平時都冇乜行過嚟呢一度,今日有個地產朋友介紹,話呢一間原來可以食一人壽喜燒又有魚生丼食,所以去咗試。睇完個Menu又覺得幾特別香港應該冇乜呢一啲咁樣嘅餐廳,可以自己揀餸嚟配搭。牛肉壽喜鍋一人前(加牛肉)(轉烏冬)($116) :落單嘅時候待應都有提醒過要等得耐啲,因為唔夠煲,但係等咗大概15分鐘左右就有啦,呢個自己私心加咗一份牛肉。壽喜燒嘅湯底同平時食到嘅差唔多,但係配料比得好多,有豆腐冬菇金菇等等。上菜嘅時候候俾佢個份量嚇咗一跳,真係好抵食。三文魚親子丼飯($85): 刺身切得好厚,而且賣相都幾靚,冇諗過喺一間名不虛傳嘅小店入邊會識到呢一個質素,而且見到都係新鮮整出嚟。刺身沙律($65): 純粹想要一個前菜,冇諗過會係有咁多舊刺身,刺身同沙律大概係一比一咁滯,仲要係呢個價錢真係好抵食。香蔥拖羅蓉小卷($35): 一碟有八嚿,睇得出係新鮮整出嚟嘅,調味調得幾好。總結:自己真係好少喺勝利道呢一頭食嘢,竟然俾朋友搵到呢一間,覺得其實好抵食,性價比極高絕對會再嚟,而且晚餐時間大概7:00已經差唔多滿座,應該都係街坊小店。…Read More

睇完嘅K-Pop concert第二日即刻想食返啲韓國嘢,同咗朋友去呢間,見咁多個like實冇死la😂卜卜脆炒豬脆骨拼拳頭飯($142):呢個脆骨好似平時食雞軟骨咁樣,每一啖都索索聲。喺韓國料理舖頭都好少會見到,配上紫菜飯團就啱啱好啦,但係如果齋食豬脆骨嘅話就會稍嫌鹹咗少少。 甜辣炸雞半份($158): 甜辣炸雞都係必要嘅,去韓國舖頭,冇理由唔食佢哋嘅炸雞掛。同樣即叫即炸,醬汁好多,但又唔會蓋過咗雞味。懷舊烤五花肉($152): 呢個五花肉係配上菜,麻油,同埋韓國辣醬一齊食嘅,自己覺得其實唔需要韓國辣醬都已經好夠味,五花肉係真係肥瘦分明,食落去唔會好似食柴咁樣,一啖咁樣包住啲菜式好過癮。芝士泡菜煎蛋卷($112): 其實本身都冇乜期望,但係識落好惹味,芝士每切一舊都可以拉絲嘅,而且泡菜份量好多,但係又唔會蓋過蛋嘅香味,做得幾出色。總結:呢度真係好啱後生仔女嚟,無論氣氛或者音樂全部都係好新,而且平均年齡層都係20-30歲,而且不斷咁樣播住韓國kpop歌,同朋友傾吓偈嘅時候都可以唱下幾句。…Read More

呢間係喺尖沙咀做嘢嘅同事介紹嘅,自己真係唔會無啦啦搵到呢啲捐窿捐罅嘅舖頭。店員話可以揀坐入邊或者出邊,自己就揀咗出邊,原來係望住尖沙咀海防道嘅大街㗎,夜晚都幾有feel嘅。而且係有冷氣嘅,所以唔怕熱。火焰新派老虎蝦($328): 呢個係見到隔籬枱叫,所以我地都嗌咗嘅,真係好適合打卡,適逢星期五,就叫好啲啦。老虎蝦好新鮮好蝦牙,而且每隻都係大過隻手板。連埋咖喱汁都幾正,我哋自己再嗌蒜蓉包($36)黎點。蒜蓉包烤得好脆,但係自己會想食一啲外脆內軟嘅包,咁樣好似會索多啲咖喱汁。燒牛肉沙律($128): 燒牛肉烤得剛好,而且有炭燒嘅味道,不過沙律就真係比較地道,意思係真係會比較辣嘅。我自己就食左幾啖就頂唔順啦。串燒沙嗲雞+豬($38@兩串): 即叫即燒,所以上菜嘅時候都好熱,配上沙嗲醬,係去泰國舖頭必叫嘅。香葉炒豆腐($108):本身諗住叫香葉炒飯,但係見到佢有呢一個炒豆腐,我見平時嘅泰菜舖頭冇,所以就叫咗啦。佢係用上我哋平時熟悉嘅玉子豆腐,不過同樣佢嘅香葉肉碎都係偏辣,所以配上豆腐就啱啱好可以解辣。芒果糯米飯($68): 糯米好香,上菜嘅時候都係熱辣辣嘅,芒果好甜,而且連埋椰汁咁樣食就真係天衣無縫啦,每次叫泰菜都會食。White temple ($108): yakult,荔枝,橙汁同白酒。望落去都知道係啱晒女仔嘅選擇,容易入口,而且酒味唔算好出。Pomelo master ($98): Gin 底,配elderflower同peach,飲落去香甜,而且杯邊有鹽,帶返gin嘅少少酒香。總結:呢度嘅嘢食同埋酒水選擇都好多,仲多過平時泰菜嘅小店,好適合一大班人一邊食嘢一邊嗌酒飲。同笑話俾我聽,原來佢哋平時都會有$98 free flow!真係啱晒同啲朋友一齊過一個星期五晚。…Read More

