星期六既夜晚,近近地又黎左荃灣搵野食,繼續喺荃豐中心附近幫襯一些小食店,經過見到家嚐飯有張2人枱吉左就入左去,聽聞呢間餐廳少用油鹽,唔落味精,打正其號sell健康,始終食得多糖油鹽對身體都唔好。望左陣餐牌,我地就決定嗌套餐,辣蒜酒煮鮮露荀花枝扁意粉 & 紅酒燴牛尾意粉,由於唔鍾意南瓜既味道,所以要紅湯,餐飲就要凍檸水(少甜)。意大利雜菜湯,同一般既羅未湯沒兩樣,味濃,雖然餐廳標榜少鹽,但可能用多左茄膏,飲落都幾鹹,而蔬菜紅蘿蔔都煲得幾淋。辣蒜酒煮鮮露笋花枝扁意粉,朋友食完話麻麻地,味道都真係偏淡,少少辣味都食唔到,意粉亦好乾身,雖然係少油鹽啫,但都未至於要食一碟乾淨淨既意粉呀~紅酒燴牛尾意粉,紅糙米雖然健康,但我真係唔鍾意食,所以轉跟意粉,咁就出事嘞,個意粉都真係用滾水煮孰就算,一D味道都冇,何解唔用少少橄欖油撈撈佢呢,都唔係好唔健康啫。反而個牛尾就幾出色,煮得好淋好入味,咬落仲有少少黏口既感覺,份量都足夠,起碼唔會得條骨冇肉食,唯一係紅蘿蔔可能煮既時間唔夠,仲係偏硬身。最後就係凍檸水,己經專登要少甜,但仍然飲緊糖水咁,可能一時重手。其間見到老闆對住幾枱食客不停講野吹水,如果係熟客都還好,如果唔係都幾打擾,始終唔係個個都咁吹得,還者想靜靜地食餐飯呢~~~…Read More

諾亞半熟蛋糕專門店,呢個名聽左好耐,但遲遲都未有機會食得到,仲記得今年5月既時候,想買個溶心芝士蛋糕幫媽媽慶祝母親節,但居然所有分店都全部售罄,有夠誇張,直至今日放假,的起心肝買個試食一下。星期一既下午,一個人走去店鋪,已經鎖定目標就係比利時朱古力溶心芝士蛋糕,店員都好細心問我要幾耐先返到去,我答45mins,佢話返到去放入雪櫃就可以,冇俾乾冰過我。返到屋企雪左一陣,已經忍唔住拎番出黎,即刻開箱。一個要讚既位大家都知,就係蛋糕會附送紙碟餐具,咁隨時隨地都可以砌餅分餅,勁方便。好~講番個蛋糕,外形都幾靚仔,朱古力鋪得幾平幾滑,已經忍唔住食左第一口,朱古力味都真係幾濃,但又未至於苦,朱古力漿亦相當足料,所以會食到一層杰撻撻、厚厚地既朱古力醬,不過唔太食到朱古力應有既甜味。再黎就係蛋糕部份,我真係完全食唔到芝士既味道,可能朱古力味蓋過一切,還好蛋糕都幾creamy,而下層就放棄左大部份餅店都會用既消化餅底,改用上朱古力海棉蛋糕,我反而覺得呢個有點敗筆,因為朱古力醬+芝士蛋糕既texture太接近,用比較硬身既餅底會比較平衡。Overall呢個比利時朱古力溶心芝士蛋糕真係麻麻地,朱古力甜味芝士味完全欠奉,食多少少已經好漏好膩,但總算試過,睇其他食評好似香芒溶心比較吸引,下次有機會先再試啦~~~…Read More

