忙咗一個禮拜,星期日最好就係瞓到自然醒,然後就搵一間舒服嘅cafe食個早餐/午餐/下午茶!呢間Comma Cafe,一聽個名就覺得文青啦~不過有少少難搵,其實大廈門口要係高氏大廈旁邊的巷仔轉入去!但上到去Cafe都唔少人食架!我估一來因為文青風(門口裝修都靚)🥰;二來係因為食物質素都應該唔錯!😍叫咗個黑松露香煎帶子燴飯,因為會包一杯38蚊飲品,所以就叫咗個熱薄荷朱古力~黑松露香煎帶子燴飯一上枱感覺細份咗少少,都諗住如果真係食唔飽就嗌過小食~白汁燴飯配洋蔥同蘑菇真係冇得頂!帶子我相信佢用刺身級,因為表面煎香左,裡面係刺身帶子的嫩滑~黑松露味唔會蓋過整體燴飯的味道!食晒成個飯都夠飽,唔駛叫小食😋薄荷朱古力好重薄荷香,好濃朱古力味,不過對我黎講比較甜,冬天飲熱朱古力就最爽!😍店主主要係兩個好可愛好靚女的文青妹妹,我覺得同店內裝修真係好夾,睇住佢地好忙咁行黎行去,我會覺得我的休閒其實係得來不易~要好好珍惜😚…Read More

之前喺旺角煙廠街都食過呢一間餐廳感覺唔錯,經過見到有就入去試下將軍澳呢間既質素~望到個餐牌感覺都偏貴,可能因為東港城租貴,食物質素相信都會有返一定水平!同男朋友呢左兩個午餐set:1,BBQ春雞伴香草薯蓉+檸檬薑茶2,日式照燒汁牛柳粒意粉+英式奶茶好大兜香草薯蓉, 面積仲大過半隻燒春雞😳香草薯蓉食得出油牛油味!我估燒春雞應該已經搽咗bbq醬跟住先去焗,雞皮好香BBQ醬同香草,不過隻春雞都厚身,所以入面的雞肉唔算好入味,可以點汁食;隻雞好軟淑,而且應該煮過先,因為一刀切落去就好易骨肉分離!意粉煮得啱啱好有半生熟嘅口感,但照燒汁調味比較單調同埋唔係好夾個意粉~牛柳粒雖然比較大粒但係煮得有啲過熟有少少韌,但係食得出有牛肉味檸檬薑茶同英式奶茶都有同一個問題,就係茶包唔出味,成杯野飲好水咁...點壓都係出好少味...真心建議餐廳如果一個茶包唔出味,可以落兩個...…Read More

終於轉涼,飲碗熱湯真係好緊要!行過呢間舖頭就聞到好濃牛味,有少少似賣牛雜的小食舖的味,所以就入黎試下~入去食嘅時候已經係下午茶時段,所以老細得閒可以同我哋傾下閒偈,佢推薦我哋食崩沙腩因為新鮮嘅比較少,男朋友就要左個咖哩牛腩粉配套餐~講真,崩沙腩真係聽就聽得多,食真係未食過!崩沙腩係牛嘅橫膈膜附近,比較少有,所以都會比較貴;我覺得幾有咬口但牛味唔算出!牛湯調返轉頭比較出色!聽老細講,係用大量牛骨每日煲成十幾個鐘頭,無落味精;聞落已經聞得出好大陣牛味,飲落更加唔駛講,好鮮甜!唔好話用牛湯嚟煮河粉,就算就咁煮蘿蔔都好好食!椰香咖哩裏面有薯仔,紅蘿蔔,牛腩;咖哩好重椰香味,第一啖會覺得甜甜地,後勁就會有些少咖哩嘅辛辣味!薯仔、紅蘿蔔、牛腩全部都入曬咖哩味!米粉一樣係用牛骨湯,牛骨湯同埋咖哩完全冇撞味,加埋一齊食完之後會成身暖笠笠~套餐會跟一杯餐飲,五香牛輾,流心蛋~五香牛輾最出色,因為每一塊牛輾都好入味,而且老細切得厚薄均勻,食曬都唔會特別覺得膩!糖心蛋就有滷水滷過~就算餐飲都係老細一家自製,所以配搭都幾特別~金羅漢果花旗參茶飲落甘甜,好重花旗參味,蔘味散咗之後羅漢果有一種甘甜味慢慢咁滲出嚟,相信都冇特別加糖,我覺得好岩呢種天氣飲~洛神花雪梨茶就有少少酸,如果食完牛腩覺得膩嘅人飲呢個解膩就一流!講真即係個啖牛骨湯都已經值回票價!👍🏻…Read More

