This is actually one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I went to support in this difficult time. But very very disappointed. Noodle is pre-cook and soaky, all sticking together and obviously breaking in small pieces. Beef is full of tendon. Probably the cheaper meat they now switch into. Waited 40 mins in restaurant and still no food. People around after me are all having their meals. After checking , because my order requires fresh made. What does that mean?
