途經油麻地想食米線,想搵一間未食過嘅米線鋪。兩餸下午茶餐,唔加餸,唔要貴餸,最平$39。但我居然要加加佢啦,叫咗個三餸$48,包括慢煮12小時豬軟骨、五年陳皮魚腐、藤椒雞(+16)米線,配黃金雞湯底(+$6),跟無糖冷泡茶。豬軟骨嘅軟骨部份好淋,好入味,但純瘦肉部份就有點鞋。魚腐陳皮味好香,但魚肉味偏淡,好似好水咁。雞肉滕椒味好正,帶麻帶辣,雞肉好滑,知道唔會係鮮雞,但都有雞味。米線量多,要求爽口做得到。湯底有少少胡椒味,唔辣,但變相唔夠雞味。服務值得一讚,叫咗幾次員工都樂於解答問題。…Read More
