久未吃過的壽喜燒,心癮一起立即到日本餐廳用餐。店內都是吧枱形式的坐位,正好讓食客看著廚師烹煮,感覺好專業。這個名為「兵之膳」的午餐,已包括刺身、蒸物、壽喜燒及甜品,相當豐盛。刺身三點乃是帶子、拖羅和油甘魚,全都鮮美不已,油甘魚尤其出色,魚油不斷游蕩於口腔之中,比拖羅更勝一籌!茶碗蒸的蛋水滑近乎豆腐花,高湯美味非凡,差不多每一口都吃到三文魚籽!關西風的壽喜燒乃先將牛肉放在鍋裡以牛油煎香,繼而以醬油、糖跟高湯調味,以突出牛肉的原味,餐廳就清清楚楚地在食客跟前演繹出來!燒好的牛舌芯的配搭有生洋蔥、生日本蔥、微辣醬及柚子汁等,先被牛舌的嚼勁攻陷之後,緊隨酸香的蔥,超級可口!接著的美國肉眼,細嫩到入口即溶,混入日本蛋佐飯,又香又滑。而和牛西冷的牛味更進一步,享受到極點!壓軸的炒烏冬,吸盡了鍋內牛肉的精華,能夠延伸這份美味。至於舞茸菇清湯真的非常清,一滴油也沒有,竟然是用來解膩的!最後的抹茶雪糕食到抹茶香氣,甘而不澀,完美的句號!店員於客人面前即席烹煮之餘,每道菜式皆附詳細介紹,十分貼心的服務。…

與絲打的午聚,由她推介來到這家日式餐廳。店內裝潢以木系為主,簡潔企理,感覺舒適。一口和牛以鐵板呈上,我們原以為整碟都是滾熱燙的,詎料上面的蒜片及洋蔥是凍的!蒜片不熱,明顯烘得不足,令致蒜香釋放不出。牛肉還可,卻似乎比起預期差了一截。和風沙律的沙律醬乃芝麻風,味道還不錯。沙律菜多是夠多,只可惜雪得超硬超凍,未能突顯菜的鮮香。另一問題是沙律汁勁少,食到一半已沒有汁,需向店員額外拿取。魚生十貫包括三文、吞拿魚、帶子、帆立貝等等,屬中上級數,鮮美肉厚,魚油更是不少。跟配的味噌湯烏冬亦很不俗,湯頭帶著味噌的鹹香,我倆都一飲而盡!串燒最為精彩,有茄子、豚肉、牛肉、雞肉及蘆筍卷,每串皆燒得均勻,當中最受小人喜愛的是牛肉,焦香腍軟,脂位更是甘香無比,遠勝之前的一口和牛!配合燒飯糰一流!甜品是雪至冰凍的日式麻糬,麻糬不怎麼樣,反而中間的忌廉打得軟棉細滑,吃下好像是溶化的雪糕般,加上不是太甜,好易入口!最後來一杯凍烏龍茶,完滿!為了串燒,會再回頭的。…

是一羣四人夜話的約會,到了Rosewood的西班牙餐廳共晉晚膳。麵包桶其實無甚特別,之不過席間有人大愛,說好食到飛起絕對談不上,有些確是頗香脆的,其他就可以用不外如是來形容。鬼佬芥蘭沙律倒是不錯,菜蔬條條嫩綠鮮明,軟度適中,油分亦沒有過多,還有烤過的核桃,是增添香氣的元素!西班牙八爪魚小食面層乃鋪了芝士及紅椒粉,以薯蓉墊底。八爪魚又夠味又夠爽,但墊底的薯蓉實在太一坨了,較為糊口!西班牙奄列雖有頗重的蛋香,惟過於實淨,不夠鬆軟,吃完非常之滯,頂住個胃!其上的火腿倒是鹹香油潤,只能說句少吃怡情。炸魷魚圈酥脆是酥脆的,魷魚肉亦不靭,調味恰宜;可是實在太過油膩,即使唧多多檸檬汁也去不掉多少油份。中晒士的海鮮拼盤原本有龍蝦半隻、生蠔、凍蝦和帶子各三件。不能說不鮮美,但以六百多個大洋而言,性價比偏低。凡到西班牙餐廳,西班牙海鮮飯乃必點之物。這盤飯的海鮮新鮮爽口,自行撈起之後飯吸了汁也還不錯,只可惜海鮮份量少之又少,不夠餸。預訂的芋頭蛋糕,上層鋪滿以及中間同樣夾著的芋頭忌廉,忌廉綿滑,蛋糕鬆軟,問題在於芋頭味不夠突顯而已。餐廳格調高貴,環境雅致,但索價不菲,食物質數卻不成正比。…

