星期五本想找一間便、靚、正的刺身/蠔店同女朋友食，最初因為看見很多正面評價所以才選擇這間。後來才發現很多食評為線稿，食物質素及員工態度亦欠佳，本人對是次體驗十分失望。餐廳環境及食物賣相亦不錯，唯刺身壽司有根，且不新鮮，比爭鮮司壽還要差的質素，食物素質及價錢相當不合理，而蠔方面，因為價錢平均2x一隻，因此不夠鮮味是可以理解的。而本想好好與女朋友溝傾，慢慢享用白酒，唯因為設有90分鐘時限而被逼趕快飲完。因此對此次體驗十分不滿，不建議喜歡食壽司或蠔的人士來吃。…Read More

因為女友今日突然想食海鮮餐，但又唔想咁貴，咁岩係openeice搵到一間算平價餐廳，所以就由中環搭丁丁過去，一落車對面便是了，十分方便！而本人先前打電話預先book定枱，服務員很細心的替我預留了水蟹粥。而除了水蟹粥外，我還點了蟶子、黃金蝦及田螺。這店的服務員態度十分好，除了預先為我們將碗碟清潔外，還準備了口罩袋，還不時為我們換骨碟！至於食物方面，首先上枱的是田螺，配上有少少酒味的醬汁，十分鮮味。之後便是蟶子，味道並無十分特別，且用上十分多的粉絲掩蓋體積比較細的蟶子，這個不十分推薦。至於水蟹粥，一個字「鮮」，大家可以試試呀。而最後黃金蝦，跟我想像的不同，但味道還是可以的。食物質素與價錢成正比例，兩個人共食了4xx，而服務及地點也不錯！…Read More

住在大埔的我終於黎到朝一朝聖，加上經朋友推介，所以一定要來試試！由於不是太肚餓，我們兩個人點了一個set dinner, 包括有餐湯、包、肉眼扒及雪糕，再加上半打蠔。餐湯選擇了羅宋湯，可以說不過不失，而餐包則選用了黑糖包，加上軟身，本人十分滿意。而主菜便是肉眼扒，我們選了7成熟，真是十分好味，火喉控制剛剛好，加上燒汁，真是完美配搭。而因為太多款蠔，因此交比店長發板，特地為我們選擇了3種蠔，由開頭是清清的味道到第3隻食到鹹鹹的海水味，從沒有吃過這麼肥美、鮮味的蠔，所以再點多2隻，分別是貴族及玫瑰，兩種也是清清甜甜，真是一流享受。最後還有石榴味的雪糕，十分特別。而環境經過特別佈置，很有浪漫氣氛，加上店長也十分幽默有趣，整體來說十二分滿意這次的體驗，返到屋企已經開始掛住咁鮮美的蠔了。…Read More
