Recommend to book at least 2 weeks ahead of you decide to try this place2 of us arrived the restaurant and got the window seat with a great sea view. The staffs are most friendly Place is cleanOnly bummer thing is that we were seated next to a table where had big group of moms, kids and helpers that made the place so noisy. Every staff in the shop looks busy walking around all the time 11:45 got seated waiting for friend. 12:07 we scanned the QR code to place order We sat for 20 min and still didn’t get our food. We were scared that we forgot to hit confirm order for our order. We asked 1 if the staffs to check and she confirmed that our order was received. We waited for another 10 min and saw other tables got their food who even were seated much later than us. We’ve asked 2 staffs and they both only kept saying the kitchen is making them It was getting unacceptable. Late booking on Father’s Day night for normal dinner. Ordered Parma hem pizza, steak and truffle spaghetti. First came the spaghetti - regular portion With shredded cheese on top. Taste and presentation are goodSecond came the steak, it’s a big disappointment. For that price the meat quality is not even up to standard. It was so chewy. Warm welcome at the front door by the super nice staffs. We arrived around 10:30 in the morning, which means that we still could order from the breakfast menu. We ordered set C which was corn beef scrambled egg and crunchy bun with butter and condensed milk. They were just perfectly served with the milk tea. Never felt welcome by pacific coffee. The staffs behind the cashier and counter are NEVER friendly. Zero smile. NO greeting to any customer. They always act like they don’t care what you want. Saw the sign when the place was still under renovation and thought that I must try it when it’s open. Finally it’s open and I decided to try it. The owner is from Korea and very polite.
