16大3小,本以為要分兩枱坐,幸好預訂了一張大枱可以一起坐~ 今次吃午餐,且大夥兒的,所以決定叫點心及潮粵菜色。點心包括傳統的蝦餃、蘿蔔糕、潮州粉果、綿花雞、咸水角及腸粉等; 亦點了香軟熱騰騰的香芋流沙包。品嚐點心後,先來潮州的鹵水拼盤及廣東的老火湯。鹵水鵝掌味道濃郁; 喝了老火湯亦感暖氣運行全身。雖然今天沒有咕嚕肉我有點失望,但換了海山骨亦算不錯。骨排醃上了惹味的蝦醬,炸起來香脆可口。接下來的蠔仔烙、炒龍躉球、上湯浸菜苖及蠔仔泡飯。全都頗合口味 (如果龍躉球可以少一點油可能會更理想)。當雙麵黃出場之時,我發現姪女雙眼發光,小妮子總喜歡吃麵,加上雙麵黃是外脆內軟,沾上醋和糖後口感豐富。當我也想來一口時,我發覺雙麵黃經已吃光了~而大人似乎都一致同意 狀元炒飯 有水準。飯炒得夠乾身,蛋黃包著飯粒,香口而不油膩。甜品方面,有部份人(包括我)都是第一吃傳統潮州甜點: 反沙芋。切成手指般大小的芋頭,加入沙糖炒勻至包圍著芋頭外面的糖香脆乾身。小時候總愛吃西式蛋糕。人愈大,愈會欣賞中式甜點,不但材料、做法變化萬千,營養亦豐富。…Read More
