又到Happy Friday~ 今個 Friday Night 真滿足同朋友去圓方睇場七點半~ 睇完就行去堂記吃燒鴨腸~ 正! 不過唔夠過癮, 想去啤啤佢, 朋友再帶左我地黎呢間串燒店,夜晚11點幾, 真係好多人...店員問我地想唔想坐樓上VIP房, 不過老公想睇住架車, 所以我地決定坐樓下, 等左15分鐘, 見到職員左拼右拼, 終於搭到張台俾我地啦~ 超窩心樣樣都十幾蚊串, 我地瘋狂地叫左好多野吃!! 真係多到數唔曬, 最正果幾樣有:肉類,燒牛舌 --> 真係肥大肉厚, 唔干身, 好香燒豬頸肉 --> 豬頸肉好甘香, "yip" 得好入味 燒羊架 --> 最正係個薄荷醬&介辣醬, 襯得一絕! 燒牛仔骨 --> 20蚊3塊?!?! 真係懷疑老闆計錯數...佳寶買生既都冇咁平喎 而且都yip" 得好夠味, 唔錯! 海鮮類,燒多春魚 --> 卜卜翠, D春又香又硬身, 條魚既皮又唔會"窿", C父果然高手藝!燒海蝦 --> 蝦殼上好多香料, 第一啖感覺上咸左d, 但係襯落蝦肉喥就岩岩好, 所以吃呢味餸, 一家要用口咬, 唔好用手滅~ 蝦肉都好夠新鮮, 一d都唔"霉" 冷盤類,泡椒雞翼 --> 又大隻, 又夠辣, 雖然朋友仔吃唔到, 不過我同老公就encore 左二輪店長推介,鵝肝多士 --> 舊鵝肝比想像中大件, 襯埋件多士都幾香!!一路吃串燒, 一路飲啤酒, 人生一大樂事也~ 係張台唔多大, 搞到d野食擺唔曬, (哈哈, 可能係我地瘋狂落order之過啦)店員見我地堆到成張台都係食物, 可能驚d食物會攤凍啦, 好明顯出食物既"咇"慢左落黎, 最搞笑係老公要開車, 見到啤酒唔飲得...係眼望望之際, 隔離台個哥哥仔靜雞雞請佢飲左罐"私伙"既不含酒精啤酒 真係開心死佢啦~ 成個場d氣氛都好正! 見d店員同食客都打成一片, 聽聞好多都係熟客仔! 下次黎一定要訂定台先得!! …Read More

