Tian Tian Hainanese chicken rice (New Town Plaza Phase III) 多謝你的惠顧！新加坡流行的肉骨茶有兩種，一種是加入較多藥材同煲的福建式，另一種即是我們店裡主推的潮州式肉骨茶，是以白胡椒和蒜頭加小量五香粉作調味，味道比較清淡，用預先熬好的肉湯為煲，味道更甜又不會令腩排走味。適合食唔慣中藥味的人士，在新加坡與馬來西亞及現時年輕人中較受歡迎。很抱歉引起你的誤會，下次在客人order前會告知差異