悶熱的天氣,不想吃得太肥膩,我們選擇了日本菜。沙律表現正正常常,生菜、青瓜、粟米粒、車厘茄等等鮮爽,襯以胡麻醬不會難吃到那裡去,只是找不到亮點。至於味噌湯雖則夠熱,奈何味噌的味道根本釋放不出,過淡不夠濃香。接著就是精彩部份的開始。北海道毛蟹蒸熟之後全部拆肉,啖啖肉的享受確實暢快無比!當蟹肉的香氣在口中徘徊遊走之時,再進一步加上蟹膏的點缀,鮮美沒法擋!北海道紫海膽原隻呈上,單是看到經已不禁口水狂流!海膽鮮香不已,食得出海水的味道,細滑到一滑入喉,足証是高質食材。配合脆卜卜爆汁的魚籽,絕妙的相得益彰!肥美的生蠔一點也不腥,軟滑飽滿,簡直是大滿足!兩款刺身分別是吞拿魚腩及三文魚,兩種的油份皆相當充裕,而吞拿魚腩更為豐厚。還有壽司的飯亦調過味,和味之至!天婦羅蕎麥麵的天婦羅有蝦、紫蘇葉、茄子及蕃薯等,而盛合則多了小尖椒、帶子以及冬菇。全部都香脆不膩口,水準之作。蕎麥麵亦不得了,麵條食到麥香,高湯更是非常可口!蟹肉海鮮蒸蛋即茶碗蒸,一揭開碗,已見到大量蟹肉及魚籽,再用匙羹舀起來,發覺裡面還有蝦、冬菇片,蒸蛋香濃水滑,再加上蟹肉以及冬菇,香上加香!首次來訪已是驚喜連連,真的一食入魂!…

數到瑞士汁的代表,不得不提太平館餐廳。今回再臨,可能就是記掛著這種味道的一種情意結吧。吃瑞士汁菜餚之前,先來一客蝦多士。麵包又大又厚,炸得勁香脆,蝦肉是遍佈麵包之上,緊緊裹著,而且蝦味強烈,撇除稍稍油膩之外,每一口皆是大滿足!作為瑞士汁控的頭炮乃雞翼是也。雞翼包括雞中翼與及翼尖,沒有雞搥的部份。最美味的莫過於雞皮,絕對要吮盡甜甜的瑞士汁!而雞肉亦滑,起碼沒有雪味。再來是瑞士汁牛河,先說賣相,一碟深色至極的牛河上有數條蛋絲,收到對比之效。主角牛肉嫩身易咬,兼且為數不少。快炒的河粉每條都充滿瑞士汁,和味到不得了。每道菜都沒有失準。…

一大早到觀塘見客,因為尚未夠鐘,隨性找家茶記吃個早餐。但凡這類型的特餐,來來去去不外乎一碗湯麵跟一塊扒以及麵包。紅腸公仔麵可以用清淡來形容:湯底除了鹹味之外喝不出其他鮮味,幸好應該沒有味精,喝完也不會十分口渴。紅腸就僅得四片,是煎過的。而公仔麵則中規中矩,腍中仍有爽意。瞬間食完紅腸之後,肚子依然覺得甚為空虛,希望自然轉移到豬扒之處。豬扒不算太細塊,煎得微焦,肉質和調味尚可,脂位未是特別多,卻也不柴,正好彌補紅腸的位置,以豬扒佐完湯麵。牛油麵包正常發揮,是用來填補肚子的空隙的。不屬於難吃,只是太細份,小人未到午飯時候已覺得肚餓了。…

