小川莊開業至今我至少幫襯左六、七次,堂食或外賣都試過,而家正式營業數星期食客已經多到要喺門口排隊攞位,其中一個原因系西營盤缺少酸辣粉食店,另一原因系小川莊定價合理同埋食物質素不斷進步。食物選擇吾多,我每一次都必嗌口水鷄酸辣粉,最初堂食酸辣粉覺得薯粉吾夠稔,食到一半已經覺得頂胃,同埋口水鷄肉吾夠滑嫩,店員每次都會詢問食客意見,呢兩次都覺得改善左好多;紅油抄手細細粒,個人覺得餡料可以再多D大粒D;凉拌青瓜夠晒爽脆醒胃。而家小川莊生意越嚟越好,個人覺得有D人手不足,不過店員服務態度良好,而且肯聽取食客意見,生意一定好火爆!…Read More