鑊仔薯依然好味:D

今晚約左朋友食飯,襯佢未到先去定幾間餐廳拎飛仔,最後揀左間最少人既Green Waffle Diner。2個人唔嗌得多野,但鑊仔薯每次都係必點既菜式,今次揀左多寶鑊仔薯粒,意粉類就要芝士白汁長通粉,最後就以窩夫作甜品收尾。Meat Lover Skillet超愛呢度既鑊仔薯,好香好濃,薯仔切粒煎香,外皮帶點脆口,內裡就軟棉棉,配搭各種既配料,包括香腸、煙肉、牛扒粒、磨菇、炸薯粒、洋蔥,令單一既薯仔添上不同既味道,精華所在,當然係濃郁既車打芝士,熱力令芝士半溶依附係薯粒配料之上,拉起仲有一絲絲既芝士,呢件事實在太過邪惡,最後加上溫泉蛋2隻,厲害既係半熟蛋係熱辣辣既煎Pan上,仍然有蛋黃流出,令味道添再上一個層次,完全係畫龍點睛。Carbonara除左獲仔薯,我地仲嗌多個主食,雖然Carbonara係相當大路既選擇,但都唔係間間餐廳整得好味,Green Waffle算做得唔錯,卡邦尼汁既稀杰程度啱啱好,每一條通粉都可以沾上醬汁,食完都唔見有太多汁剩係碟面,而味道亦算唔錯,蛋黃忌廉汁都好香,Overall都幾好。Mango Strawberry Fresh Waffle食完2道主菜,我地就嗌左個窩夫做甜品,但呢個就令我有點失望,店名以Waffle作招徠,質素當然不能太差,但今次件窩夫真係唔太掂,好似仲未整熟咁,窩夫既基本外脆內軟完全做唔到,質感完全敗筆,唔太食到蛋香,生果味道亦都麻麻,可能唔係當做期,士多啤梨冇乜味,芒果都唔得甜,只有朱古力雪糕比較可取,唯一甜味所在。估唔到窩夫居然係最差既一環,可能係偶有失手,還好我唔太好甜食,而最緊要Skillet依然係咁好味,下次黎都會繼續嗌…Read More

放假日都大早起身,喺旺角唱完K-Lunch,再去長沙灣交收,尾站就去九龍灣陪朋友Body Check,晚飯就自然係九龍灣搵食。為免晚飯時間多人,所以我地早早5:30pm就去開餐,目標就係School Food,啱晒~呢間我未食過,可以試新野,正......問口店員好清楚講明用餐時間係75mins,冇問題先入去坐低,由於時間尚早,客人唔算多,大概三、四成滿,加上枱與枱之間唔會好迫,都叫做坐得舒服。睇左陣Menu,有人已經自動發板要點烏卒卒、廚師卡邦尼年糕,我都未知咩黎,冇所謂啦~咁反而仲有驚喜。先黎既烏卒卒,原來係墨魚汁飯卷,有2條一共14件,一啖一件,Size啱啱好,飯粒唔會鬆散,筷子夾起冇難度。黑咪蚊既飯卷,驟眼望只係見到米飯、墨魚,點知咬落仲多左份口感,原來係有泡菜。飯粒,煙韌分明,唔會一pat pat,墨魚煮得剛剛好,一咬就開,但不失墨魚既質感,而個汁甜甜地相當好味,但亦因為呢個汁,反而食唔出泡菜既微辣,但總括黎講,呢個值得推介。之後送到既係卡邦尼年糕,一如其名,咪就係卡邦尼汁煮年糕,朋友話呢個超好味,奶黃色既醬汁既加上煙肉香草做點綴,賣相都叫做吸引,不過呢款卡邦尼汁唔係杰撻撻個種,而係啱啱好可以掛落食物度,香濃creamy得黎唔會好漏,唔錯.....但另一主角年糕就麻麻地,雖然唔稱得上硬,但我覺得可以煮諗少少會更好,配上煙肉、洋蔥、粉絲,撈汁食最好。個汁真係唔錯,但我就覺得配上年糕不算太夾,因為年糕難煮得入味,所以只係得年糕表面有掛汁,內裡都係冇味,亦食唔到米香,如果配上其他主食可能會好D。密密食密密食,發覺都唔係好夠,所以我地就嗌多個水冷麵,炎夏間既一個消暑涼品,店員會問我地要唔要剪開麵條,當然剪啦,方便夾嘛~酸酸既湯汁加上碎冰,相當透心涼,再將碗底既辣醬撈衡,酸辣涼一下子感受晒,麵條屬於幼身,食落煙煙韌韌又唔糊口,再配上青瓜絲同薄薄既梨片,酸辣冰爽一下子感受晒,正。Overall所有食物都好味,賣相都幾好,隻碟就夠大,不過份量真係唔多,我地清晒枱面野食再坐多陣都冇俾人趕埋單,75mins既用膳時間,如果人多想食多少少野都未必夠,但我地人少少就啱啱好。:)…Read More

