今天心血來潮上到士丹頓街找好東西吃,一眼看到這間店門外很多人排隊。後來才知道這是米芝蓮紅店,餐廳9成食材都是從泰國直接入口,餐廳概念是和泰國thongsmith一樣。在門外排了一會可以內進,食物種類不少,有各種地道泰國街頭美食如炸雲吞和炸豬皮。飲品也有很多特色款如斑蘭香芧茶和酸梅茉莉梳打。有很多食物想試,可惜湯麵類已賣光,上面提及的兩款飲品也沒有了。反正第一次來,還有很多東西可以試。主食我們點了泰式炒金邊粉(虎蝦)和醉貓炒河(和牛),小食點了沙爹雞,甜品芒果糯米飯,飲品則泰式奶茶和龍眼冰。醉貓炒河很有穫氣,和牛挺多的,也有很多香料。吃到最後仍是不停有熱煙冒出來,雖然標示辣,但我覺得還好。泰式炒金邊粉是比較濕,但虎蝦很大,泰國餐廳一定會點的菜式。我覺得沙爹雞是全餐最好食的,配上兩款醬汁,一是酸酸的,另一款是沙爹。兩款同時點很夾,雞肉嫰滑,甜甜酸酸很惹味。芒果糯米飯比較”的色”,但一樣出色。芒果有點甜有點酸,配上椰漿真的是最佳甜品。泰式奶茶香滑不會死甜,龍眼冰清新解渴,非常值得一試。米芝蓮餐廳但價格合理,絕對會回頭。…Read More

This upstairs Italian restaurant offers a beautiful and tranquil ambiance, with outdoor seating for added ambiance, perfect for those who enjoy chill admosphere.The lunch set includes soup, salad, main course, dessert, and a drink. We ordered two sets: one with a pizza, which we upgraded to a 10-inch size for an extra fee, and the other with a pasta so we could try both main courses.The soup was unique; not your typical mushroom or western soup, but a spicy, Indian-inspired one. The salad was fresh and appetizing, including a mixed green salad, tomatoes, red onion, and watermelon radish. The iced lemon tea was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet.The pizza, upgraded to a massive 10-inch size, was incredibly large, and from our seat we could watch the chef baking it. The pizza was made with tuna, tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala Campana DOP, and onion seasoned with light herbs. The crust and sides were crispy and delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the house-made Angus beef balls were a hearty delight, along with Italian tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.For dessert, we each ordered Panna Cotta with red berries coulis and Mini Tiramisu with Mascarpone, Cacao, and Espresso. 午市有多款LUNCH SET,二人餐也有,任均選擇。我們點了的是媄一人前,也是非常豐富的。田園野菜沙律很新鮮,醬汁略酸開胃,比例適中。水野茶碗蒸內有極多松葉蟹肉絲,啖啖都很滿足,而且蛋香濃郁滑嫰。鐵板燒的食物師傅會先讓我們甪看原材料,然後才會開始燒,令人安心,也可拍照。北海道帆立貝煎得外脆內軟,五成熟,配以枝豆醬及貝柱醬汁。前者味道較淡可以先點,後者較濃郁,兩者都與帆立貝很相配。餐廳免費贈送北海道馬糞海膽,可以配紫菜同吃,還可點芥末醬。海膽清甜,入口沒半點腥味。赤之匠板燒海虎蝦大大隻,燒得非常香口,啖啖蝦肉,蝦頭也有點蝦膏哦。伴碟是赤豆醬油,也有點欖油,點一些更能提升蝦的鮮味。稻草鰹魚伴黑蒜油醋和豆乳醬,這兩個醬汁令人眼前一亮,豆乳醬較淡,直接食用味道也很好。創味煎鮟鱇魚肝配焦糖蘋果很特別的一道菜,平時吃鵝肝鴨肝就多,還真是很少吃鮟鱇魚肝。鮟鱇魚肝不會很肥膩,油脂均勻,再加上焦糖蘋果中和一下更多一份甜味。蒜香薄燒和牛和野菜三品是一起上的,和牛包著大量碎蒜粒,煎到半熟很香口。可以分別點滕椒醬或黑蒜醬,前者有點少辣味道過癮。野菜分別是菇、南瓜和瓜,可以點茄子慕絲醬。菊志炒飯加入櫻花蝦、蒜粒,大量蛋快速炒成,一點也不油膩,而且粒粒分明。湯是麵豉湯,甜品是開心果雪糕,有大量果仁碎。食材高質,師傅認真煮食,環境安靜,是會令人回頭的餐廳。…Read More

