一心見放工放得早,難得見無人排隊,去呢度食個quick dinner。6:45pm坐埋位後已經即刻落單,期間侍應不停來回望我們張枱,奇奇怪怪,到7pm左右幫我們落單的侍應走過來,叫我們再次點食物,原來冇幫我們落單!離哂大譜!再等10分鐘,食物先到,前後已經等了接近半小時!以為食物到了就算,點知 繼 續 有 錯!侍應送來「吉列雞扒定食」,已經除哂口罩準備食,那個忘記落單嘅侍應又過來,又講唔好意思,原來個碟係「吉列豬扒定食」,真係超級嬲!9秒9拎走枱上的「吉列豬扒定食」,見佢轉頭就將那碟「吉列豬扒定食」交俾其他食客,完全無想過其實我們有無食過/有無講嘢飛沫彈過... 終於「吉列雞扒定食」到枱面。<錯上枱的「吉列豬扒定食」,一錯再錯除咗完全無心機食,成餐所有食物都覺得比其他分店差。特別是「吉列豬柳泡菜鍋定食」的豬柳太乾,碗飯唔夠熱。呢個分店仲有一個好差勁的環境,走廊滿佈紙皮箱,亂咁放,甚到阻塞走火門口。總之只能一個字形容 - 差!…Read More

所謂新加坡菜,其實就是北緯1度一帶熟食中心的匯萃,10元8塊就有一餐的大眾美食。但在香港的,餐廳動輒也要70~80元才可吃個海南雞飯或喇沙。位於尖東的好時就可以合理價錢感受一下新加坡口味。這次和同事來附近辦事,可以感受一下這間「失而復得」的餐廳。午餐與晚餐用同一餐牌,但午餐卻可以+4元來支支裝可樂,感覺自然便宜很多。老實說這裡的雞飯,炒麵,炒粉,喇沙也大約50~60元,午晚市來說也是非常化算。這次吃的是福建炒麵和雞飯。炒麵雖然只用油麵,沒有像南洋般用2種麵底一起混炒,但味道卻出奇地如南洋一般。當地炒麵比較習慣濕炒,故一些湯仍在碟上,雖然少了鑊氣,但卻保留一些香氣,吃下有不同感覺。唯一不足是參巴醬要加錢才可配麵,如果大方一點,定必吃得更開心。雞飯水準保持得很好,油飯味不太過咸,可能用的醬青和南方不同,飯色有點不同,但想像中不太咸,令人很快食完整碗油飯。雞略帶點肥,這點反而是香港獨有的優勢,算是一種新加坡食物在地化的例子。很多人會說吃飯後就催你離開,午市時未有這樣感覺,可能早來人不多。但吃飯就是吃飯,如果要吹水談心自然會到其他地方啊。這次沒有嘗試菜類,沙嗲,咖哩,不過留待無時間下南洋時,也可以到這裡感受一番。…Read More

一般的拉麵店未必有好多種小食配搭,去完悅來坊的元札幌拉麵,令我有點驚喜!因為可以滿足既想食麵,又想吃不同小吃的貪心念頭。拉麵的配搭有很多款式選擇,有海鮮、雜菜、蟹棒、豬軟骨、櫻花蝦、北海道特色的牛油拉麵,總有一款啱心水今次就試咗北海道櫻花蝦拉麵($88)。拉麵可選軟硬度,我今次就選硬身,可以有多咬口。麵做得適中,湯底不太咸,櫻花蝦帶起個湯味。而叉燒就非常適合不愛肥肉的朋友們,多吃也不怕。小食選擇多,除咗一般的串燒、沙律等等之外,仲有比較少見的野菜魚餅。二話不說就點呢個!有時坊間的炸物小吃油感好重,但呢度的魚餅咬口令人有滿足感,不油膩,又多塊數。工作期間趕時間來食,還是慢慢享受,這裡也是不錯的,始終不是在人多擠迫的地方,可以慢活一下~…Read More