朋友要去巴黎草莓買野,近近地就去左元朗,每次入到元朗我都特別開心,事關呢處真係好多好野食,平貴都有豐儉由人,豆腐花、串燒、車仔麵、甜品、燒鵝、拉麵、放題、韓國野、扒房.....真係數之不盡。因為遲下要破財,都係慳D駛好,諗住去士林食碗牛肉麵,點知遠見鋪頭落左閘,心知不妙,原來休店至7月尾,於是轉戰附近既<小鍋米線>。記得幾年前第一次接觸<小鍋米線>,係由Celine介紹,仲話呢度係全元朗最好味既米線添。去任何食店都會試試招牌食品,一於要招牌小鍋米線跟南乳炸雞,唔好睇小呢個米線,配料相當豐富,雞肉、鮮菌、酸辣肉碎、炸醬、腐皮、芽菜、菜、秘制甜酸菜。由於小弟唔嗜辣,所以冇加任何麻辣,但放心,湯底相當夠味,比起譚仔既清湯濃郁得多,而甜酸菜令湯中帶一點點酸味,可以中和肉類/湯頭既油膩,呢點最為我所愛。其實呢個米線淨食配料都夠,鋪滿左成個碗,米線都完全被遮蓋,十個正.....餸食方面就要左南乳雞件,用雞中翼一開二,味道都唔差既,但實在太細隻喇,仲要冇去骨,所以都冇乜肉食,講開米線店既炸雞,都係荃灣<老闆娘雲南米線>既酥炸雞球最正,啖啖肉,可惜已經結業。元朗區都有唔少米線店,呢間係我心目中都數一數二,即使店名冇用花巧既名字,裝修冇特別佈置,坐位亦唔算寬敞,但仍然客似雲來人接人,好簡單,味道取勝。溫馨提示:鋪頭貼左張Memo,話人手短缺所以逢星期三都會休息一天,大家要留意囉.....…Read More

今日黎到九龍灣搵食,天氣實在太熱,完全唔想放煎炸熱氣野入口,知道得寶呢邊有間烏冬店,平平地就決定一試,2個人唔駛等即刻有位。晚上有2人套餐都可揀,但唔太啱我地心水,所以都係散叫。先點一個晚餐(蟹肉滑蛋湯烏冬+炭燒雞串),我試左少少,唔.....麻麻地,嚴格黎講,呢個係撈烏冬,杰撻撻一Pat野,好似鼻涕芡咁,食完一滴湯都冇淨,而味道亦都怪怪地,雖然真係會夾到一粒粒蟹肉,但要我再食都咪搞。炭燒雞串,當然係雪藏貨煮熱,呢個從來唔得我歡心,雞肉永遠都係霉淋淋咁,完成冇雞肉既口感。而我就冇嗌餐,想食D凍野就點左海鮮芝麻醬冷烏冬,還好烏冬唔會煮得太淋,仲有少少咬口,而芝麻醬比起街買枝裝既稀,但就偏鹹偏酸,唔知鋪頭有冇重新調味,總括都算不過不失。飲品我地就揀左芒果水漾 & 茉香綠茶,其實都只係好普通既野飲,好彩都唔算太甜,未至於飲糖水。眼見星期六晚市都唔算太多客人,仲有空枱剩,除左價錢唔太貴之外都冇乜特別可取,我諗要等食物質素加強左先再考慮幫襯嘞.....…Read More