這是第一次訂連鎖或大型點的西餅店以外的蛋糕店,有點期待。優勝之處是外型跟口味也較獨特,不用擔心跟別人撞款式。不過店鋪就只觀塘這一家,我這個港島人可是特地過海的。店鋪在成業工業大廈內,全白色閘的。我這次點了灸燒甜粟蛋糕,這個是店家的新推出口味,我見幾特別便點了。蛋糕最常見是配搭水果口味,沒想到粟米也可以做蛋糕口味。粟米稍為灸燒了很香口,而且蛋糕不會過甜,反而很清新。忌廉很滑身,蛋糕造型可愛簡潔,小小一個飯後吃剛剛好。這個蛋糕很適合小朋友和長者吃,感覺是較為健康。除了整個蛋糕,這間店還有軟曲奇和盒子蛋糕,下次可以試一下﹗…Read More

今天很期待的燒肉午餐,特地過海來旺角吃的呢﹗看到這裡是台灣人氣NO.1單人燒肉店,又可以一人一烤爐,無煙設計吃完不會成身煙味。午市套餐更划算,平日午餐低至$58。不過我特地過來想吃高級一點的燒肉套餐,首選盛盒套餐,有多款肉類和海鮮。在落單等待期間,可以到外邊的野菜放題佢,有不同的前菜和沙律任食的。前菜比較韓式,有泡菜、酸蘿蔔、海帶等常見款,特別是鵪鶉蛋也有。如果喜歡韓式的話,我覺得可以用這裡的菜包燒肉。盛合套餐包含了日本極上A5和牛、西班牙伊比利黑豚、無骨牛小排、龍躉石班和精選鮮蝦。肉類款款精緻,上品肉質,油脂爆登,但想不到最驚喜是龍躉石班,燒到有點脆邊很香,魚肉鮮甜。SMILE盛合則有無骨牛小排、松阪豚、牛橫膈膜、冷藏雞腿肉、北寄貝、精選鮮蝦和鱸魚菲力。剛開始看這個冷藏雞腿肉沒有看懂,後來才知道原來跟冷凍肉是不同的,冷藏肉肉質更鮮甜軟嫩多汁,而這裡更是全店使用冷藏肉。我們另外加錢要了韓式雪蟹膏拌飯和日式蔥花玉子飯,前者極多味濃蟹膏,而後者的玉子很深色,很像蘭王蛋,蛋味濃郁。而湯品則照舊要了跟餐的濟州海帶豆腐湯,清清地不錯。我們太貪心怕吃不飽還點了蔥鹽牛舌,結果上來一大盤,吃到飽翻了。牛舌是非常薄切,但仍有咬口,拌山菜吃應該會更好解膩。推介飲品點峰蜜檸檬水和冬瓜檸檬,因為烤肉始終會有油,吃多了想清一清口腔檸檬的飲料非常適合,冰凍更爽呢﹗…Read More

之前在OPENRICE已經看過食評見到這裡很漂亮,現場看覺得更勝一籌呢﹗這種色調的花真的是百看不厭,所以佈置和顏色都襯得美美的,令人在這裡用餐是一種享受。這裡的下午茶就只有TEA SET 三層架,二人$388,價錢合理。我們由底部的咸點開始食,感覺甜點還是應該放在最後吃。第三層有龍蝦牛油麵包、煎蝦蛋沙律多士和北海道刺身帶子薄片,中間還配搭一些新鮮沙律。帶子刺身薄片上面有魚籽,增添食物層次,而另外兩款另人驚喜的是麵包跟多士非常好食,有點脆又香口。煎蝦又大又彈牙,一口也吃不完。第二層有巴馬火腿蜜瓜、蕃茄肉丸英式小鬆餅和鴨肝幕斯配無花果,中間亦配一些新鮮沙律,旁邊的食用花更增添美感。巴馬火腿不會死鹹,蜜瓜大小剛好,包著中和鹹甜剛剛好一口吃下。我發現這裡的包類都很出色,小鬆餅也是一流﹗不過全餐最欣賞的就是鴨肝幕斯配無花果,鴨肝幕斯好香好軟滑,味道濃郁,想不到跟無花果這麼匹配,好想多吃一件啊。最後一層有朱古力咖啡蛋糕、迷你鮮果撻、柑橘瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕和七彩馬卡龍。我喜歡柑橘瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕,這個味道很有新鮮感。馬卡龍有士多啤梨和開心果味,不會過甜很好吃。這裡真的很適合聊天或放空自己,優雅的環境配上精緻的食物,令人心情非常愉快。…Read More