今時今日2百幾3百蚊的自助餐真係可以話無咁濟...路過 Stanford Hotel見到咁平, 本來都抱住試伏的心態食架啦...自助餐分左兩個時段, 第一輪5:30 pm – 7:45 pm,第二輪8:15 pm – 10:30 pm我同男朋友book左8點3, 我地8點鐘上到去, staff帶我地坐住先, 同我地解釋一下流程; 因為最近疫情關係, 侍應姐姐話離開座話要帶口罩, 枱面有信封俾我們裝口罩; 仲提我地生熟食物要分開碟裝~有3張紙仔俾我地畫, 一張前菜, 兩張熱盤每份都係一小碟, 大部份都係整定,所以味道同我們想像中唔係差好遠~我個人覺得"蒜籽焗大蝦"好驚喜, 蒜好香口, 蝦係新鮮既!自助櫃位有"甜品","熱食" ,"冷盤","飲品櫃""甜品"範圍最大, 有"撻櫃", 蛋糕, 糕點, 布丁, 大福, 梳乎厘, 豆腐花, 糖水除左有D奶凍有少少香精/假生果味之外, 我覺得樣樣都好好食!!!梳乎厘係最驚喜既!!!因為唔係間間自助餐都會有!!而且即焗即食, 長焗長有!!唔怕遲出去拎唔到!!!所以我兩個鐘食左3個!!是日"熱食"有酥皮湯, 咖哩炒蟹, 烤肉眼, 蒜炒時蔬等等...酥皮湯好好味, 裡面有海鮮料, 男朋友話飲得出湯都有海鮮味, 唔似湯有湯煲, 海鮮後加~咖哩炒蟹的蟹唔係多肉, 旨在有味, 我覺得炒時蔬好好味!!鑊氣好夠!"冷盤"有我最最最愛的蟹!!!青口, 蝦; 刺身有吞拿魚, 鯖魚, 八爪魚, 同疑似立魚~蟹都有兩款, 長腳蟹同麵包蟹!!!有麵包蟹真係好驚喜!!!麵包蟹海水味重, 不過少羔...蟹肉一梳梳; 長腳蟹的腳真心長, 一拆開一條肉就咁擺落口都真係好爽!!兩款蟹一齊食真係食得出好有分別!!!刺身都係一無就refill, 所以都唔怕遲左出去會無晒~吞拿魚無筋, 我覺得幾唔錯~立魚無咩魚味, 八八魚有少少韌~"飲品櫃"竟然有啤酒!!!!!同支裝汽水!!!!!真係少見!!!斟既有橙汁同氣泡水~咖啡奶茶當然都有啦~成餐黎講, 性價比係高既~好食既, 成餐都有refill, 真係俾幾多, 食幾多既!…Read More

非一般唔抵食!!

