今次5大1小飯聚黎呢度,因為旺角方便大家返屋企,而且OpenRice 訂檯有88折。坐低見8點前,有happy hour 買一送一,叫左兩支Erdinger Dunkel,邊飲邊睇食咩。我地叫左個 2人 dinner set加散叫左幾樣。首先上檯係果樣好吸引嘅牛油果蟹肉沙律,睇樣贏哂,但其實係攝影效果,實際唔大份嘅。朋友試圖切5份,一切即散,最後係切開堆啲青瓜變左撈起咁撈埋拼盤嘅醬汁同爆珠一齊食,味道清新。仲叫左焗芝士菠菜大啡菇,同個樣一樣,味道非常normal。仲有兩樣normal 前菜小食:buffalo wings 同tomato mozzarella salad,normal 到連相都無影。 白酒煮蜆,都幾多幾大隻,味道一般。小朋友見到呢碟話係龍蝦,其實係白汁紅蝦偏意粉,小朋友少有地叫添食,但我個人覺得膩左啲。餐廳上菜前預先問定駛唔駛幫手切開,讚!好怕切。至於好唔好味呢,同行友人覺得太咸,我比較重口味,而且啲皮夠脆,個人覺得好食。呢客威寧頓牛柳走精緻路線,份量偏細,酥皮好脆,但牛柳略為過熟,無加鵝肝醬混入啲菇度,切開時啲菇易散哂,又少左份油香。而攪笑位係,點解連呢碟嘅伴菜都有爆珠呢?咁鍾意用爆珠伴碟??抹茶心太軟,過熟唔流心,但食嘅時候唔算熱,唔鍾意。仲叫左個疏乎里pancake,做到疏乎里texture,但應該焗耐左,少少鞋。…Read More
