特意去咗沙田青年大邦 YOUNG DABANG 試好出名既超長年糕,整體感覺有啲兩極。點咗佢哋招牌酥炸魷魚皇年糕鍋,原隻魷魚上枱好有氣勢,仲有炸餃子、鵪鶉蛋、魚糕同拉麵,配搭算豐富,打卡一流。味道方面ok,但食落去偏油膩。蜜糖蒜香雞都係大份量,真係一隻雞上枱,仲有一大堆蕃薯片墊底,3個人都食唔晒,算抵食,但味道就比較單一,食多幾件會覺得漏。牛油香蒜薯條就完全唔掂,超普通又無牛油味,覺得浪費咗quota。牛奶芝士麻糬波份量少又無驚喜,價錢唔抵。熱帶水果梳打價錢唔平,3個人share其實每人得幾啖,唔推介。環境幾適合同朋友聚會,坐得算闊落。服務態度普通,無特別突出。總結:如果係想打卡,試下佢啲巨型炸雞鍋、超長年糕會幾過癮;但以味道同性價比嚟講,都可以一試既。…Read More

睇youtube介紹呢間茶記,由一名OL接手繼續經營。吸引我既地方係仍然保留原有既裝修+班底,食既唔止人情味,仲有滿滿既老味道。就係老師傅煮出既味道,唔係一色一樣既預製味道。而新香更係少有自設餅房既茶記,每天都有新解麵包蛋撻出爐,真係非常難得。當日常既事開始減少,意識到日常好快就會變成回憶。今次試左佢地既撈麵套餐,一個撈麵+半份西多士或雞翼,非常岩我呢D又想食麵,但係又食唔到一個完整份量西多士既人!!!!!食物:1.撈麵套餐: 潮式炸醬公仔麵 + 西多士 $402.撈麵套餐: 麻辣口水雞公仔麵 + 西多士$403.支裝維他奶+$64.蛋撻5.凍奶茶+$21.潮式炸醬公仔麵 $40 宜家已經好少係茶記見到有炸醬公仔麵,見到餐牌有即刻叫個試下先。茶記炸醬既味道當然不是譚仔個鹹鹹地帶酸既味道。呢次食既款係帶有少少甜味,非常客易入口,配公仔麵簡直係絕配,因為甜甜地既味道,食多幾啖都唔會出好鹹或者好膩既感覺。公仔麵既麵質亦非常彈形,唔係煮到一半等有客人叫再煮返熱個種又硬又un既口感。2.麻辣口水雞公仔麵 $40惹味香口既味道一直都係我既至愛,見到茶記都有麻辣口水雞,一定要叫黎試一試。一入口肉質嫩滑,而且新香不是主打麻辣或者川菜既食店,當然對呢種比較專門既味道,要求相對都要降低返D,而佢地既麻辣味道適中,公仔麵係上面既提過係彈形,唔會好似食緊D好淋或者咬落少少硬既半熟麵感覺。3.西多士(撈麵套餐)西多士就驚喜不大,唔係話唔好食,係好食就一般應有既水準。只包中間有我最愛既花生醬。不得不提半件西多士+撈麵係剛剛好既選擇!!!!4.蛋撻新鮮出爐酥皮蛋撻,剛剛出爐蛋撻已經脹卜卜咁從焗爐拎出黎,事不宜遲就叫過黎食。酥皮非常鬆軟,層次分明,而蛋漿味道不會太甜,香濃蛋味。5.凍奶茶凍奶茶口感順滑,奶香濃郁但唔會太膩,茶味香醇帶微微苦澀,本人係幾鍾意帶少少苦澀,飲落茶味既感覺比較重,而奶既分量唔洗特別order都已經做到好適中,有時太多奶又好掩蓋左茶香,而奶少又會好澀。總結: 面對舊區重建,港人消費模式既轉變,大量連鎖經營既進攻。本地食店既經營環境雪上加霜,近年已經不斷有老牌既茶記結業,茶記算係香港人既集體回憶,非文化遺產。新興既冰室已變質,再不是以往茶記風味,即叫即整已變得奢侈。不要等到傳統老店結業前幾天先趕住去搭尾班車,襯日常事未踏入回憶既大門,請大家多多支持!!!!…Read More

