睇完影片分享網站介紹兩間澳門自助餐，得知依間mezza9主攻海鮮，二話不說就早兩個月前幫自己book左依餐生日飯比自己。一入到去就見到有d 海鮮同埋唔同煮法，原來可以係出面落order，然後送入自己張枱。海鮮：鮑魚，花螺，大蜆，沙白，帶子，蝦......魚類：白鱔，魷魚，九肚魚，黃花魚，龍虎斑......菜：菠菜，秋葵，勝瓜，西蘭花......而煮法都有8~10款比你揀，有種尊貴嘅感覺而佢份量都好足，絕對唔孤寒！

。師父同店員均為香港人，環境舒服，地理位置只離灣仔站約5~7分鐘路程，座位大概有13個左右，全部Bar枱位置，可以睇住師父切魚或製作壽司。

特別想介紹老闆創作嘅，"夢王蛋黃壽司" (我作的，記問佢應該叫咩名) 口感豐富，非常推介！本身仲以為果粒係蕃茄仔