小人近來頻頻於大埔出沒,一天走過此餐廳時,正好未食午飯,隨性走進去食吃一碗湯河。生牛肉湯河的牛肉頗多,兼且大塊,嫩是嫩的,可惜未能做到上桌時剛剛熟的狀態。湯底的肉味不甚濃烈,頗清淡。河粉油滑有致,可是有幾箸是結成一坨,難捨難分。幸而芽菜帶有肥漲的水份,以及香菜的加持,勉強過得去。主食之餘,小人還叫了一客小食牛油雞翼。一碟有四隻雞中翼,目測已經覺得炸衣很厚,吃下果倒沒有目測那麼過份。雞肉油嫩,調味也足,而牛油的香氣雖未太濃重,也還有些餘韻留存。有時候隨機而就亦未一定遇伏。…

常聽到同事說起此餐廳的叉燒和流心糯米雞,某日路經此地,特意入內一試。同事超推必試的「第一叉」,一客六件,但每件都肥厚巨型!上枱後,店員會在食客面前先塗抹蜜芽糖在其上,再用火槍燒焦外層,即燒即食,好不吸引!焦香甜美的外層脆而不硬,梅頭肉肥瘦相間,甘香的油脂混在鬆軟的肉之間,單是肉質已令人迷倒!流心糯米雞其實是一顆蛋黃加煎糯米雞的合體,挺有趣。糯米雞的直徑足有一隻食飯碗,有需要可以請店員剪開。煎了的糯米雞底部是輕微的脆,糯米煙煙靭靭,餡料也夠多夠濕潤。惟那隻蛋黃流下去又沒甚麼蛋香,有點畫蛇添足的感覺。叉燒是好食的,但流心糯米雞似乎是以噱頭為主,所以笑面只是給叉燒的。…

經常試新的餐廳,今次友人提議到合和軒。餐廳環境雅致,予人高檔舒適的感覺。午市套餐包括有湯品、點心、飯麵以及甜品。兩款湯分別為菜膽花菇燉雞腳與瑤柱海皇豆腐羹。兩者之間以燉雞腳較為鮮美,湯底清澈甜潤,喝下滋潤舒服。三款點心有素潮州粉果、蜜汁叉燒包和松露野菜素春卷。素粉果跟普通粉果幾乎一樣,口感太過糯。叉燒包不過爾爾,最有印象的是松露素春卷,起碼松露味突顯。接著的松露野菌醬素菜炒飯跟金銀蛋肉鬆炒飯皆炒得粒粒分明,前者有松露香的優勢,但亦蓋過了其他食材的味道。後者的金銀蛋沒多少作用,反為肉鬆可帶出鹹中帶甜的食味。甜品方面,陳皮蓮子紅豆沙是煲得夠綿的,然而陳皮的味道過於霸道,有些過份。糖水裡有一顆湯丸似的圓波,沒甚麼味道,可有可無。芝麻卷好實,未夠彈性。一個午餐二百六十八個大洋,價錢與食物都屬中等水平。…

坊間養生餐廳越來越盛行,當看見這類型店子,少不免會一探究竟。小食分別有炸蝦丸和麻辣鴨血。裹以紅米來炸的蝦丸再度以荔枝的形態出場,脆卜卜的香口小食,很難使人抗拒得了;況且蝦肉食得到鮮美,相當不錯。鴨血沒有煮過頭,麻辣味不會太搶,主食乃北海道鮮雞龍蝦湯米線。喝一口湯,已感受到蝦湯的威力,龍蝦的精華已溶入湯裡,好龍蝦!雞件不小,兼且滑溜,最妙的是竟然沉浸在蝦湯裡還保留本身的雞味。米線滑是滑的,談不上驚豔,不過爾爾。可以說食過番尋味。…