夏天真係越黎越熱,出街指定動作一定係搵間甜品店食下冰。時下既甜品店由食物擺碟到店內裝修都越來越精緻。今次到旺角花園街既甜悅,打開Menu一睇,已經眼花繚亂。由傳統既中式糖水、台式仙草、芭菲、窩夫、刨冰、果汁,總之同個甜字有關係既都會叫到。既然來都來了,就當然叫多幾款試下,冷/熱各一,加多個豆腐花,試真D呢間甜悅味。1. 鮮奶桃膠椰皇燉蛋配蓮子 $69滿滿既桃膠塞滿個口,個種滿足感真係好難用筆墨形容,唔好以為重量不重質,桃膠軟硬度適中,不會咬到咀仔攰,只會多D黎密D口!食糖水成日會掛住食料,不知不覺就會飲哂糖水,但係呢個椰皇係比埋杯鮮奶你,可以自己Refill,奶香沿沿不絕送入口。2. 鮮雜果益力多芒果味綿綿冰 $67大家對綿綿花冰一定唔會陌生,冰好多間都可食到,但係大部分都談不上綿綿。甜悅既綿綿冰,單睇表面已經非常綿密,放入口中即時感覺到綿密既感覺,有少少龍鬚糖剛剛溶既感覺,或者係用用摸摸綿花既感覺。而味道揀左芒果同益多力,益力多強勁既甜味幫助帶出芒果既香味,而且味道唔會太單一,再好食既食物,短時間大量進食會有D膩。3. 蝶豆花富士山奶凍 $42藍色外觀加上頂部鮮白色,仿如一座迷你既富士山係你眼前,未滿足味蕾先滿足眼睛。第一口已經感受到濃濃既奶味,質感唔會太硬。就算食多幾啖都唔會話好甜好膩既感覺。即使係細食時女士都可以一個人食哂。…Read More

以前係禾峯開業多年既老牌冬菇亭大排檔~陳根記。因為工作關係多左係石門呢邊搵食,陳根記晚餐對我黎講係較貴,但係午餐同下午茶係好抵食。今次就同大家講下午餐先,午餐既選擇已經好多元化。佢既Menu分左4種:1.廚房飯 2.是日精選 3.湯飯 4.抵食推介廚房飯1.滑蛋牛飯飯2.京都豬扒飯3.咸肉豬油炒飯4.生炒牛肉飯午市推介1.蒸魚排骨飯2.椒鹽豬扒食後感:可能係大排檔班低,炒野真係有鑊氣,蒸魚時間亦剛剛好。特別想講一講椒鹽豬扒,平時出街一定係又乾又硬。但係陳根記既椒鹽豬扒真係好食,味道唔會死鹹死辣,肉質彈牙,咬起黎有少少Juice感覺。如果新鮮既炸蒜,真係錦上添花 。而炒飯類味道偏淡,但係講求健康既年代,起碼不是過鹹,要多少少味可以自己落鹽落豉油,算係可接受水平。總結:2餸飯當道既年代,令我更加追求即叫即整既食店。拎出黎熱辣辣,出哂煙既飯菜,未放入口已經滿足視覺既享受。陳根記以54蚊左右既價錢,包凍飲,即叫即炒即蒸,我無投訴。…Read More

04/09/2015 Friday去食個日係happy friday,當然係約好朋友一齊gathering一下啦,星期五仲要係食dinner時間,多人等位是常識吧。所以就係openrice隨意搵下有冇工廈既食店可以試下。左搵右搵見到間叫"慕茶",咁就打電話去book位,其實唔book位都ok,因為見食店內都唔係好多人係度食緊。先講講環境,燈光都幾暗,而且室內幾熱,見到店主都擺左把風扇係度吹,其實人唔太多又冇限時,我覺得唔係露天街邊都已經可以。睇餐個牌都係一貫cafe既餐單,意粉/甜品/小食拼盤。當晚我地係三個人,叫左兩碟意粉,分別係"田園沙律","白油蜆肉意粉" ,"肉醬意粉",加多個小食拼盤。野飲就一杯mocha/一杯綠茶紅豆/一杯綠茶latte。田園沙律係最正常,我覺得沙律都應該係冇咩可能可以出事掛。首先上台既係小食拼盤,幾舊薯角,4隻炸雞翼,仲兩個內藏沙律既雪糕筒。老實講,光看到"內藏沙律既雪糕筒"既外觀已經完全沒有食欲,雪糕筒完全係林哂既。剩下就是雞翼+薯角,實在唔明點可以賣到$108咁既價錢。不過個拼盤實在太難頂,所以連相都冇影過。然後黎到係兩碟意粉,賣相同我係屋企煮既一樣,唔緊要,食物都係擺入口(要求下降中),味道先係皇道,食得出係家的味道,就係極普通的味道,雖然份量係幾多,但係三人聚會又唔係大食會,所以都係打動唔到我。去到飲品呢一環,真係一場災難。首先講朋友個杯熱既綠茶latte,個朋友飲完一啖,面容扭曲,之後我地逐個飲左一啖,接近水的味道,完全係沖濟既味道,而且仲要係沖到勁淡,完全不能入口。第二杯係抹茶紅豆,第一啖,ok wor,水準keep到,keep到水咁淡既味道。好彩有幾匙紅豆吊吊個味,先有返個甜出黎,叫做有d安慰,到杯凍mocha,其實係一杯凍朱古力,茶記水準,以"慕茶"黎講應該係最似樣既一樣食品。總捨黎講,我係一定唔會有第二次接近/進入/幫襯呢間野,味道已經唔係普通既level,係去到難食既地步,三個人食左371,以一個接近400蚊既價錢換黎一個災難既享受。…Read More