最近幾個月因為疫情關係,冇機會去台灣旅行,養成了不停品嚐台式美食的習慣。今日剛好在將軍澳站工作,襯下午茶時間試一試將軍澳中心的老媽拌麵,可惜與期望有相當落差。老媽拌麵下午茶第一款是擔擔麵,但天氣這麼熱我不想吃到汗流夾背,因此點了店長推薦的秘製豬肉拌面,盛惠 $56元。跟餐有免費或收費飲料,我要了一杯不用另收錢的蘋果西打,點員還問我要凍還是熱,聽到我一頭霧水。但其實收費飲料也不過是普通台式茶飲,既然茶餐價錢已經媲美午餐,又為何要額外收錢要飲品。落單後,店員把單據送過來,一看,哇塞還要加一服務費,我心諗你的服務員只顧自己傾計,所謂服務也不過是落單捧餐,這服務費真是靠北。主菜來了,大小和一碗細蓉相差無幾,麵條是波浪形的關廟粗面,醬料在底,有些肥豬肉塊,跟半隻鹵蛋和小棠菜,這個份量實在有點少。先說麵,關廟麵有粗麵有幼麵,台式拌麵也不一定要粗麵才能掛汁,落單時店員未有問過我要什麼麵,店舖也似乎有其他選擇,但店員卻擅自幫我揀了粗面。麵就是麵,不會煮得太淋身。肥豬肉塊是鹵過的,有一層肥肉。我自己挺喜歡這層肥肉,但這裡的咬下去不太熱,不是太吃到皮的感覺,而且肥肉下的肉很瘦不過嫩,應該是鹵煮的時間未夠耐。肉塊小,而且得幾舊,如果在台灣賣成這樣應該冇人幫襯了。最後說醬,也是我感受最差的一環。我吃拌麵,期望是用肉醬攪拌,但他的竟然是花生醬!這裡的餐牌先沒有說明是用了發生,萬一對花生敏感怎辦?二來花生醬做擔擔麵還好,因為湯會溝浠,但用在拌麵上,會越食越咸。我食到最尾更覺得很膩,花生醬都凝在口腔,感覺不太好。我知道台灣都會有花生醬冷面,但那個醬感覺上比較浠,亦會配一個湯進食;這個是直接塗一口花生醬直接放落口,唯有用蘋果西打解膩。如果東西是好食的,我通常都不介意價錢比較貴,也不會經常用 CP 值去衡量美食。但這裡的 CP 值不但低,而且不好食,我勸各位連試都唔需要了。…Read More

同朋友行Moko行到攰, 朋友話要搵個地方飲杯野攤抖下~然後就俾我地係一樓的小角落裡面發現到呢間飲品店可以坐下飲杯野食件餅~而家好多飲品舖都行健康養生的路線, "好茶養生"都係一樣~一見到到個menu見到D甜品覺得好吸引, 可能我地果晚去得比較夜....已經冇晒切餅!但係咁樣係唔影響我地食甜品的心架!!!!我地嗌左兩個雪糕同兩杯野飲~-士多啤梨MOJITO+焙茶雪糕MOJITO即係梳打水, 士多啤梨唔係生果乾,係生果原片, 有幾塊士多啤梨片係梳打水裡面飄下飄下咁, 酸酸甜甜幾解膩!成杯野都幾大杯, 有成隻前臂咁大杯!焙茶雪糕好重茶味!有D炒過茶葉焦香焦香的味~可能因為係茶味雪糕所以唔太甜, 但又好滑!-蘋果美顏茶+玫瑰紅茶雪糕美顏茶裡面有塊好大塊的蘋果片, 又有D玫瑰花, 山楂, 仲有D我睇唔出的配料係裡面飄~朋友話飲落都幾酸應該係D山楂, 而且係熱飲所以酸味都幾明顯~玫瑰紅茶雪糕就好出玫瑰味, 紅茶味唔係太明顯, 而且玫瑰味係香的, 唔似假香精味飲完即飲的, 有興趣都可以買茶包返去自己沖水~"好茶"都幾多位坐, 而且成間舖都好文青feel, 好多位都好適合影相打卡~…Read More

低調加上小文青的風格, 係揀呢間餐廳食飯最主要的原因~如果平日係煙廠街行過, 真心未必留意到佢~但我最中意支持小小店架啦!!同朋友一齊, 所以叫左兩個餐: 焗芝士肉醬千層麵+芒果沙冰 ; 三文魚扒伴薯蓉+蘋果飄香茶!每個餐跟是日餐湯同杯野飲~今晚餐湯就係忌廉粟米湯啦!-焗芝士肉醬千層麵+芒果沙冰焗芝士肉醬千層麵係每日限量12份~千層麵的蕃茄酸味都幾突出,酸酸地令人好有胃口; 如果特登逐層逐層睇就會見到裡面都有夾雜的肉碎, 肉碎應該炒過, 所以咬落好juicy同有口感!個麵望落好細份, 但食完真心好飽!!!芒果沙冰,好重芒果味, 唔似係溝出黎的假芒果味~-三文魚扒伴薯蓉+蘋果飄香茶三文魚扒伴薯蓉其實仲有沙律菜, 我不嬲唔中意食沙律醬, 覺得好酸/好肥~三文魚扒煎到塊魚皮好脆, 食落似薯片(真心無誇張); 魚肉食得出一梳梳, 而且無乜魚腥味, 新鮮!!薯蓉好香好滑, 我估有加到牛油一齊煮~一嚿魚一啖薯蓉真係夾, $138絕對值!!蘋果飄香茶係茶包, 食完三文魚同薯蓉用黎解膩真心岩!!其實見到佢仲有甜品櫃仔覺得好吸引,有好多唔同的切餅!!不過食完成餐飯都好飽, 真心食唔落~唯有下次試....…Read More

