I tried this pizza place in 2023 and thought it was really delicious, so I took my friend there yesterday. First, after making a reservation, I found out they only allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for dining. This already made me feel like it was fast food. Even though I understand business is tough, a basic 1 hour and 30 minutes should be standard. When we got our table, everything felt rushed from the start. The server hurried us to order. We ordered two drinks, a pizza, an entree, and a tiramisu. After finishing the pizza, they quickly cleared the plates—and that was only 40 minutes in. Ten minutes later, they announced "last call." By the time we were eating the tiramisu, they already rushed to bring us the bill 😣. At that point, it had only been 1 hour and 5 minutes. By 1 hour and 10 minutes, they hurried us to pay. The worst part was that, in their rush to clear the table, the server brought the wrong bill. I kept wondering: Why make dining feel so rushed? There was no service at all—it felt like once you got a table, you had to eat quickly and leave. Not only did they mess up the bill, but what if we had left without noticing? The entire meal was extremely unpleasant. I also realized the pizza here isn’t even that special anymore.
