸、梅菜豬肉丸,款款都各具特色。但令人最難忘的,是廚師的手勢,可以整到每款丸及餃都十分彈牙,實在難得! 新派口味+不失技藝,暫時在別處未試過,值得一試! 其他美食如罕見的牛部位、響鈴午餐肉(呢個爆趣)、水雲麵等等…都十分有水準值得一提:場內播的年代金曲實在太有feel, 遇啱幾位飯腳都係同一個Gen, 成晚直到講唔到夠兩句嘢就會忍唔住一齊唱🤭笑左…Read More

聞名不如見面,昨天一到傳說中的鯉魚門食海鮮🦞十分推介的一個景點,落車後要沿海旁行一條小路才可到達,沿途仲有特色的烤肉乾、杏仁餅店,十分有特色。今次光顧行到最入的 @南大門。入到去唔小心選了一個靠窗的好位🤭夕陽美景「謀殺了不少菲林」推介菜式🍴🥢🦞龍蝦、 象拔蚌刺身+火鍋二食巨型龍蝦、象拔蚌先以刺身+火鍋二食,雖然尺寸巨型,但並無選鮮甜肉質。特別一贊是個火鍋湯底,應該是豆腐、粟米、白蘿蔔大地魚湯,沒有味精,大家忍不住馬上添了一碗來飲。🥢上湯龍蝦伊面由於只龍蝦太大的關係,食完刺身後,那個蝦頭及蝦腳,再拎去整伊面,龍蝦仍然多過面。伊面吸收了龍蝦的湯汁,加配滋味。用心把龍蝦腳的確拆開後,兩只手指咁粗的龍蝦腳啖啖肉,爽口彈牙,只有新鮮的海鮮才有這口感!🥢油鹽焗奄仔蟹咁大隻,真系奄仔蟹咩😵‍💫但人生真系未試過食蟹+ 羔咁滿足😋可以用大匙羹𢳂🥢一魚兩吃清炒龍躉球,無骨啖啖肉超滿足!魚肉鮮甜,皮位膠質煙靭無腥味,連d 伴碟的西蘭花及草菇都俾人食埋,先記得原來未影相燘魚骨,魚骨炸脆拎去燘都仲好多肉可以食到,同埋好大碟,需沒有看見過牠的真身,但看堆骨就知道牠是一條很巨型的大魚🐠🥢南瓜薏米糖水食到最後雖然好飽,但糖水一樣清!糖水一放低已有陣陣南瓜味湧入鼻。食落唔太甜,好香南瓜味,我到第二日都回味緊(利申:南瓜🎃控)其他推介:白菜鮮魚湯陳皮蒸南非鮑…Read More

Feeling tired with my previous job, I change my job and start working in Causeway Bay. I received a call from my bestie yesterday and she invited me for a meet up. Today, we are going to try a new restaurant which is located near my workplace. Walked pass Lee Gardens and Via Tokyo, We finally arrive Haven Street. Haven Street is well-known by the wide varieties of food (Japanese, western, dessert and more) that you can definitely find what you want. When my friend and I saw Bilibala at the end of the street, we decided to have some drinks and Japanese bbq (yakitori). I would love to come back again after my pleasant experience tonight.Apart from the food quality, I think excellent service is also a main reason to a restaurant’s success. Although the restaurant is quite fully booked, they serve the dishes one by one to make sure they serve the best food instead of putting all on the table.For the food quality, I think the food they served is really fresh that I can taste the original taste of food instead of strong taste of seasonings. With the crispy crust and soft, juicy texture, I think Biilibala is one of the best yakitori bars I have ever tried.Juicy’s choices:The chicken gizzard and OX Tongue are incredible. The OX Tongue is tender and I didn’t expect that the chicken gizzard can be that juicy. From my experiences most of them are dry and hard to eat.Cherry Tomato Wrapped with Bacon - When this comes up, the waiter reminds us that we need to put the dishes aside for a while because the hot juicy tomato can easily burn our mouth. 成日想搵個可以同閨密足膝詳談既地方但都硬係搵唔O岩~今日終於比我遇到..值得分享。咁O岩遇著友人O係尖沙咀返工,來到半島中心外的 Bubble Dream Café。同為愛貓者,探過忌廉哥,向半島中心過去,數分鐘就到~一入到去就比哥幾盞ball ball燈飾迷住,簡單卻時尚。坐位大多是沙化位,同朋友坐到唔想走,環境不是最大的重點,這裡的食物卻令我感到意外!蜜糖雞翼,外皮有輕輕煎炸過,但不是很油膩,外面再用上小小香草同蜜塘汁掛上雞翼。味道是有蜜糖香,同時帶有香草味;口感外脆內嫩,唔似平時出面D CAFE用埋哂D雪藏味雞翼=/芝士牛肉漢堡,如果同是芝士迷,一樣會戀上!濃濃ge芝士同牛肉互相配合, 每咬一口都有牛肉汁流出,仲有D新鮮生菜同蕃茄~推介成為每次必點的美食。意大利包~雖經烘焙,但不是硬生生的,表面是小小脆,內裡仍是鬆軟的。夾著的煙三文魚沒有很濃的煙燻味,不是那種一咬下去滿口帶有苦澀味的那種,是淡淡的煙燻味,很容易入口!熱朱古力~太甜了..不喜歡=(..但友人卻大愛...最後我就用我杯chocolate 換左佢杯cuppucino…Read More

三週年紀念~循例都要食餐浪漫晚餐~上個月見到雜誌報導呢間餐廳,見到D環境同野食好靚~一睇就知係紀念日之選,即刻接起左隻角...留待我們三週年紀念一嚐早2年分別去左lok 士佛台同中環食,環境氣氛都OK..幾百蚊一個dish..我又唔覺得好特別..但今次來到呢度.<3第一次遇到教我深刻的周年晚餐..因為無論環境、服務定食物都令我覺得好正好~先講環境, 呢間餐廳真係無改錯名..真係成間Palace咁...老實說..佢既裝修仲好似豪過D 5 星酒店裹既餐廳..自從上次同班fd去完MACAU 夾錢租左間威尼斯總統套房後...我很久都沒有試過擁有呢種皇者氣派既感覺了T^T好滾動。所以~用來做週年紀念既用餐地點, 小女子極力推介...坐起度...就好似有一種尊貴既浪漫咁<3服務方面,亦都有酒店級既水準..點解會咁深刻係因為佢係我第1間見到有"Giordano文化"既餐廳 (因為佢地D同事成日都keep住smile mode).....離遠見到你想去toilet 已經會主動走過來帶你去推開埋度防煙門指示你往toilet ge方向~窩心左..好~講返野食.....味道好好..可能係咁O岩o岩我口味...因為我好中意食D 一pat pat既野..咁佢個意大利飯就做得好rich...飯粒軟硬適中.佢個sauce有少少微酸~飯與飯之間又好似有D海鮮同芝士碎..味夠濃而佢個活海鮮意粉..都係creamy野..又O岩哂我心水..D 白汁掛起麵條上面~好滑好正..D蜆肉好大隻好肥..滿足!順帶一提~前菜點了牛油果沙律 - 味道清新,賣想好靚..tomato 粒, 牛油果粒及其他不同顏色的配料分顏色地逐層疊上了...像rainbow..好美<3總括,…Read More
