今日過左老銅食依間放題,真係唔錯唔錯,大家真不能錯過,有時間的話真係可以黎試試。雖然等位時間可以耐少少,勝價比高自然多人等,一向唔鐘意等位既我都覺得絕對值得等。首先可以講講係佢地夠款式多,真係你想食咩都有壽司、剌身當然就唔駛講,熱食冷盤串燒天婦羅都好齊備,最欣賞佢就係啲飲品都好多,啤酒汽水、雪糕、雪條、甜品馬卡龍、豆漿、真係多都你唔信。黃金燒原隻帆立貝 - 本身都已經好鐘意食元貝,佢地都味道重要係調計都唔錯。沙律味香濃,又多汁,可以ENCORE 再ENCORE。白汁煮藍青口 - 最恨就係食到煮得太熟好似春擦子膠既青口,但今次唔同喎煮得啱啱好,唔會韌重有少少酒香味,唔錯唔錯。燒紐西蘭香草羊鞍 - 羊鞍好多地方有,但好食而份量足就唔係間間好以做得到。面層少少香脆,內裏有肉汁唔韌,真係諗起都流口水。剌身拼盤 - 好欣賞佢地好有誠意,上枱時配合乾冰,感覺新鮮好多,甜蝦、赤蝦、三文魚都好好食。鐵板蒜片牛柳粒 - 蒜味香濃野味,細細粒易入口,感覺良好。其實好多地方叫牛柳粒都係食一件就等拎走,但今次我就清碟照鏡,對比真係相當大。雜錦串燒 - 雞軟骨、墨魚丸、日式蕃薯仔、串燒蝦,每樣都勁好味。甜品 - 去過咁多間食放題都係第一次見有盒裝乳酪。通常都係乳酪機自己唧,但佢就樣樣齊有自己唧既雪糕、同杯裝雪糕、雪條、馬卡龍、朱古力泡芙、百福豆腐花,大滿足。飲品 - 飲品方面都好齊備,個飲品櫃相當大,種類又多汽水、啤酒、清酒、茶類、盒裝飲品、韓式飲品、果汁先生、檸檬茶、菊花茶、維他奶、就連從未響放題見過既椰子水都有,感覺上重多野飲過響7 仔,真係要比返個LIKE 佢。…Read More

韓國菜第一時間會諗起燒肉同炸雞,今次唔同喎重有得玩添!主要係有芝士、蛋漿、韓式炒飯同紫菜,道先要將材料放入大量杯攪均,然後就可以開始。起鑊每一格平均分佈再加入蛋漿一邊搞掂就反過黎整第二邊章魚流心芝士小丸子 - 轉下轉下話咁快就整完第二邊,可以起菜上碟。金黃色圓碌碌,有得玩重好好食添,不過我都係覺得因為係自己整,整都會加左啲分。三色韓國煎餅 - 有韭菜煎飯、南瓜煎餅、泡菜煎餅,我個人就比較喜歡食泡菜煎餅,但咸魚白菜,各有喜愛啦。牛肋骨湯 - 通常見牛肋骨湯都係深啡色,今色淺色啲但味道都唔錯喎,而且蘿蔔吸晒牛肋骨味,非常正,加上依個湯辣辣地都幾野味。芝士炸雞 - 有啲咩野好得過,啖啖肉既無骨炸雞呀,雖然無數過,我諗都有十件八件,加上芝士就真無敵啦。醬油無骨炸雞 - 其實依個真係好好食,不過呢貪心的我都係覺得啲汁唔多夠,好食既野永遠都係好覺得太少。雞件唔會太乾加上醬汁都調較得唔錯。炸紫菜包飯 - 講到尾就係壽司天婦羅,有新鮮感,但我都比較喜歡食日式炸蝦天婦羅多啲。…Read More

