慶祝朋友搵到工,佢為報答我地幾位朋友一直對佢嘅支持…話要請我地食飯喎!咁梗係食大佢…食餐好啦。所以就嚟返之前食過覺得又就腳又好食又對得住價錢嘅i kitchen啦!首先送上係set嘅前菜《車打芝士焗美國薯仔,鮮蝦,辣蕃茄》。紅紅黃黃嘅外表已經相當能夠引起食慾,芝士配蕃茄醬焗薯永遠都係咁冇法令我拒絕的,薯仔肉焗完不會太乾,因為佢配上左濃濃嘅辣蕃茄醬,軟軟的薯肉加上溶左嘅車打芝士實在已係最高嘅享受,再加埋薯肉芝士入面有隱藏住嘅蝦肉好驚喜。食完依個酸酸辣辣嘅前菜,簡係胃口全開!之後係每次嚟食必定要追加嘅前菜《黑魚籽鮮蝦忌廉蛋》$20。小碟仔放著原隻蛋上枱,蛋嘅頂端打開左,見到入面蓋住厚厚嘅黑魚籽好吸引呀!入口啖啖海洋味…配上滑滑嘅忌廉蛋入面夾雜住粒粒黑魚籽喺舌頭上爆開,味覺衝擊非常之大!抵我地order你嘅!《鮮蟹肉粟米茸湯》每次依度嘅湯上枱都好似一幅畫,用鮮忌廉喺湯上面畫上一道有美感嘅痕跡。湯嘅味道好濃郁,從未飲過咁濃咁真粟米味嘅湯,清甜粟米味同蟹嘅海鮮味出奇咁夾…剛好清一清口中魚籽味和蛋味迎接主菜!對朋友銀包絕對不客氣地點左set dinner最強嘅《》$308。澳洲和牛雖然比不上日本和牛,但油脂分布都係很好的,牛味亦都非常香濃,完全對得起佢嘅價格。食牛牛最正當然係7成熟,上枱嘅牛牛煎到甘香脆封住表面…入面仲係嫩嫩多汁的,果然係話7成就7成,廚師好嘢!切一小塊點上盤邊嘅礦物鹽提味,入口帶出牛油脂嘅豐厚香味…口中濃牛久久不消散!正呀!幾個女子嘅晚餐當然要用甜點嚟結束,今晚特別想食《意大利芝士餅》$58。軟綿綿嘅 tiramisu 夾層係2層蛋糕2層芝士再灑上可可粉,簡單嘅甜品看上非常豐富!一啖入口濃濃咖啡味,中間嘅蛋糕層非常濕潤散發微微嘅酒香…雖然我未食過意大利正宗嘅tiramisu,但依個就係我食過最滿足嘅一個tiramisu 喇!幫襯左i kitchen兩次,兩次都令我好想為佢打食評…原因係雖然兩次去佢都坐滿,但樓上鋪令人認識嘅機會比地鋪少…佢質素亦比好多好多地鋪都好好多…真係好值得用少少時間去打篇食評呢!i kitchen,我好快又會返嚟食你,哈哈哈…Read More

愛食燒肉嘅我聽同事介紹,拉左另外3位愛食燒肉嘅女子嚟到依間位於佐敦嘅燒肉店共進既晚餐!一入到店入面,完全聞唔到其他燒肉店嘅燒肉味…奇怪喇!明明枱枱客人都燒緊肉……店員見我地成頭問號就埋嚟解釋俾我地知,店中嘅爐係用陶瓷炭,火力持久均勻!另外係爐下面抽氣…所以我地就呼吸到比其他燒肉店清新百倍嘅空氣!依啲就係高級同細心喇!解答左我地嘅疑問…店員就送上茶同埋前菜俾先地邊品嚐,邊睇下食咩好! 食肉之前都要食返啲菜打下底先!所以點左個〈溫室蕃茄沙律〉!主角溫室蕃茄被切到一薄薄的同粟米粒粒鋪喺沙律菜上面,夾埋酸酸甜甜嘅沙律汁…入口清甜,生津開胃!我準備好食肉喇!之後肉類就陸續上枱,店員為我地續樣介紹…話俾我地知點樣燒係最好食!首先我地燒〈牛舌(薄切)〉先!通常鍾意食牛嘅人都應該會鍾意食牛舌…薄薄嘅牛舌燒完金黃色的,個邊有香脆嘅口感!濃濃牛味!再嚟嘅就係擺碟擺得好靚好似玫瑰嘅〈豚頸肉鹽燒〉,睇住啲豚頸肉喺個爐上面慢慢熟,慢慢卷起…係一個享受呀!依個得店員姐姐出手相助,燒得好靚…金黃色的!燒完嘅豚頸肉好香,唔會油油的!淡淡嘅鹽味配上豚肉香…根本唔洗任何醬汁!〈厚切prime牛小排〉油脂分佈均勻,識食牛一定係食厚切!識食牛一定係食半熟!