真係有台灣小店的感覺~

老厝邊, 睇完個招牌名都唔知係寫咩....好彩舖頭名下面有行細字係寫"台灣的古早味"原來老厝邊係台語係夠"老鄰居"; 而眷村就係國民黨係國共內戰時搬去台灣所住的村落(學識淵博的男朋友講既)睇完介紹都感受到老一輩鄰里間的守望相助,  成間餐廳都突登裝修得好台灣小店的感覺~但野食一D都唔舊小店, 有好多都有新元素~例如有芋泥蛋餅~今晚十分豐富: 起司肉鬆蛋餅, 香酥炸排骨便當, 眷村紅燒牛肉麵, 古早味冬瓜茶, 蜂蜜麥仔茶-起司肉鬆蛋餅:芝士可以拉絲, 不過要趁熱食, 我食左一件第二件已經搵唔到絲XD不過凍左都好好食!!!好邪惡的滿嘴芝士!!-香酥炸排骨便當個排骨真係好大件, 大過成隻手掌, 塊排骨都幾薄, 所以皮脆肉唔韌; 最好食係炒雜菜, 甜甜地我覺得送飯一流~-眷村紅燒牛肉麵紅燒牛肉麵轉左拌面, 我覺得似個麵撈左落沾麵醬咁誇張; 滷汁好濃味, 醃菜唔辣, 牛肉係爽口, 好有牛味-古早味冬瓜茶& 蜂蜜麥仔茶麥仔茶係香港比較少飲到, 係台灣就多飲, 飲麥仔茶比較解膩; 冬瓜茶唔係太甜, 食完個辣辣地既紅燒牛肉麵用黎解辣就岩岩好啦整體真係好台灣味道~又可以一解思台灣之愁…Read More

 因為疫情關係...取消左去台北....但真係好掛住台灣的野食....所以好好的男朋友又帶我黎食台灣野~佢話有朋友話呢間便當的質索拍得住"台鐵便當", 咁一定要黎食啦~我要左"香酥炸雞腿便當"+"芋圓奶茶"; 炸雞脾真係好香, 而且真係好大隻, 有我一隻手掌咁大!!雞皮脆, 咬落去同食薯片無分別; 便當裡面有白飯(廢話)加椰菜, 仲有D辣辣地的菜圃同炒粉絲, 係幾開胃!!未食過辣辣地既配菜, 平時食甜既配菜~因為係即叫即整, 所以感覺上比起台鐵便當更好食!芋圓奶茶隻杯好大杯, 裡面好多芋圓, 起碼有1/4杯係芋圓, 可能要就晒飲管, 所以芋圓係小芋圓~男朋友要"紅燒牛丸牛筋麵"+"南投桂花烏龍"~牛丸裡面唔係干, 但唔知裡面溝左咩(唔係幾食得出), 但層次多左~牛筋麵裡面都有幾塊牛腩, 兩樣都好爽~男朋友話, 新竹米粉真係同牛肉真係好唔夾~都係乖乖地食返麵算啦!冷泡桂花烏龍解膩真心一流!一個字, 好清香!最後仲叫左個"夜市香腸"~台灣的小香腸, 肥肉多, 瘦肉少, 雖然真係會好香!!~但呢個小香腸唔算肥~但都好香!好岩一邊傾計一邊夾黎食!…Read More
