之前好似叫麵屋武藏，冇幾耐改左名叫神山，但入鋪個裝修好似差不多，個餐牌仲寫緊麵屋武藏… 不過呢間沾麵都幾有特色，值得返兜。招牌菜餐單擺左係上面，但今次食既係期間限定既地之卷拉麵，跟餐有土佐豆腐同野飲（罐裝）。成個麵好似除左多左d菇之外同一般豚肉沾麵冇咩分別。湯底夠濃好有豚肉香氣，唔太咸。豚肉可惜比較硬身。杭紋沾麵係重點，就算佢比熱麵都夠哂掛湯，如果有得凍麵上更正，但相對地個湯可能會唔夠熱。土佐豆腐唔值得試，本來應該熱上但凍哂。個炸皮同入面既豆腐分離，汁唔夠甜。呢個薯片炸雞好值得試下，非常脆身但雞肉好滑唔硬。個餐就$148，雞翅就$48，仲會收加一服務費（服務合格）。香港食拉麵沾麵真係偏貴，好似日本入口貨十數咁啊！…Read More

A family Thai food restaurant having Michelin recommendation. It has been in Hang Hau for sometimes and seems takeaway is more popular than dine-in (20% off for takeaway 😆). The Pad Thai is normal. Pork beck was a bit crunchy but not tough to eat. The whole was also well decorated and with chilies. I recommend ordering pad Thai here. The pineapple fried rice has very distinct grains. Overall so so.The grilled skewers were very good. This restaurant is a small shop (<20 seats) located at Victory Avenue. The decoration looks nice and it seems like to be a popular place among secondary school students for their lunch time. I ordered a carbonara with iced lemon tea. The ham tasted very good with good smell of oily pork. Some spice is added as topping so that the whole dish smells very good. This is a local restaurant originated from Jordan (TST region). Now it is a franchise with a number of shops in different places in HK. And this shop is located at LKF, a famous tourist spot. What I wanted to share upfront is that the staff inside are very impolite and noisy. They were kind of in an argument when I was in the shop and it was very irritating and annoying to have food in such a place. While I was have my meal, one staff requested me to move seat to pack more visitors. It was normal but how she did in a unacceptable manner. So I would give zero score for service but unfortunately not possible in openrice 🙂.The signature “Doggie’s Noodle” was a very disappointing. It was my third time eating at this restaurant. Staff were very nice in service (Hong Kong Standard). The environment was clean and tidy but seat was too small, they do offer you basket for your bag though.I ordered Dan Dan noodle. It was supposed to be a bit spicy but I was not. Texture of noodle was closed to perfect, not too soft (al dente). The peanut smelled very good and the meats were well cooked. I also ordered a soft boiled egg and it looked, tasted very good. With such a salty meal, I ordered Mango Pomelo Sago for my drink. It was normal but it costed $48, such a premium for a normal drink. A western style restaurant located at Hang Hau Village, what a combination. The name Fika stands for “a slow pace of life to enjoy every moment” in Swedish. It was my first time visiting for dinner. You could also drink here (Restaurant and Bar). However, the environment might not be suitable for quiet gathering with your friends as there are some families with energetic children going around and shouting from time to time.The menu is simple to understand. I tried the set dinner for two.The cracknel was properly done. Crab meat was fresh and sweet. The cracknel was crisply.The pumpkin soup was such a disappointment. The soup was not well stirred and the texture was not smooth, I also found some granules in the soap. No problem with the parmaham salad. The carbonara was not my taste. It tastes a bit sour and I could not find the smell of cream. Nonetheless, texture of spaghetti was well done. 聽聞係名店，放工順道一試。位置比較偏僻距離大馬路有d遠，鋪面入口係對球場小巷入面。店員係我一坐低就係雪櫃拎左個雪凍左既杯比我，呢樣服加分。店內坐位係拉麵屋經典格局，可以望到師傅整麵。但我都見到兩位師傅係企係度玩手機，同網上見到話有職人精神有d出入，但香港地無傷大雅。麵有三種口味：豚骨，黑蒜，同海老味。麵條有小麥，胡椒同期間限定既椰菜麵。先講靈魂湯底，可能係我食過既最稀既沾麵湯，通常師傅為左更掛湯會將沾麵既湯底整得傑d。同樣考慮，沾麵標準應該要凍麵，但係店員並冇問我要凍定熱麵（冇留意有冇凍麵條）就比左熱麵我，有d失望。將麵浸落湯又拉番起可以見到唔夠掛湯。如果湯底本身果係拉麵湯底既話係唔錯，d筍係爽口，就咁飲亦都唔太咸。埋單$103，考慮大大份都應該幾岩學生哥食飽d。…Read More

大名鼎鼎的Chatterbox黎左香港都一段時間，相信唔少香港朋友都試過佢既海南雞飯，未試過建議去試下😆。今日去左K11既分店，lunch time 唔洗點等直接入座🤔，但放心係正既。叫左咖哩雞飯同抄貴刁。咖喱雞飯嘅咖喱唔算太過濃，唔太辣，但勝在夠香。留意返佢嘅雞就冇海南雞咁軟熟，有一兩嚿仲要比較硬😅，但都唔錯。炒貴刁都係有鑊氣入口口感唔錯，個帶子夠鮮味。其實如果唔係太多人嘅話，入邊真係坐住舒服。我通常都係可以兩個人坐四個人嘅位，因為職員唔會夾硬擺多兩個人落嚟。服務態度都幾好。…Read More

無老鍋原來都係香港開左差不多兩年，終於醒起要去食下，拎返當年去台灣食果種感動。帶位果刻開始已經感受到服務既優質，內在環境舒服寬鬆，雖然兩人但都坐卡位，仲要窗口隔離，更加正。落單用iPad落，留意如果食鴛鴦湯底要額外加錢。我個人覺得食無老鍋係完全唔需要混醬汁，用醬汁浪費咗個湯底，侍應哥哥建議個湯底一到飲啖先，真係非常之好飲。材料我覺得未必同其他火鍋店比有太突出嘅地方，整體嚟講都正。呢度食嘢唔知點解可以儲埋K Dollars，加少少分。但有樣嘢真係唔係咁好，晚餐時段都淨係可以食90分鐘，實在唔夠同埋有啲急，希望可以改善。…Read More

隱世拉麵店過江龍之一，一直以來都好想試。總體感想我只能夠話一試難忘。大家嚟食到時記得要避開繁忙時間，因為店入邊真係位唔多。好彩係一個冇咁忙嘅時候入到去，侍應哥哥片我哋多嘢特登俾咗個大啲嘅位我地，非常之有禮貌同有心。睇到個餐牌有當年豚王嘅感覺。叫咗一個豚骨同埋一個綠骨。豚骨湯底非常之濃厚，食落去唔但係又唔會太鹹，唔會覺得口乾。面係幼面質地，入口感覺非常之爽，隨着拉麵有少少黑木耳。至於綠骨就比較重芝士味。最後都讚一讚店喺邊服務講說話非常之有禮貌，我覺得喺香港難得一見。…Read More
