上星期，俾我老公B.B. 豬拉左我去試新野食。因為佢話有伏要一齊中🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙈🙈🙈⋯⋯⋯咁我地去到一間位於中環的拉麵店。位置有小小難搵，但話妳知係值得嘅。✌🏻搵到店後內外都係以日式風格為主的裝修，入面坐位唔多。細細間，20個位到。坐低後睇下個餐牌選擇唔多，但基本日式拉麵口味都有。鹽味，蒜香等等。咁我叫左個白虎直麵，一上菜。見到香噴噴的湯底再加上大大塊的叉燒，又係相機食先嘅時間。我首先試左個湯底，十二個鐘煮一個湯底的味道就好似將豬骨濃縮再濃縮。一個字好飲。香濃豬骨湯嘅味道。叉燒軟拉麵彈。食完後老闆都好熱情問我地好唔好食，呢一刻我覺得呢間餐廳服務一流。走了，但會回來一再品嘗…Read More