尋晚同朋友係九龍城吃晚飯, 吃完晚飯朋友話想去銅鑼灣吃甜品, 見佢讚到識飛咁, 即管叫老公車我地去試下啦!真係山長水遠咁黎架!!去到攞位, 見門口有5.6個人等緊, 唔知係等位定係等外賣, 咁我咪行入去收銀處問下"唔該, 4位丫" (收銀處位於餐廳中間位置)點知, 果位長頭髮, 帶黑色膠框眼鏡既女仔 描左我一眼之後, 又行返出去門口玻璃門既位置, 原來攞位要派既"紙仔"掛左係門口!!(當時, 仲有2,3個人, 跟我尾入去攞位...)最搞笑係, 佢由尾派返轉頭!! 即係話, 我由龍頭變左去龍尾!!已經嬲嬲地啦, 終於等到有位, 哥哥仔問我地介唔介意搭台, 我地都話ok, 點知我地要搭台既位置, 岩岩係二張圓台中間...唔好話二個男仔坐唔入, 連我地二個女仔都坐唔到...四張椅..仲有其中二張俾其他吃客攞左黎擺袋..根本坐唔落!! 講真, 我地山長水遠專登走過黎吃, 都係想坐低慢慢啖下姐...於是決定同哥哥仔講"我地唔介意等四人台啦, 再等下都ok架, 陣間你俾張4人台我地啦"...點知哥哥仔反問我地: 點解你地唔肯搭台先?我地答: 咁果個位迫丫嘛...哥哥仔再問: 係咪唔迫就肯搭台先?我地答: 果個位真係坐唔落.. 可唔可以等4人台呀?之後, 哥哥仔就一支箭咁衝過去2張圓台中間, 移開曬d野, 好唔客氣咁叫其他客人攞開曬d野...就叫我地坐埋去...!!!! 搞到隔離台d人以為我地去投訴佢地咁!!!! 真係超級尷尬到暈!!!真係未吃就夠飽!!! 講返d野吃, 真係不過不失咋! 係我個朋友話個 Apple Crumble 好吃囉!我就叫左客 心太軟配綠茶雪糕 一般啦...心太軟個皮太硬! 早幾日去完土瓜灣開會, lunch time 搵野吃, 見到呢間米線店打正旗號吃小鍋米線, 無辣不歡既我, 即刻入去試下先12:15去到, 已經有少少爆場, 好彩等左5分鐘就有位,小鍋米線廿蚊起計, 每款餸+4,5蚊, 我地3個人, 樣樣叫d, 交換下d餸食, 可以試多幾種餸丫嘛我叫左個冬茹,豬潤,魚腐,中麻辣米首先要講下個"中"麻辣湯底, 比起譚仔既中辣 冇咁辣, 但勝在夠鮮味 至於配菜都唔差, 幾多份量, 如果有埋腐皮就perfect 啦!! 冬茹 -> 夠淋, 都幾入味 豬潤 -> 唔係講笑, 最正呢個, 好少吃到豬潤咁鮮味, 厚薄適中, 好嫩, 岩岩熟, 唔"鞋口" 魚腐 -> 可能係來貨問題, 比較硬身, 一般啦 牛怪朋友叫左個牛肉, 牛展, 牛柏葉 大麻辣米嘩! 唔好講笑, 大辣比中辣真係辣好多!! 唔怪之得落單姐姐要俾溫馨提示啦! 不過我個牛怪朋友話吃牛要加勁辣先夠過癮喎~ 呢款岩曬佢 由於碗野對我黎講太辣啦...我淨係吃左個鮮牛肉, 都好好味, 好嫩~ 最緊要鮮牛肉既份量都好多, 真係好抵吃!! 另一個朋友就試左個豬頸肉, 豬腩肉, 蘿白 清湯米我冇試, 見個湯底白雪雪, 朋友仔都話幾鮮甜架~豬頸肉 -> 第二必吃推介, 真係燒得好香口, 好甘香!! 豬腩肉 -> 都唔錯, 唔太肥, 都幾爽口 蘿白 -> 煮得好夠淋, 仲有冇根添! 正 加3蚊仲有杯豆漿~ 超值! 下次要夜晚黎慢慢吃, 仲要試下佢地既川式小食&串燒!!…Read More

師太 "香港商機"經營的食店!!staff做打手出食評誤導人去食!!Mandy Chan唔好扮食客引人落疊!!!欺騙愚弄食客,扮生意額好!!正係識得誤導食客,誤導買盤買家!! 一個低水平、無道德之香港飲食集團。表面上以特許經營為主力業務發展模式,實際以欺騙愚弄加盟商為主要連鎖收入來源。經營管治能力低下,經常拋出雙贏方案,唯長期以雙輸收場。道德水平之低有如老千集團。食客/買盤買家值得思考,深思!!

coldsnow 琴日去左試食,等位等左20分鐘,到入到去點菜又等左25分鐘有多,都未有菜上枱。都開始覺得5妥,見到人地一點完菜5分鐘都5使就上菜,就知大獲啦,於是叫個人黎問下係咪冇落單?當然佢5會答你冇落單啦,結果俾我見到係咁搵張落單紙,再慢慢入機,都估到咩事啦!叫人加水,佢就同人吹水,叫加水加左5分鐘都冇人理,最後個經理黎到加水,問佢係咪冇落單,佢話今晚係有d混亂,好快就有食送食,係咁講5好意思。等到我真係火滾。如果我5問真係等到收鋪都冇得食啊!最初點左3個菜,有蒸蟮,蝦膏唐生菜,沙爹肥牛金菇煲,後黎真係碟碟袖珍就加多個魚雲煲。碟蟮係袖珍板,得個7舊,我地4個人去食,一人一舊都冇左啦,味道係5錯既!個魚雲煲蔥多個魚,仲好鹹,我食蔥都食5完啊!最滿意係碟菜,夠獲氣,蝦膏夠香。最5掂係沙爹肥牛金菇煲,冇味既,我真係想問佢有冇沙爹醬?最後當然冇咁做啦,只係問佢囉豉油。最後仲見到佢店到貼左個師傅幫雜誌做既訪問,標題係『真功夫』,我心諗係九流功夫,三流都比5上。一個真功夫既師傅炒出咁既小菜,真係應該慚愧,5會再去第二次。