今天跟老公送完囡囡上學不用趕著上班,就到旁邊的大小姐冰室吃個豐富早餐。我們共點了兩份早餐,都有送飲品,另外如有需要亦可額外優惠價加食物。我點的馬來沙嗲牛肉公仔麵餐麵底加$5轉了辛辣麵,非常正確的選擇,麵不會淋身,配點辣人都精神點。配的煎雙蛋內裡流心,加$5轉了薯餅茄汁也不用點,點些蛋汁已很美味。另外我還加了$5要了白豬仔餐肉,雖然只有半塊,但餐肉味濃郁,而且煎得香口。老公點的全日扒餐要了雞扒,配煙肉、炒蛋、雜菜、蕃茄、粟米粒和丹麥多士,超豐富呢﹗雞扒和炒蛋很滑身,煙肉不會死鹹。這個餐不止在早上提供,去到晚上九點半都可以點呢﹗兩個人坐在卡位再慢慢喝完熱檸蜜跟熱即磨咖啡,令今天有一個很好的開始。之前聽聞大小姐食物質素一般,但今天試過覺得比想像中好,可能是看到OPENRICE食評自我改進了,哈哈。 …Read More

今天在銅鑼灣發現一間有lunch set,選擇又多的性價比日式居酒屋。我跟老公都點了刺身定食,每款午市定食附送沙律、前菜、味噌湯及白飯。其實已經很豐富,但我們還很貪心的各自加$28要了芝士年糕及芝麻雞翼。首先很可惜的是因為海膽貨源品質一般,所以暫停海膽取貨,會由其他刺身代為補上,而海膽吞拿魚腩三色丼則暫停供應。前菜是八爪魚,口感頗彈牙。沙律菜很新鮮,豆豆更是飽滿爽口。味噌湯不會死咸,白飯也很大碗。熟食比刺身定食更早到,賣相都很好﹗芝士年糕很軟糯,內裡芝士則很澎湃湧出來。芝麻雞翼炸得香口,脆身很惹味。刺身定食有吞拿魚腩、三文魚、油甘魚、赤蝦、帆立貝和三文魚籽(取代海膽),很豐富呢﹗刺身新鮮厚切,油脂均勻,最欣賞赤蝦和帆立貝。赤蝦大隻鮮甜沒半點腥味,帆立貝厚身有少許檸檸味更為出味。餐廳環境優雅舒適,充滿日式佈置,我看還有多款酒類飲品提供,想必晚上來吃飯又別有一番風味。…Read More

這間火鍋店跟平時見到的很不同,黑色店面非常型格,內裡則裝飾雅緻,而且有包廂。這裡是一人一鍋,我們二人各自點了麻辣湯和蕃茄湯。醬料主打是芝麻醬,還可加各種輔料,香芹粒, 蠔油, 花生碎, 韭菜花, 豆腐乳, 泰椒圈, 香菜和蔥花。主要最出的味道還是芝麻醬啦,不過輔料能提升口感和層次。來這裡當然是吃羊肉,我們點了錫盟草飼180天羔羊肉和鮮切寧夏灘羊梅花肉。前者非常有派頭,長長的一排肉令人涮得很爽。羊肉不會很”蘇”,肉質很滑。而後者羊肉味更濃一些,也更有咬口,是兩種不同體驗。經典大片脆毛肚很爽脆,原產地蔬菜鮮菌則新鮮清甜,特別推介菇類。每款食物店員都會有建議涮的時間,不用擔心過老或煮不熟。最後當然要來甜品,老北京糖油餅即飽肚又好吃,你可以看見盛載的紙盤非常神奇地一點油也沒有。職員另外還請我們吃了一個桂花淮山蓉的甜品,酸酸甜甜很特別。…Read More

百德新街這邊很多美食,今天跟老公試這間赤是日式居酒屋,午市有LUNCH SET非常划算。我們點了赤極上丼和吉列海鮮(蝦、蠔)配稻庭冷烏冬定食,我們比較貪心,想一次試到熟食及魚生。套餐包含棷菜絲沙律、茶碗蒸、漬物和麵豉湯,當中棷菜絲沙律更是可免費加添。我們在等正餐來的時候,就加了一次棷菜絲沙律。因為有兩款醬汁配這個沙律,分別是柚子油醋及胡麻醬,所以加一次沙律就可以試勻兩款醬汁。柚子油醋是酸酸很開胃的,但要留意最後容易過多醬汁留在底部。胡麻醬不會很肥和膩,我較喜歡這個醬汁。赤極上丼先來到,有馬糞海膽、吞拿魚、三文魚、三文魚籽、油甘魚、赤蝦和帆立貝各魚生,賣相精緻。馬糞海膽是超鮮甜,三文魚籽也很出色,赤蝦超大隻,帆立貝也是厚身鮮甜,其餘魚生發揮也不錯。接著吉列海鮮(蝦、蠔)配稻庭冷烏冬定食也到了,兩隻大大吉列蝦和蠔,冷烏冬有麵汁相配,另有一隻鵪鶉蛋,配烏冬食可以更滑身。至於吉列蝦和蠔真的不得了,比刺身丼還要出色,吉列的粉漿脆口而且薄身,蝦還吃得出彈牙,蠔更是鮮甜,而且不會因為煮後而過熟變硬身。茶碗蒸也是非常值得一讚,當中的小菇菇很爽口和甜,菇水及汁跟蒸蛋融合在一起很美味。…Read More