一見到依間舖店就比佢吸引到啦,開頭以為可以有成隻新鮮有剌既海膽原隻拎去燒。不過都係我諗多左......法國Gillardeau生蠔 - 依隻蠔有比較重既海水味同金屬味,肉質有啲質感,唔錯!其實生蠔只要夠新鮮就無得輸。胡麻汁豆腐沙律 - 依個菜最重要係豆腐要夠凍,加上有足夠既胡麻汁,酸酸地加上芝麻香味就好好食啦。燒雞泡魚乾 - 雞泡魚乾又係啲可以食夠唔停既邪惡食物,真係可以係咁食、係咁食、係咁食……不過呢講返依個先,佢地處理依隻呢就屬於比較乾身,又唔會太過硬,要比個 like 佢。海膽炒飯 - 炒飯炒得好乾身,可以做到一粒一粒飯,而特別既地方用翠肉瓜、海膽一齊炒,真係第一次見,當然最明顯係上面啲海膽,又新鮮又清甜,令人印象深刻。海膽炸雞 - 炸雞好脆,加上用左自家製芝士海膽汁,小弟就覺得好夾好好味。雖然芝士味略略蓋過海膽味,但心理上知道係海膽都會加多啲分,總之就好好味啦。…Read More

難得小弟今日約港島朋友傾啲野,佢就帶左我黎食依間蒸汽鍋。都係因為潮流帶動下,看似中式的海鮮酒家,一道裝修下就變成而家既蒸氣鍋。證明香港人有幾靈活變通。蒸氣鍋計時器鍋底 - 先放入珍珠米、排骨同南瓜作為最後粥底既材料,最後用蒸氣煲成粥。日本大元貝 - 蒜蓉粉絲伴元貝,當然係最穩陣既食法,加上元貝中間細心地開左一刀,保証蒸熟,而元貝夠新鮮就無得輸。蘇格蘭特大聖子 - 控制聖子既時間好重要,因為你都知呢,聖子太熟會變成擦子膠,有計時器既情況下可以話係萬無一失。貴妃蚌/韓國北寄貝 - 北寄貝通常我地只係可以響壽司舖可以見到食到,清蒸都係第一次,感覺都有啲特別,比較有咬口、少少煙韌。生猛花竹蝦 - 九節蝦當然夠鮮甜,有蝦味,唯一唔好就係得兩隻,實左太少。美國石蠔 - 都算幾大隻肥美,但蠔味唔夠,可能都係產地問題。本灣奄仔蟹 - 蟹肉多汁、肉質彈牙、爽甜。新鮮排骨南瓜粥 - 每次蒸氣鍋既重點所在當然就係依個粥啦,但一定要夠時間南瓜同珍珠米化開,加上前第道海鮮留底既精華,又點會唔好食喎,我覺得選用珍珠米係既成功既地方。…Read More

其實都食過好幾間7080 都覺得唔錯,雖然尖沙咀依間都開張一段時間,今次就黎左尖沙咀依間試一試。五花腩牛肋條 - 見到塊五花腩都知正啦,真係數到有五層架。牛肋條都好得,小弟比較鐘意食牛肋肉,肉質腍之餘又有牛肉味。牛仔骨豬扒 - 一般牛仔骨通常都會比較韌,但今次又唔算喎,而且牛仔骨肉同牛肋肉一樣,味道會濃一啲,唔錯。午餐肉 - 午餐肉真係幾時都係咁好食,不過呢其實聽過話午餐肉其實係用一啲無咁新鮮既豬肉所製成,但好食既話都係唔好諗咁多野啦。豬皮 - 今次都係我第一次燒豬皮,成日食韓燒都見人叫豬皮,我記得上次食果間我都真係有 order ,但所有野到齊,就係 miss 左我塊豬皮,當時都食得七七八八就放棄無再追啦,今次叫補番數。燒完個感覺完來都幾得意,唔似平時食開爽口的,而係煙煙韌韌,食落好有骨膠原既感覺。蒜蓉扇貝 - 其實都無咩特別,但扇貝就係可以食完再食。牛舌 - 薄切牛舌燒好後有啲彈牙。泡菜煎餅 - 整體味道只算合格,重口味既我覺得佢唔夠泡菜。羊架 - 好少韓燒有得叫羊架。難得!…Read More