當坊間的茶記冰室紛紛使用公仔麵或者出前一丁的時候,大光麵買少見少,可能基於這種心理,越少越想食,故此小人是次特意尋覓用大光麵做麵底的沙牛麵。甫坐下落單數分鐘後,一碗沙嗲牛肉麵經已旋即出現,上餐速度之快何其利害!呷一口沙嗲湯,濃濃的沙嗲夾雜著花生醬的香氣直滲入口腔之中,果然衝擊到味蕾,屬重口味之選。牛肉大塊而薄身,咬下是軟熟的,沒有吃到任何靭或要扯開的情況。至於目標大光麵,其實跟一般茶記公仔麵的口感分別不大,只是試過便算了。可能沙嗲湯勁濃,店方會同時加配一碗清湯,讓食客自行調校濃度,亦是其特色。…

人在尖沙咀的一個下午,肚子突然打鼓,遂進入一間冰室祭一祭五藏廟。茶記餐蛋治要做得好,麵包要烘得有燶位,塗了牛油的部份更帶著油香。厚切的午餐肉需煎得夠香夠脆;炒蛋必屬老蛋但卻呈濃郁蛋香油香。這份餐蛋治全中無話可說,全部格仔剔中晒!菠蘿包從來都是港人至愛之一,襯以雪糕又是甚麼效果?當香噴噴、熱烘烘的菠蘿包遇上凍冰冰、滑捋捋的雲呢拿雪糕,做就出冰火兩重天的感覺,甜美的享受,同時亦令邪惡指數爆錶,卻又令人毫無招架的餘地!大概這就是越邪惡越好食的道理吧。…

小人向來走到邊食到邊,既然早晨身處何文田,順勢隨性在一家西餐廳食早餐。由漢堡扒、午餐肉、煎焗流蛋、蒜香牛油多士及田園沙律拼湊而成的一份早晨全餐,好不豐盛!漢堡扒和午餐肉均是肉感豐盈,味道和諧。煎焗蛋有流心黃,襯托的沙律能中和油膩,整體相當勻稱。多士有蒜香,好一個精彩的組合。除此以外,竟然還有一碗火腿通粉!濃湯完全不油膩之餘,喝下是舒服的。數條火腿不會過鹹,正好為湯增添一抹風彩。通粉焯得剛剛好,有嚼勁又不會過腍。點餐之時未有想過這麼大份,滿足到棒著肚子走!…

踫巧於新城市廣場蹓躂,上開飯網搜索一下,看看有甚麼熱門餐廳,就見到這家西餐廳,二話不說即往也。走進餐廳,望到深綠色的墻、地上鋪著的六角磚、卡位梳化等等,營造出歐陸小店的氛圍。食物的名字都取得很酷,就好像這個喚做MO的漢堡包,其肉餡乃安格斯牛肉餅,配搭炒洋蔥蘑菇、車打芝士、生菜以及秘製醬汁。麵包烘得內側脆底,而煎香的安格斯漢堡扒肉香鬆軟,結合其他配料,又好食又滿足,難怪人氣高企!薯條的名字是Sour Cream Works Chips,除了酸忌廉之外,更有牛油果醬薯條和一些蕃茄粒。熱辣辣的薯條脆得非凡,薯肉甜而粉糯,每一條都要蘸醬連同蕃茄粒送入口中,微微的酸襯以綿滑的口感,簡直令人無法不追著來吃!下次一定會試其他菜式!…

坊間很多食肆都有燒雞,但數到必推的,最近就試了一間。一隻皇牌脆皮燒雞分開兩藍送上,未食已經香氣撲鼻,証明是新鮮炸出來的。雞皮勁薄勁脆,雞肉滑到一個點,我們都給滿分!而因為雞本身已經夠味,無需蘸點辣醬,原汁原味已然足矣。反而薯條蘸點了辣醬之後,又是另一番風味。延續以薯仔做配菜,小菜乃蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒。牛柳粒既大顆又量多,一點也不靭。薯仔粒應該有炸過的,炒完之後居然還是脆的,中間的薯肉粉嫩甜美。青椒與洋蔥皆是又香又甜,完全做到適合的配角。招牌燒雞果然名不虛傳。…
