見到唔少foodie介紹嘅峇里島Fusion Fine Dinning都係想book嚟同男朋友慶祝 但就個人而高 佢嘅食物味道同配搭有待改善🤔第一次寫食評不喜勿插🙏🏽首先係自家製芋頭脆片 因為本人都認識頗多唔食芋頭嘅朋友呢樣略有少少可惜 但係有心機嘅🙏🏽到龍蝦湯🦞 我欣賞佢唔落cream但中間嘅牛油果蓉調味太濃同埋分量太多反而搶左龍蝦湯本身嘅龍蝦味Appetizer我地揀左煙燻吞拿魚冬陰蘭王蛋意粉 呢樣個人認為係全晚最好食嘅菜式 個汁非常出色意粉口感都好好又掛汁2nd Course個人認為係全晚最需要改善嘅菜式 油封鴨髀配Risotto 個鴨髀極度柴 餐廳說法係醃製慢煮油封到d脂肪都溶化晒 佢確實做到輕鬆拆骨 但鴨肉真係乾柴到如果冇佢地自製嘅檸檬sauce會難以下咽 同埋鴨髀加配菜risotto(用雜菜湯燉)令到佢個dish好heavy(不喜勿插)Main course 我地嗌左個surf and Turf同印尼紅參醬配鯛魚 個Tendorloin經過煙燻香味濃郁配秘製咖哩龍蝦係好食嘅 但sidedish就有待改善 potato mashed佢地唔用牛油奶同芝士 反而用香茅檸檬草等嘅香料去煮 雖然味道上好新鮮但同本身個Main唔太match 而紅鯛魚佢焗得非常嫩 味道都同係峇里島食嘅相似 但個醬略為有🤏🏽辣 有少少搶左本身魚嘅鮮甜味 最後Dessert 嘅Banana Roti亦都冇佢推介咁好食 可能Brownie會穩陣少少…Read More
