The price of $88 is for half of a deboned chicken that comes with 3 dipping sauces, which are imported from Singapore except the scallion and ginger. The portion will look much bigger if it is not deboned, just like the non-deboned soy sauce chicken from the BBQ (Siu Mei) shops, and we also offered this option to our customers. For the taste of the chicken, since most customers will take it together with the sauces, we have refrained from adding too much extra flavor. However, we will consider your opinion going forward. As for the pork knuckle, which is imported from Canada, the taste will be richer as this traditional Chinese dish is to be taken with steamed rice. Since you have yet to try our third signature dish, Braised Ox-Tail in Red Wine Sauce, we would like to offer you a free dish at our shop at a time convenient to you when we hope to solicit more of your comments that will help improve our dishes. Yesterday I went CWB for lunch ordered tofu pot set which is ok and taste good, the service is alright. Till I a pay the bill and ask if there is members discount first the waitress said SET don’t entitle discount, then I ask how about points ? She reply we don’t have point either, so I ask so want the use of the members she replies she never heard of anything regarding membership !!!
