星期日晚上約了朋友吃飯,朋友找了一家火鍋店,這裡相當乾淨,感覺不錯餐廳裝潢也相當雅誌,氣氛很好食物選擇頗多,我們吃了一個蟹煲,名叫馳名大石砸死蟹,滾一會兒已經可以開始進食,湯底的香味相當強烈蟹真的很巨型,內裡的膏也相當多,要做一次拆蟹專家了蟹肉也相當鮮甜,味道不錯,吸收了湯的味道變得有點微辣吃完蟹後也可以吃其食物,價錢不貴,相當抵吃火鍋的食物味道不錯,特別是魚肉,魚肉相當滑溜.另外因為吸收了湯的味道,有一點點辣,但感覺不錯去骨後的魚肉吃起來相當方便,口感滑溜,對於喜歡魚的我們實在是一個好消息…Read More

今年情人節又是自己一人了,已經不知道是第幾次一人過情人節了,自從跟上一任分手後,還未認識到可以溝通的那位這樣傷感的日子,當然不想外出吃飯,感覺有點像獻世,所以還是買外賣回家吧回家後也是一人,外賣份量也只買一人份量可以了最後買了這個日式海鮮鍋,由於沒有預訂,所以等了大約30分鐘才有貨內裡的食材份量也不小,最重要的當然是三文魚,還有鮮蝦,蝦，鮮鮑魚，帆立貝，QQ 麵，豆腐，金菇，鮮冬菇，紫菜響鈴卷。湯底是昆布魚骨湯,加熱後便可以吃了三文魚熟了後便會變成煙三文魚的形狀,味道也不錯,只要不要太老便可以紫菜響鈴相當香脆,我喜歡滾一會再吃豆腐吸收了湯底的味道會更有味,香噴噴的,還可以保持滑滑的質感蝦則要滾得較耐才會熟透,蝦肉的鮮味不錯,已這種外賣鍋來說味道算是過得去一個人回家不用煮便可以吃,算是這個火鍋的最大優點,對我這種孤單的人最方便…Read More
