人均三百幾的茶記服務,食材唔錯但廚藝馬虎

朋友推介屋企附近呢間Sawadee Chef, 話佢質量好,份量又足。 擒日家人早收工,特意去試吓以振興香港經濟。去到見佢拉banner 推介平日一至四有指定小菜優惠,有海南雞,椰子雞湯,冬蔭功湯,咖哩虎蝦拼薄餅。大概係menu價錢七折到。入座後用手機落單,見特價菜式要向侍應查詢,落單前查詢就advise每檯只可點一款, 都明嘅、gimmick嚟講都算make sense.終於二人叫咗半隻海南雞、蠔餅、咸蛋黃軟殼蟹。上菜海南雞($118)份量正常、質量係唔錯嘅。即使雞胸都夠滑。但醬料無傳統豉油膏,換咗類似XO醬就有點畫蛇添足⋯⋯蠔餅($148)嘅蠔新鮮得嚟又算大粒,但廚師明顯無用心造,浪費咗食材。首先蠔餅炸過籠,成舊嘢炸到硬晒。另外上碟前無開大火迫返啲油出嚟,成塊蠔餅超過九成係粉,又硬又油淋淋,我哋食咗1/4件已經太油膩食唔到。咸蛋黃軟殼蟹($178)嘅敗筆同蠔餅一樣,上碟前無開大火迫油。由於軟殼蟹係急凍貨未炸前本身較濕身,炸唔到脆身。加上無大火迫油,同蠔餅一樣油淋淋。最終只食晒海南雞, 另兩樣都剩返超過一半,為免太浪費唯有打包拎走。 請侍應幫忙打包,佢話每個盒要收$2。 要收費當然無問題。之後佢竟然只放低兩個膠盒就走咗去。我心諗食開呢個價位嘅餐廳、從來無試過掉低膠盒叫客人自己打包。仲要講明要收外賣費但連外賣紙袋都唔提供。到之後埋單,伸手向侍應示意。對方竟然叫我哋自己行去門口等找數。Conclusion, 環境闊落好坐,硬件好。食材唔差但廚房手勢馬虎,侍應服務直程令你嘆為觀止,已經係手機落單,侍應只負責上菜,連埋單都叫你自己行出櫃檯等佢。仲要見張檯無晒位,旁邊張檯又係吉嘅,佢竟然叫你幫佢清空張檯,佢再將碟餸夾硬塞係你張檯就走咗去。經歷完全同茶餐廳無異。完美演繹當年我老爸嘅提醒⋯⋯星期三晚不應出街食埋單連飲品、油飯差不多$650,人均$3xx. 以中上價位餐廳價錢,提供茶記服務。 只可講句作為街坊都只可以到此為止。…Read More