上次食過依間既攻頂至尊牛肉漢堡,覺得好好食,今次特登再來試下其他野。丹麥藍芝士牛肉漢堡 - 依度啲漢堡包小弟真係覺得好好食,今次依個亦有驚喜。佢地用依隻藍芝士味道好濃烈,有別於一般果無味道既卡夫芝士,啱晒鐘意食芝士既我。加上佢既用料上加左萬惡既煙肉,配合起來效果真係唔錯(其實萬惡既煙肉配咩都咁好食),而當然不可不提亦都係小弟最欣賞既係,炒過既紫洋葱,同埋焗過既面層同底層既麵包,甜甜地又脆脆地增加口感才是真正既漢堡。推推推! …Read More

家賀在日文的意思係豐收、滿足,用膳後我得確有依種大滿足既感覺。第一次見,唔知咩叫櫻花汁,試後都覺得唔錯,甜甜地。特選鮪盛 - 鎮店吞拿魚併盤,一共有三種級數,記得要跟次序,要深色都淺色咁食,最淺色一隻油膩又多又平均、油香味濃,最後一種絕對有入口即溶既感覺,當然係最好食既一種。其他地方真係比較難搵到咁高質素既吞拿魚。空運立魚 - 好新鮮,一般食開既都好似雪左好耐,肉質比較實,但佢地唔同喎,軟熟啲,一口咬落去都夠切開。軟殼蟹手卷 - 小弟成日都會食軟殼蟹手卷,我覺得最緊要係軟殼蟹無渣。味醂雞泡魚乾 - 食開既雞泡魚乾就會比較實、乾同脆,而佢地就比較軟身,比較煙韌,有少少味,唔錯。吉列廣島蠔 - 廣島蠔唔算大隻,不過蠔味唔錯又飽滿,炸漿厚度適中,香脆好食。唐揚嫩雞 - 炸物方面都處理得幾好幾,雞肉滑又唔乾,淡淡肉當然正啦。海膽豆腐 - 海膽唔算好好重海膽味,但海膽配豆腐都好夾,跟本就唔需要咬,一淡就可以吞左佢。蟹膏軍艦壽司 - 我愛膽固醇既最佳選擇。特選海鮮丼 - 一睇就知道夠晒豐富。三文魚腩、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、磯煮小鮑魚、三文魚籽、海膽、赤蝦、帆立貝、赤貝。…Read More

唔知點解今期流行食蒸海鮮,我諗都係因為大家都比較注重健康,起馬會比傳統椒鹽炒、或薑葱炆少油沙鹽,相對能夠真係食出海鮮既味道。依種草帽我真係幾鍾意,不過呢其實都好重,同埋感覺上有重越南風味咁。前菜 - 柚子蓮藕、蟹籽沙律、酒糟鴨舌、魚翅白飯魚、芥茉八爪魚、帶子裙邊,我喜歡帶子裙邊,有得咬又有得嚼下,佢個味道都調較得唔錯,有少少麻油味。湯底 - 南瓜、排骨同日本珍珠米,等到最後所以加入所有海鮮精華再當粥食。勁正!海鮮 - 日本大元貝、大海蝦。元貝非常之鮮甜,好有帶子味,個殼餘返啲汁重正,所有精華所左。海蝦新鮮爽口,用竹簽串起食起黎非常方便。再黎海鮮 - 南非六頭鮑魚、阿拉斯加長腳蟹腳。蟹腳好正!夠粗又係啖啖肉既時候,食落重有少少海水咸味,得確新鮮。鮑魚都洗擦乾淨,還細心地幫你先界幾刀,蒸出黎效果剛剛好唔太韌。安格斯牛頸脊 - 雪花分佈平均,淋得黎又好有牛肉味、好大肉汁,原來蒸牛肉都可以咁好味,都唔係一定要打邊爐既。什菌時蔬拼盤 - 有南瓜、粟米、雞脾菇、靈芝菇、金菇、紫芯蕃薯、芋頭,蕃薯啲色實在太靚,可能係日本蕃薯,不過呢食後大家小心會放好多庇。 另外,粟米超甜好食。粥底 - 今次依個粥底唔係好綿,主要我諗都係未係好夠時間,米雖然已經熟晒但未開花,同埋呢我地無蒸蜆或花甲,有少少覺得唔夠海鮮味。生果併盤 - 最好食就當然係雪糕泡芙,上面沐上芒果汁,甜甜地好好食。…Read More
