路過尖沙咀,想食粵廚既藥膳湯同奶皇包。(ps之前一直食開深水埗,員工同食物質素都保持得好好。)但今日一舉,另我刮目相看。之前我去食加拿大芬道戈間已經要乜冇乜,時間係晚上6點30至7:00左右。經過呢次教訓,所以今次同樣7點路經過尖沙咀另一間,就已經問定店員藥膳湯仲有冇,佢地好肯定既眼神話有。OK,我因此入左去。 點知落完單,員工就過黎話冇曬:)OK。心諗好似比人呃左黎食飯甘。冇計坐低左,照撐埋佢。同行兩人,嗌左奶皇包、菜苗餃... 濟講呢兩樣野都夠講,馳名流沙奶皇包成個食落口完全吾熱,係暖都稱吾上。問店員佢地話係即蒸,呢啲參考書答案完全問完都吾想聽。講大話都吾該同廚房員工商量好先答啦
菜苗餃一樣,入面得小小溫度。 呢個天氣冷,想食熱既食物,點心最為不過。但最令我失望都係尖沙咀呢間粵廚。員工方面,傳菜戈位靚仔一邊清理耳垢一邊一飲住罐可樂係出餐位等。食物到出餐位,佢都吾理。到催既時候先用一隻剛清理完耳垢既手送餐,吾知你地有冇畫面。出餐位又開揚,眼不見為淨麻。總結員工態度同儀容劣,冇應有對客人既態度。呢餐飯,仲有兩道菜冇食已埋單。 係尖沙咀開餐廳,甘既質素我冇諗過。睇到呢度,請大家自己衡量。你話想醫飽,去係吾錯,但係想好好地食餐飯就三思了。…Read More