容記曾經在深水埗風光一時,其燒肉簡直讓人回味無窮。若干年後,終於在太子重出江湖,近年因外地朋友回港,他熱愛燒味,為了吃得舒適,也坐得舒適,新的容記小炒王,便是最合適的地方。朋友來自南洋,南洋因衛生檢疫問題或是各種原因,一直都沒有機會食到鵝。故除了容記最著名的燒肉外,也立刻點了一個燒鵝例牌,讓他可以一解思鵝之苦。這裡的鵝肉實皮厚,喜愛吃鵝的朋友不得錯過。主力吃的燒肉也是保持多年前吃過的水準,但當然如果你是怕肥的,那我會建議這碟菜不要點了!反正你享受不了皮脆肥嫩的樂趣。這裡的燒味用的芥辣是青綠色的,味道也沒有黃色的搶口,使肉的味道沒有被調味過份搶去。同日點了一個黃金炒蝦球,用來送酒一流!容記相對太子一帶的其他小菜館是比較昂貴,但勝在小菜穩陣,燒味出色,如是宴客朋友或是想求坐得舒服,涼著冷氣,這裡似乎是一個合適的選擇!…Read More

1980年代日本百貨公司大舉進攻香港市場,大批日本人員工安排住在九龍、港島一些著名的大型屋苑,在九龍一邊,主要聚居在黃埔。而黃埔一帶也有很多日本菜。三河屋和尾張屋是街頭街尾的姊妹店,全店都是吃的是居酒屋小吃或是日式大路飯麵。這兩家店已在黃埔區有不少年頭,而且是日本人小本經營,這兩點都是沒有刻意標榜,但是令人甚為放心的理由。店裡裝潢十分簡單,像是典型日劇看到的家庭小店,餐牌也沒有找什麼市場公司來重新排版,就是白底黑字,中英日語對照,方便不同客人。這次兩人簡單的小聚,故也只選兩樣小食和一個蓋飯。滑蛋豬扒飯雖然味道稍咸,但是豬扒炸得香口但肉質仍能保留著一定口感,而最有驚喜的是燒三文魚骨,魚骨雖然要有失儀態來品嚐,但是燒得甚香口,讓甚少吃魚的友人,也一起「拆骨起肉」,可見味道的吸引。最後,還點了一個雞骨腸,腸是後來穿過雞骨來燒煮的,雖然骨的味道不太真的融入在腸裡,只是典型的日式燒腸,但是在同類型的日本食店中,似乎香港較少看到這樣的雞骨腸,來吃點有趣的東西,也是值得的。也許店家沒有太大的租金壓力吧,故這餐飯吃得簡單,價值也十分公道,是公餘兩公婆撐枱腳或朋友小聚的好地方。…Read More

久不久我們就會走到香港的離島旅遊,遠離煩俗的市區,走到郊外休息一下。說真的,在全球化的社會裡,應該沒有找到一些東西是只有大澳才好吃,市區吃不到的。可是,每當來到大澳吃一些在市區也有的東西,總會覺得這裡多了幾份味道。這次來到蘇廬,是大澳本地人開的咖啡店,咖啡有多種款式的豆種作手沖,師父的手沖技巧中規中舉,購入的豆是比較大路的類別,如哥倫比亞、埃塞俄比等地的豆。不過這次比較驚喜的是蘇盧裡的蝦子麵,這次選擇了雞翼配合,平常到郊外大多會以即食麵為解決溫飽的方法(即食麵與郊外好像是兩個互相矛盾的組合),但這裡卻是蝦子麵,感覺就像比較健康,也比較自然。雞翼十分入味,與蝦子麵之間沒有互搶著味道,是一個偶然但非常配合的組合。當然,來到蘇廬未必大家記得其雞翼、蝦子麵、咖啡如何忘懷,而是其在大澳的涌道之間,可以把市區的煩事,暫且放下,在這裡好好享受一下!…Read More

呢間新開嘅拉麵小店個名好吸引。但當然試過先知好唔好啦!鋪位吾大,全部係坐bar枱,不過好彩枱下面有個小掛鈎方便客人掛袋。菜單就好簡單,只有4款拉麵同2款小食選擇,而每碗麵就可以自選幼直麵/粗曲麵。叫咗一碗濃蝦豚骨拉麵($88),流心蛋全隻上,個湯嘅豬骨味比蝦味重。 最正嘅係塊燒豚肉,兩大片都肥瘦均勻,燒得好靚好好味!不過蝦乾數量就唔係太多嚕。另外一碗係魚介豚骨拉麵($78),味道比濃蝦淡味少少,不過鍾意食木魚嘅都不妨一試。小食方面我哋叫咗 餃子配山椒餃子汁($32/5隻),即叫即煎,所以外皮好脆,味道唔錯。下次有機會反而想試配沙律醬,相信會更加特別!整體黎講最欣賞呢間小店嘅湯底,店員話佢地不加味精,食完又真係吾會覺得好口渴!…Read More
