SoupI ordered the 'white' one, which is the original pork bone flavor. It's not thick but not too thin either, good amount of fat in the stock but doesn't stinkNoodleGood texture, not overcooked nor undercookedMeatquite tough, lean meat mostly marbled with some fat in between. Flavor wise nothing specialOverall RatingTRYit's a satisfying bowl of Ramen. Price is alright given that the it is located in the mall. …Read More

Worse than instant ramen
Oreryu Shio Ramen (V City)
2017-01-16
Environment Terrible seats, zero personal space, lack of AC and heat from the low light makes it a very uncomfortable dining experienceServiceDidn't expect much from a Ramen shop, but it makes no sense to assign a person to a bar table when the shop is empty. The RamenFirst look - presentation Sumptuous. Two thick sliced barbecue pork, two pieces of fried chicken thigh, and a whole half boiled egg topped with bamboo shoots and Japanese negi. The portion of meat lives up to its name, it is a ramen for grown man. BrothI ordered the spicy one. There is a lack of thickness to the broth, a sure sign of any bad ramen. Took a sip, all I could taste of is salt water mixed with some chili oil. A cheap packaged ramen does a better job than this. The chef tries to get creative by putting a slice of yuzu grind into the broth to freshen things up, but it's barely helping. I do realize this is a shop that 'specialize' in salt broth, but the lack of any depth of taste to it makes it an absolute failure. The meatFried chicken was alright, but nothing special. And because they didn't serve it separately, the crust became soft and rendered into merely some fat after a minute or so. The barbecue pork is thick, thicker than a lot of traditional ramen shop. However, it's dry and quite blend. The only thing worth mentioning is the slightly charred crust, which gives it slightly more characteristics to a rather boring piece of meat. The eggs were slightly overcooked and the ramen itself has no texture or whatsoever.Stay away if you can. You deserve a better meal. …Read More

Jamie's Italian

DrinkVery sweet. Good if you like sweet drink. SaladDelicious, gorgeous, sumptuous smoked salmon. Not the regular ones from supermarket. Roasted veggies are on point. PastaHuge disappointment. Bland sauce and amount of pasta is out of proportion. Prawn is not fresh and need some serious seasonings.Atmosphere is nice, ambient lighting and smooth music. Price is around 200 per dish. Food quality needs improvement. Fit for a casual dine out with friends and family. …Read More

JasonBond This is absolutely not surprised.  From research on internet, the CEO and Taiwan director are coming from KFC.  If you know last year they launch Chinese New Year menu with Chinese food (steam fish, Chinese rice), and the CEO so believed that this would be a bestselling item, then you know this * was definitely in wrong hands, and they are just amateur *.  Last, the * manager keep sending the same robotic response on * for more than a year but no slight improvement, you will sure put this as a hopeless *.

Menu 簡介JawaLatte Macchiato with GA Jawa from Indonesia, exuding a hint of coconut and pandanSlight aroma of coconut with a strong note of honey. Taste like a regular latte, smooth and forthy at the top.Recommended to people getting tired of Starbucks and don't mind to pay extra for trying something new. …Read More
