透過團購買魚生飯定食套餐,上枱份定食,有前菜、沙律、麵豉湯、魚生飯同飲品,睇落真係好豐富。點知一食落去....嘩,真係好耐未食過咁無質素的食品。D沙律醬好似唔駛錢咁,我自問係一個鍾意食咩都多醬的人,連我都嫌多,咁就真係Too much。前菜有魚翅、鮑魚、中華沙律、八爪魚。但魚翅偏硬、鮑魚預咗係假,所以接受得到。中華沙律最正常,但八爪魚都係怪怪的,不知怎樣形容,總之並不像平時食到的。魚生仲離譜,好似去素食店的仿製品,三文魚完全無魚味,墨魚好似魚旦製造嘅仿製品。最耐人尋味係...當夾起件吞拿魚時,居然D飯有一灘向血水,我真係懷疑真係血水定係吞拿魚上的染色素。即刻用手機照低,可惜未能成UPLOAD功在此評論上。論服務,也是不合格。我同隔離檯同一時間叫十件三文魚壽司,人哋食剩四件,我都未嚟,就同經理反映,經理有點唔耐煩回應,“鍊”緊,壽司係即叫即做,要時間“鍊”,唔關係咪同一時間落單事。成間餐廳,侍應佈滿場,游來游去,問親嘢都答唔到,要轉問經理。後來經理都忍唔住,在水吧大大聲聲罵班下屬瞓醒未,質問佢哋究竟想開開心心做嘢,定係返工俾佢勁罵?個個俾佢罵到低哂頭,我作為一個客,都感到不安。咁樣嘅食物質素、差劣的服務態度及週六也逃避不過經理的訓示,唉...即使免費請我食,我都唔會再去囉!…Read More

8:45p.m.去到酒樓,由於太餓,二話不說攞飛。門口寫住宵夜小菜/火煱於晚上九時後開始,一心諗住相差15分鐘,緊係等到宵夜時段啦,咪同知客講2位宵夜小菜。知客回應特價時段須在門口先排隊,九時才開始派飛,咁咪排囉。到排完、攞完飛,九時安排入座。坐低後,問侍應攞特價小菜餐牌,佢居然好晦氣話今日開始取消宵夜小菜,我問咁點解要我排隊等到九時,佢無理就走咗去。都算了,問佢攞大餐牌,佢搵完走近我張枱,自言自語話“D人攞哂D餐牌去邊呀,無哂嘅”,講完之後等咗五分鐘都無拎餐牌俾我。我咪唯有出大堂問其他侍應,個侍應聽完指下個口兼擰頭(意思應該係佢喉嚨唔舒服,答唔到,但身體語言俾我的感覺係唔耐煩:(。嘩,做飲食業唔舒服都帶番個口罩啦)。我轉身搵咗個部長問,佢算係全場最正常的服務性行業人員,態度友善,找了3分鐘後,在我打算起身走之前,終於搵到個餐牌俾我。前菜點了牛𦟌,略嫌乾身,但味道尚可。白灼蝦,鮮甜,但居然有沙。鴨掌西蘭花鮑魚菇,用煲仔上保持熱度,抵讚,但味精很重,食完好口渴:(:(。白飯,用砵仔上,份量比用飯碗明顯少許多。一邊食,隔離枱多次投訴上菜慢,眼見佢哋食到十時,仍有兩個餸未到,部份親友等不了先走。催了幾次,終於上菜,傳菜嬸嬸慘成箭把。客人投訴大嗱嗱幾千蚊食圍餐,要自己酙茶、無侍應分翅,上菜又慢,部份親友吾到都走了,要求餘下兩款餸退錢唔要。在側負責上菜的侍應一粒聲都唔出,無理客人退款要求,繼續把餸放在枱上。無辜的傳菜嬸嬸被質問後定一定神,很有智慧又不失禮貌地回應“我都明白你好勞氣,但我只感到無奈”,高人呀!但我真係睇唔過眼個侍應,明明係自己服務態度差,累同事俾人罵,但也不出聲道歉。總括而言,我都食到一肚氣,今時今日都應該很難再找到服務如此差的食肆,我決不會再惠顧。差差差....…Read More
