今日同屋企人行開尖沙咀, 路經"滿江紅", 便決定帶佢地試吓食四川菜, 我點了這裏最出名的兩款餸 -- 麻辣口水雞,水煮桂花魚先講麻辣口水雞, 都幾大碟,都算有1/3隻雞,有齊雞翼、雞肶、雞胸肉,雞肉非常滑溜,雞骨唔會硬可以慢慢啃,個麻辣真係辣到標汗,鼻水不自覺地流下,越辣越想食,連墊底的青瓜條都唔放過,母親大人仲話D花生超脆,總之全碟清哂再講水煮桂花魚,淨係個香味都已經令人食指大動,一撥面頭的辣椒粒,隱約仲聽到滋滋聲,真係新鮮熱辣。急不及待試一片,唔,第一啖就食到桂花魚的鮮甜嫩滑,第二啖就嚐到那種令人又愛又恨的麻辣,超刺激哩!忍唔住再食多一片、一片、又一片,哈,點解對座的母親大人變了關公臉?原來她辣到心跳加速,血氣運行太急,面紅了個水煮魚墊底仲有好多配料,包括青瓜、銀芽、滑粉,全部索哂個汁,辣到標眼淚~唔覺唔覺就飽到捧住個肚,幾乎一放低筷子,就有Waiter行埋黎問有無再加廚房食物;再過一陣,就有Waitress來執碗,明白,係時候埋單走人!…Read More