燒完出嚟有格格網紋,真係好靚……入口果陣牛味係濃到衝上個鼻,油脂分佈平均令肉質好鬆軟…但又不失牛肉應有嘅咬口!食肉就食下海鮮喇…每人一隻〈日本產帆立貝〉!大大隻配上牛油蒜容黑松露醬,放喺爐嘅最中心位都係岩岩好夠放咋!店員姐姐教我地:見到殼上面嘅汁滾就可以翻轉舊肉,再燒多陣就食得!一啖放入口,非常鮮味!諗都冇諗過原來配黑松露醬係咁夾…完全冇話濃得濟搶左個海鮮味,好正!最後嚟個〈汁燒原隻魷魚筒〉,依個唔洗自己燒…上到枱已經燒熟左靚靚喺度等我地食!甜甜地嘅燒汁夾埋魷魚嘅海洋味,一流!啲鬚就有啲似日本一包包嘅燒魷魚小食!送酒一流!另外想推介嘅係〈北海道啤酒〉,雖然唔係野食嚟!但食燒肉夾啤酒真係一絕,依個啤酒好岩女仔飲,甘甘甜甜好香麥味!服務好,食物正!咁嘅價錢真係完全對得住,他朝一日我會再返嚟食你嘅!…Read More

香港女仔大部份都鍾意食日本野!之前聽九龍城朋友講過依間鋪頭好味道, 咁今次就約埋3個八婆仔黎依度用日本菜式送是非啦!門口嘅設計好有日本風情, 招牌上嘅ICON係日文併成嘅面孔…特別易認! 鋪頭入面裝修係日式設計, 燈光柔和…令人好放鬆呢!坐低之後店員第一時間送上茶,前菜同meun…我地可以一邊食住前菜開胃一邊睇meun點菜!雖然店名係叫爐端燒,但食日本野當然都要食下刺身先安樂嘅!第一道菜係有五款刺身嘅〈雲丹刺身合盛〉:原板馬糞海膽,油甘魚,三文魚,八爪魚,牡丹蝦!勁鍾意食海膽嘅我見到板海膽已經吞口水喇…海膽非常新鮮,好滑好甘香…淡淡海水味完全冇掩蓋馬糞海膽嘅獨有鮮味!另外要讚嘆嘅係油甘魚爽口清甜,連平時唔太食油甘魚嘅我都愛上了!第二道上嘅菜係meun上大人氣嘅〈牛油果軟殼蟹卷〉。淨係睇個賣相已經好有霸氣…軟殼蟹大件過舊飯一倍之多!我肯定係即叫即炸即卷,完全唔係出面啲連鎖店整定的…因為入口嘅時候個蟹仲係有溫度,配埋香滑嘅牛油果同埋微微醋味嘅壽司飯…完全唔會覺得個軟殼蟹好油膩!岩晒女仔口味!排住隊等我地食嘅係津屋獨有嘅〈自家制腐皮餃子〉!薄薄香脆嘅腐皮代替普通嘅餃子皮,包住甘香嘅九菜豬肉…一咬落去有澎湃嘅肉汁走出嚟!食到我地lamlam利~另一個特別嘅菜式〈櫻花蝦炸豆腐〉,內裏白白滑滑嘅豆腐…外層包滿少女粉紅色嘅櫻花蝦!因為包滿細細嘅櫻花蝦…外層咬落比普通炸豆腐更脆,付帶住甘甜嘅鮮蝦味…口腔裏面嘅海洋味回味無窮!終於食到串燒!都係食啲特別嘅〈芝士雞肉丸骨棒〉!香濃嘅芝士包喺雞肉,雞軟骨打成嘅肉球外層…一口咬落去有2個層次嘅衝擊,首先係食到濃濃芝士香,再嚟係啖啖鮮雞肉…非常特別嘅自家制菜式,必試!再嚟串燒〈燒洋蔥豚腩片〉,洋蔥燒完勁甜,配上豚腩完全中和到油脂嘅肥膩…〈皇帝蟹海鮮鍋〉。依個上枱第一時間相機食先啦…勁大件蟹,勁大隻帆立貝,勁大隻蠔先$138?識食嘅一定係飲啖湯先…海鮮嘅鮮味,蔬菜嘅甜味,豆腐嘅清清豆香味非常咁夾!再嚟食隻蠔,肥美飽滿嘅蠔身喺口入面爆開非常甘香,對愛食蠔嘅人嚟講依個就係享受!再食主角皇帝蟹…啖啖肉,蟹肉絲新鮮有咬口…咬下咬下海洋味充滿左成個口!最後食埋鍋入面嘅配菜先係最緊要,因為啲蔬菜喺煮嘅時候吸晒海鮮嘅精華…比起平時清煮嘅菜更甜!完美嘅一餐不能缺少嘅係:甜品!由店員送上小小一球的紅豆雪糕,濃濃嘅紅豆味加埋入面嘅紅豆粒…好正!我想要多球呀!!!!!!特別一讚係店員服務非常親切殷勤有禮,細心為我地解釋菜式…這就是到小店消費嘅享受!比起連鎖店嘅冷漠假笑好大對比………Read More