IFC CITYSUPER外有很多甜品店,這次被這間冬甩店吸引著。店現正做優惠冬甩可以買三送一,買四個有個靚靚盒子裝著,冬甩不會被壓扁。店裡的冬甩都美美的排好,令人有選擇困難症,全部都想試啊。而且除了冬甩,其實還有牛角包、吐司、酸種麵包和貝果可以選擇。不過這次我就先試冬甩了,貝果看起來也很不錯。若果擔心太飽或是想多試幾款味道,也可以買一口冬甩。我點了黑芝麻冬甩、抹茶冬甩、朱古力花生醬冬甩和海鹽焦糖冬甩,平安夜在家與家人一起享用。冬甩是非常軟熟,咬一口後會自動鬆會原處。內裡的CREAM很幼滑,黑芝麻和抹茶都是非常濃郁,多到像要滿瀉出來。朱古力花生醬和海鹽焦糖則因為多於一種口味,所以吃下來更有層次。這些口味都不會太甜,吃下來實在太幸福了,下次一定要試試其他口味﹗…Read More

今日發現了這座大廈裡原來也有不少餐廳,先試這一間看起來走悠閒風的餐廳。午市有不少套餐,若果像我一樣想什麼也試當然是選自選便當。可以選一主食加兩款肉類和兩款蔬菜類,再加餐飲。餐廳裝橫很寫意,很多佈置位可以打卡,食物用木盤逢上也很精緻。日本珍珠米+椒鹽玉子豆腐+溫泉蛋+烤牛肩胛+火灸辣味吞拿魚+靜岡焙茶+山葵餃子主食珍珠米粒粒分明,椒鹽玉子豆腐口感很特別,外脆內軟,溫泉蛋則滑溜溜的餸飯一流。點的兩款肉類都要額外加錢,烤牛肩胛香口,火灸辣味吞拿魚的外皮輕輕灸過,內裡仍是半生的吞拿魚,不過不太吃到辣味。靜岡焙茶味道淡淡但帶點香味,上面畫了個雪人很可愛。另外加錢點了小食山葵餃子,外邊鋪滿山葵很嗆鼻味道很刺激。木魚湯烏冬+香草南瓜+山葵山藥漬+唐揚炸雞配自家製他他醬+日式洋蔥炒牛肉+宇治小山園抺茶+溏心蛋烏冬滑身配清甜的木魚湯很好,南瓜較硬身有咬口,山藥漬配山葵很特別,味道創新。唐揚炸雞有4件,炸漿很薄,炒牛肉洋蔥味濃,非常下飯。宇治小山園抺茶濃郁,上面畫了棵聖誕樹很應節。另外加錢點了小食溏心蛋,半熟狀態一流。最後點了甜品鯛魚燒芭菲,由最頂的綠茶雪糕、瘚餅、脆脆、紅豆等一直吃下去很有層次,而且最面的吉士鯛魚燒很好打卡又好食。…Read More

第一次在大館用餐,去的途中才知道大館原來還挺大的,1862所在的館要再上去一點位置後一點的館。餐廳環境有點昏暗,是比較有氣氛的餐廳,每張餐枱上有個磨菇小黃燈,拍拍它就會亮燈很可愛呢。Set Lunch有三款,Business Lunch有兩款,我們2人就點了後者的兩款。是日餐湯是洋蔥湯,味道很有層次,非常好喝。1862沙律的沙律菜很新鮮,誇張點說真的有點像剛摘下來,哈哈。主菜之一龍蝦忌廉湯煮青口(400G)配西班牙炸薯仔及俄羅斯沙律吐司,青口大大碗,每隻青口都掛了一點龍蝦忌廉湯,最後剩下的湯還可以沾脆多士吃,超好吃。西班牙炸薯仔內的菜很有咬口,俄羅斯沙吐司上酸酸甜甜的蕃茄很開胃。另一份主菜阿根廷肉眼扒(6安士)配西班牙炸薯仔蕃茄吐司及俄羅斯沙律,肉眼扒三成熟恰到好處,已經切好奉上,肉味香濃四散。跟餐甜品是香脆玉桂條配朱古力醬,這個甜品充滿驚喜。玉桂條卷著做上下兩層,中間夾著雲尼拿味雪糕,再自己沾朱古力醬。玉桂味很香,玉桂條很脆口,帶點微溫配以冰凍的雪糕,很有冰火交融的感覺。這裡中午很適合朋友靜靜聊天,晚上的話再點些酒相信是另一番風味。…Read More