聖母醫院覆診完畢,諗住食埋Lunch先返公司,喺雙鳳街、銀鳳街、環鳳街兜左個圈,本想去茶餐廳吃個飯,但午餐大多都要$40,仲以為街坊小店會比較平,所以都係揀食車仔麵,經過呢間唔太多人,門口又寫住沙嗲車仔麵,好似幾吸引咁,於是就推門入去.....這店是半自助形式,先去檔前嗌野食俾錢,之後有位姨姨會幫你拎野食埋位,都幾得意。先講價錢,3餸麵+飲品($29)、4餸麵+飲品($33),早餐時段會再平幾蚊,都唔算貴丫~食物方面,雖然冇細望每一種款式,但感覺都相當多選擇,比較深刻既係見到有酸齋、炸雞翼、煎釀茄子等等....見前一位客人有嗌到酸齋炸雞翼,一於照跟,要埋豬皮+沙嗲汁,飲凍檸水,開餐。老實講,我覺得呢3款餸都好好味,酸齋味濃有咬口,炸翼醃得入味,豬皮煮得夠淋,加埋微辣惹味既沙嗲汁,的確唔錯。值得一提係酸齋同炸雞翼會用碗仔另上,唔會浸到淋晒冇晒味,唔係間間鋪頭都會咁做,抵讚!!!其間都見到唔少中學生、街坊入黎堂食外賣,希望呢類型既小店可以繼續生存,俾大家有多一個選擇啦~…Read More

是日假期,前1日已經買定戲飛睇<Ted 2>,未夠鐘想搵處地方食野又Hea得耐,睇完Delifrance既野食唔太啱,所以決定去飲茶,一於平平地揀德興。12:30pm唔駛等位唔駛搭枱,仲坐近電視位,雖然冇聲,但都爽YY。好~睇下餐牌點心紙先,部份點心有分大細Size,就算人少都容易嗌野食,呢個細心位值得加分。我地2個人嗌左蝦餃(4件)、燒賣(4件)、牛肉、流沙包(3件)、叉燒包、馬拉糕、炸兩、椒鹽鮮魷、海蜇燻蹄。味道方面都係一般酒樓貨色,沒有什麼特別,但服務就唔錯啵,收碟換水都相當快,亦都好主動,又係一個加分位。記得好耐之前去過灣仔德興打邊爐,只係貪佢平又任食,睇下黎緊有冇機會再試多次,睇下有冇好D啦!!!…Read More

一路都會喺OpenRice搵好野食,但食評就好幾年冇寫過,對上一次已經係5年前,今日又再的起心機寫寫食評,希望會有恆心持續落去啦!!!話說星期六又黎到荃灣搵野食,好多餐廳都試過晒,反而荃豐、華都、荃昌呢邊既小店未有幫襯,今日決定過黎睇下有乜好野食,初步已經鎖定2間 -「轉角‧見」或者「創意品味」,但見後者坐位空間比較狹窄,所以轉角見.....餐廳有室外/內坐位,但天氣炎熱,當然揀室內涼冷氣啦 這裡有主要有5種食品: All Day Breakfast、沙律、意粉、漢堡、甜品,我地今次揀左白汁蘑菇蒜腸煙肉意粉、芝士蘑菇漢堡、花生奶昔老實講,意粉真係麻麻地,好似未煮熟咁,未有完全受水,咬落仲好糊口,雖然唔算好多Sause,但還好食落唔算太乾,亦都唔會太油,但意粉本身真係敗筆。反而芝士蘑菇漢堡就相當有驚喜,先講薯條,係我最愛既粗身薯條,份量都唔少,仲見到一粒粒鹽鋪係上面,唔駛點茄汁已經好好味,但有人話鹹左D,我就覺得啱啱好,不過真係好熱氣。再來就係漢堡,餡料有漢堡扒、蕃茄、芝士、蘑菇、洋蔥、沙律菜,賣相都幾吸引,件頭又大,冇可能一啖咬得晒,所以我要用刀叉切開逐少逐少食,一切嗰下,已經見到有肉汁流出黎,咬落都相當Juicy,但放心,唔會好油膩,夾埋蕃茄洋蔥等等既配菜一齊食,簡直一絕。本身漢堡跟餐係飲汽水,但黎到Cafe,點都要試下幾他野既,本想嗌咖啡,但突然見到花生奶昔既出現,呢個係其他鋪頭的確少見,一於就你啦! 初時都怕花生奶昔會好甜好糊口,但又唔係喎,相比老麥既奶昔就比較稀身,唔太甜,不過花生味就欠奉,只係有雲利會既甜味,下次都係試其他口味或是咖啡算數。意粉跟餐既紅茶,嗯.....冇乜特別。總括轉角‧見既食物都算不俗,尤其係漢堡,下次可以試試其他款式,或者試下早餐水準如何,加上價錢都唔算貴,再來既機會都好高。…Read More
