記得以前細個去茶餐廳，家長最常點蛋治比我食，食埋食埋，咁大個人食咗無一千都有八百件蛋治，蛋治點先好食，絶對稱得上係專家！行經天后食街，發現一間新開冰室，叫得冰室，份蛋一定要得，食完飯無耐，就叫蛋治。蛋治好快就到，打開麵包睇睇份蛋，蛋色水好好，用蛋的級數應該不馬夫，，炒得大份兼微濕，目測過關。再入口食，包軟蛋香，蛋的厚度理想，有牛油及奶味，加埋蛋香濃烈，一份久違的靚蛋治，再度重逢。飲品點蓮子冰，用玻璃冰杯上，有誠意，甜度洽當，蓮子鬆化，無蓮芯，懷舊到極點。另一欣賞此店之處，係懷舊壁畫，好多童年偶像都見到，例如陳百強、張國榮、中森明菜等，呢間我會常來!…Read More
