上星期日(16/10), 同家人一行4人食晚餐. 我地大約6:30pm入坐. 全場不多於5檯客.叫左 C, D, E 加一個鍚紙飯餐. 食物唔得, 只得好濃既醬料味, 完全冇食物本身既味道.雖然唔係第一次幫襯, 不過絕對係最後一次!全場只得一個高, 瘦, 白淨, 細眼著西裝既waiter, 其餘都係著uniform 既waiter. 叫高瘦白西裝waiter比杯熱水, 佢好似好唔滿意. 因為清楚見到佢藐咀. 我地有一張$100 coupon, 上面寫明食$300 減$100. 而且T&C冇寫加一前用定加一後. 我地叫高瘦白西裝waiter埋單, 佢好唔客氣咁話"你地食左$291, 未夠$300, 唔用得". 我地再問"乜唔係要加一咩? , 佢大驚, 走左去篤電腦.( 我即時心想: 你連自己餐廳要加一都唔知?)之後佢走返黎望住張coupon話 "我地係計加一前個價", 我叫佢比張coupon 我睇, 不過我搵唔到有mention呢樣野既T&C. 我好有禮貌問佢邊度有寫, 佢答: "總之我地就係計加一前!!".............. 嘩!! 咩叫總之??!! 我叫多杯野飲過$300 冇乜所謂, 不過高瘦白西裝waiter既態度同答覆我就真係接受唔到. 我同佢理論, 佢好冇禮貌咁話 "好！我做比你”張單加一後係$320, 即係要比多$220. 我攞錢時我爸話不如比卡，我話 "唔好啦人地咁忙". 跟住高瘦白西裝waiter答"係呀, 好忙架!" 當時數埋7張檯都冇, 咁都叫忙? 高瘦白西裝waiter既工作效率可想言之.找完數我拎IPHONE出黎影相, 高瘦白西裝waiter一見到就即刻擰轉面.而家既食肆除左D野要好食之外, CUSTOMER SERVICE 同樣重要. 劉德華都有教啦. 希望煮館好好教導下佢D STAFF, O米上樑不正下樑歪!我地決定以後都唔會再幫襯! …Read More
