因事返左大埔,經過見到間新餐廳,見未食飯就入去試下!入到去侍應招呼算幾好,會主動介紹菜式!叫左兩個午餐....一個蟲草花蒸雞飯同一個花枝條香蒜菜粒炒飯...蟲草花蒸雞飯睇落好似唔係好多....但食落原來好多....差D食唔曬...蒸雞都好滑,雖然唔係新鮮雞...但係一D雪味都冇...抵讚....個飯有汁但係唔係好杰...呢樣都抵讚...因為真係好憎中式的杰撻撻汁...佢配料都算多...唔會剩係得雞....整體黎講真係唔錯.......初初叫呢個飯以為係新鮮炸花枝,但原來係花枝漿...不過都要試左先知好唔好食!花枝條炸得岩岩好...唔會太燶.....係幾好食既! 不過如果可以再粗返小小會再好食D!飯量同材料都算多...唯一美中不足就係個日的炸蒜燶左小小~ 呢樣之後希望可以改善下!總括黎講呢間係值得再食...因為價錢真係好平....4X連野飲....野食唔錯....…Read More

係呢頭收工,見到呢條街真係成條街都係餐廳~ 見到呢間餐廳新開~ 就入去試下同其他鋪頭相比,呢間係比較中式的MOOD, 其他鋪全部都黑麻麻,係得呢間係光猛,哈哈!對於第一次行過既人.....係吸引...最小知道入面食咩樣,哈哈!首先叫左個小籠包~上台係好熱好熱~打開超多煙....樣見到皮都係薄...因為見到入面的湯汁,夾起又唔會即刻爆曬出黎,呢樣加分!咬開入面當然好熱,湯汁有肉味但又唔會好騷,舊肉亦係食到肉纖維...唔似我早幾日係第二間食既小籠包...真係肉渣...完全唔似食緊豬肉...呢個小籠包合格!!之後就到肴肉....呢個送就同平時出面冇咩分別~ 不過拿出黎個陣可以再凍小小就會更加好!當日仲叫左賽螃蟹!由於本人係好鐘意食蛋白~ 所以每次去親上海菜館都會叫賽螃蟹~呢間餐廳的賽螃蟹都可以既~ 出黎夠熱仲加左的瑤柱落去,所以都有鮮味~如果可以再好的~ 就係唔好炒咁熟~ 咁就PERFECT!!除左呢的仲叫左紅燒獅子頭!一上台都嚇一跳,咁大舊既.....食落好食既~ 雖然咁大舊,但又完全唔係一舊死肉...佢個皮包有小小口感~ 但係中間心係軟既!個汁唔會太甜又唔會太重味! 如果有飯就一流!!最後叫左一個每次必食的豆沙鍋餅!呢間的豆沙鍋餅好食,係因為佢皮唔會太厚...同炸得岩岩好...透曬但又唔會燶....出面有的鋪頭為左唔會炸爆...就攪到塊皮好厚好厚...食落真係好難食....同埋佢既紅豆係夠多....唔會好小氣咁樣剩係得中間有....所以呢個係要點!!總括黎講呢間鋪頭係可以去食的!…Read More

今日放假冇野做,所以就出左尖沙咀行街....平時比較小行去呢邊,但上次經過見呢碘開左好多新餐廳,所以今次舟登行過黎睇下....原來真係開左好多唔同種類的餐廳,仲有好多日本餐廳!!!呢間算係入面比例隱蔽的一間....不過佢又係正正一蘭隔離,真係知道的自然會知道係邊的格局!!見佢門面幾似日本當地的餐廳,所以就決定試呢一間!入到先知原來間鋪頭唔係好大,得十零個位,唔係好多人,靜靜地幾好!叫左杯檸檬乳酸,乳酸味夠,唔會好似有的鋪頭咁落好小...呢間都算落得大方~所以都好味!之後見餐牌都好多鰻魚料理,覺得應該都係主打,所以就試左個鰻魚飯!上台見到實物,比相像中大碗,鰻魚都比想像中多!!味道係好香,雖然未食但係已經聞到好似係日本鰻魚飯鋪頭個種味道!!試左一舊鰻魚,淋滑,又夠肥美,食落都有魚油味!!個料唔算太甜,但配呢個肥美鰻魚岩岩好!因為鰻魚已經咁肥,如果個汁仲太甜就會覺得太膩,但呢間鋪頭又唔會,所以加分!睇得佢佢的米都係用日本米,雖然唔算太有飯香,但係都可以接受!!總括黎講成餐飯係滿意既!個鰻魚分數都幾高,會再黎試下其他野!!…Read More