有時喺中環好難搵到一啲性價比高嘅餐廳,一係就係西餐,一係就係其他fusion菜。今日竟然搵到一間車仔麵舖。秘製辣魷魚($38):本身有啲猶豫叫唔叫,不過朋友食到辣,所以就諗住黐下佢。點知其實都唔算好辣,係個種微辣會令到你想追食嘅,魷魚爽口,而且份量都算多。沙嗲金錢肚($35): 煮得好入味,而且好淋,都幾有水準。滷水五拼面($81): 牛筋,牛腩,蘿蔔,滷水蛋,滷煮豬腸。要一陣嘅係蘿蔔好甜,而且都好大嚿,好入味!牛腩同牛筋都住得夠淋,而且份量多。自選五拼:其實好少叫咁多,但係諗住豁出去啦,食得車仔麵就唔好嫌貴。牛柏葉,牛腩,糖心蛋,冬菇,雞翼。因為朋友叫咗蘿蔔,所以自己就叫冬菇,聽講人哋話食車仔麵嘅,呢兩樣嘢就最食到師傅嘅手勢,雖然食材簡單,但係要煮得都難嘅。冬菇入味,而且索哂d沙嗲汁! 牛腩嘅話,就唔係舊舊都淋,不夠勝在份量多,多數都係一啖就咬到。糖心蛋個食到最尾先開始食,都仲係可以留心嘅。嘢飲就叫咗凍檸水同埋asahi。要留意嘅係佢哋嘅辣椒真係好勁,如果鍾意辣嘅就會覺得好惹味好香😂總結:自己好耐冇食個車仔麵,雖然都知道而家食車仔麵都已經唔係以前咁平嘅事情,所以更加着重佢嘅材料同埋煮法。呢間舖頭又坐得舒服,而且份量好足好大碗,真係會食得好飽。值得支持小店。…Read More

旺角行人專用區附近都真係手搖飲品嘅戰場,今日見到有呢一間唔係買普通嘅珍珠奶茶就決定試吓。巴旦木牛油果乳酪奶昔($54): 本身以為呢一個同另一個牛油果乳酪奶昔差唔多,以為用一種特別啲嘅牛油果,點知睇返英文先知原來係加咗杏仁嘅。牛油果乳酪奶昔叫咗無糖,飲落去好健康,唔會有太大浸牛油果嘅味道,我覺得唔鍾意牛油果嘅人都可以試吓,而且做完奶昔之後店員會將牛油果鋪上面,杏仁係底。杏仁都有好多,起碼有二十幾粒!自己覺得唯一美中不足嘅就係杏仁有時會kick住飲管,搞到我飲飲下都放棄咗,直程唔要蓋咁樣飲。海紅山楂乳酪奶昔($38): 朋友叫咗呢一杯,同樣都係要無糖嘅,但係飲落去就啱啱好,應該係用咗我哋平時食開嘅山楂餅,甜中帶酸,幾開胃,好快就飲完一杯啦。總結:一睇個價錢其實大概同其他手搖飲品差唔多,但係真係睇住店員整嘅時候就知道其實真係所有嘢都真材實料,而且乳酪飲品叫無糖,應該唔會肥得去邊掛😂…Read More

難得放假,同朋友去咗呢間咖啡室嗰度Hea。揀呢間,因為覺得佢哋裝修好光猛,而且樓底夠高,感覺上好舒適。味噌豬頸肉egg drop ($88): 見到豬頸肉出邊好似冇乜舖頭會做,所以就試吓。賣相好靚,有好多唔同嘅顏色,一望落就覺得好似好好食咁。麵包搽過牛油,好香。配菜方面有生菜,滑蛋同埋蕃茄,要讚一讚個滑蛋煮得好出色,好香牛油味。建議所有配菜一齊食,如果就咁食豬頸肉嘅話會稍為太overpowering。松葉蟹肉意粉($138):一上菜嘅時候都幾surprise,冇諗過一間咁細嘅咖啡室會咁抌本比咁多蟹肉落去,初頭嗰幾啖諗住慳返啲蟹肉,食到最尾竟然仲有好多剩低😂 味道方面都幾夾,食到有牛油同蒜香嘅味道,而且松葉蟹肉最欣賞嘅係真係完全冇食到一啲任何細殼,淡淡都係肉。Matcha Special ($60): menu講話有豆腐,燕麥奶同埋抹茶,但係豆腐就唔係太飲得出,飲落去嘅時候好滑,而且好香抹茶味道。Black Latte($55): 朋友叫咗呢一杯黑芝麻飲品,完全符合香港人對甜品或者飲品嘅要求,唔會過甜,好香芝麻味道。總結:自己一向都好支持呢一啲小店,而且全部木系嘅裝修感覺好舒服。仲要嘢食都真係唔錯,可以過一個悠閒嘅週末。…Read More

見到呢間新開,所以去咗試。手工沙嗲手切牛肉沾面(火鍋)$68: 本身以為係好似日本style咁樣嘅沾麵,點知原來係火鍋上嘅,一上菜嘅時候手切牛肉睇落好新鮮。放入沙嗲湯底入邊搞一搞就食得啦,好嫩滑之餘,亦都好有牛味。再用$40加咗四粒牛筋丸,一餃落去好多汁,而且好彈牙,絕對值得一試,$10一粒好值得。跟套餐加嘅風沙雞翼($14)都做得幾出色,腌料偏甜,偏向台灣味道。再加咗$20(4粒)花枝丸,比香港買嘅花枝丸,佢足料好多,每一啖都有花枝嘅肉。百葉豆腐($9)有三嚿,味道正常,但亦都有台灣嘅味道。涼拌大豆芽($9),味道小辣。蔥油厚切香茅豬扒($45):本身係見到啲相好靚,所以跟咗人哋叫,但係點知真係好厚身,而且有兩塊,亦都係即叫即炸嘅。鮮蕃茄湯手切牛肉麵($65): 本身諗住試吓呢間餐廳嘅唔同味道,所以叫咗呢個。手切牛肉同樣係好新鮮,而且蕃茄湯底都好鮮甜,有唔少蕃茄喺入邊,值回票價。白桃烏龍(+3): 自己幾鍾意呢個台灣味道,因為白桃味好subtle,但飲得出唔係人工嘅味道。總結:自己覺得係尖沙咀呢個地段有呢個價錢嘅食物好抵食,而且好還原得到台灣原味道。絕對值得支持。…Read More

朋友介紹呢間尖沙咀居酒屋。見佢價錢都相宜所以就試吓。雞皮餃子五隻($68): 我自己就冇見過呢一種雞皮餃子,但朋友話原來喺日本都幾受歡迎嘅。外皮煎得香脆,入邊嘅餡就同平時食開嘅日本餃子差唔多。食雞皮嘅朋友唔好錯過啦。白鱔配金山寺味噌($68):不時不食,但係而家都係算係當造,所以叫咗。白鱔食落新鮮而且彈牙,泥味清得幾好,唔算好重。雞翼($28): 同樣即叫即煎,煎得外皮香脆,但係入邊雞肉都係仲係好Juicy,調味亦都好夠,完全唔使點任何額外嘅鹽或者豉油,好抵食。明太子長芋($38):自己鍾意呢一啲澱粉質類嘅食物,長芋一定會嗌,但係稍為明太子醬就有啲失色。因為食得出係批發嘅明太子醬,間間日本舖頭都係嗰種味。自己唔介意俾貴少少,如果有一細舊真嘅明太子喺上面燒嘅話應該會更加鮮味。牛肉鵝肝卷($128): 上菜嘅時候好搶眼,擺盤擺得好靚,而且個樣好吸引。慢慢吹左幾啖先食到鵝肝嘅味道,但係配上牛肉又幾特別,而且都幾夾。配上醋飯可以中和到兩種肉嘅油膩感。刺身拼盤:呢個係朋友大推嘅,佢對魚都幾講究。佢推介呢一間餐廳都係因為話可以食到一啲平時唔算太常見嘅魚,而且都好新鮮。新鮮就不在話下啦,而且每樣都好鮮甜。自己本身係點豉油嘅,但係食到一半先發覺原來有一小碟酸汁跟上,味道又完全不一樣。總結:今次坐喺師傅枱隔離,真係完全睇到佢點樣準備食物,手法都好純熟。食物真係有返咁上下質素,而且價錢完全唔貴,下次一定會再叫酒同朋友飲返兩杯。想提一提,呢度除咗食物之外,其實都應該叫做係一間鬼太郎嘅日本餐廳,由佢用碟,做裝飾全部都係鬼太郎,連師傅嘅制服都有鬼太郎印咗上去,好搞笑。…Read More

終於比我排到呢一間人氣米之連推介泰菜,以為6點鐘去到可以早啲入去,但係都排咗大概15分鐘。黑豚肉船麵(金邊粉)($108): 湯底好好食,好飲亦都好重肉味,鮮甜。豚肉略嫌有少少過咗火,但係肉丸完全補救到,好Juicy。金邊粉好滑,而且碗入邊都有唔同嘅配菜有芽菜,洋蔥等等。我朋友連湯都飲埋。和牛炒飯($118):叫呢個純粹想睇吓佢做炒飯好唔OK,結果都幾驚喜。本身以為會係幾片黃牛擺上上面,結果係和牛碎炒埋一碟嘅,入邊有蕃茄,洋蔥,蛋同埋其他調味料。調味都啱啱好,唔會喊之餘亦會想再食多幾啖。份量亦都幾大碟。飛天通菜($88):可以揀辣定唔辣,朋友食唔到辣,所以叫咗唔辣嘅。好好食!冇乜見到好多馬拉盞,但係佢嘅調味完全係極鮮,而且唔會過鹹,同埋菜都好嫩,冇乜筋。之前睇報道,可能因為佢嘅選材都係泰國直送嘅原因,真係好似喺泰國食緊咁。芒果糯米飯($88): 點可以唔食芒果糯米飯,上菜嘅時候都幾靚,跟嘅汁偏向多少少煉奶味。今次嘅芒果唔算太甜,但係自己俾佢嘅糯米飯完全吸引住,第一次覺得芒果唔跟糯米飯食冇咁好食😂 好淋而且好煙韌完全係我杯茶。 總結:入到去嘅時候完全就係覺得去咗泰國咁樣飾品質素當然有返咁上下,而且自己覺得佢哋食材都好認真,應該全部都係喺泰國入口嘅,如果唔係唔會做到真係原汁原味嘅泰國菜。而且喺中環呢個地段而呢個價錢食泰菜根本一啲都唔貴,絕對可以再一次。…Read More

今日經過灣仔,竟然俾我近期食餃子嘅愛店,又去幫襯啦。佢都真係開到成行成市。龍凰松茸雙湯餃($92): 八隻。同行朋友第一次食,所以叫咗呢個俾佢試,自己覺得黑松露味比較突出,但係同樣都係皮薄餡靚。自己覺得呢個用湯上嘅話會好過煎,後者可能會覺得太Heavy。牛角鮮蝦豬肉煎餃($60): 六隻。好開心,終於俾我搵到佢哋出新嘅餃子!食落去鮮蝦爽滑彈牙,而且每隻都起碼有兩至三粒蝦以上,用煎方法就最好不過啦。麥餞雞翼(大)($33):5隻。同樣有水準,麥棧好入味,食到入面都係有甜甜嘅味道,朋友大讚。山楂雪梨水($20): 每次都叫,真係感覺好潤喉,而且覺得好補身同埋呢個價錢好抵飲。唔會太甜,成杯就係健康嘅感覺。蜂蜜檸檬薏米水($20): 朋友就飲呢個蜂蜜薏米水,呢個自己之前都有飲過,都幾鍾意佢淡淡的檸檬味,同樣唔會過甜,補身嘅選擇。總結:自己其實都試過佢幾間,覺得其實質素都真係有保證,每一間嘅味道都係有返咁上下。當然自己本身嘅餃子亦都做得好,無論係煎餃或者湯餃同樣出色。成件事好健康!…Read More

食過佢中環嘅分店,今日行過尖沙咀見到一個好細嘅牌,原來係喺地庫入邊嘅,再次一戰。紅燒蕃茄牛肉麵($78): 蕃茄湯底好入味,而且又真嘅蕃茄仔係湯底入邊,佢嘅紅燒牛肉好林,完全冇蘇味,值得一試嘅一碗台灣牛肉麵。唔單止牛肉,而且仲有牛筋嘅,同樣都係炆得好腍。麻辣擔擔私房牛肉拌麵($89):唔算太辣,如果食到少少辣嘅朋友都應該OK嘅,麻重過本身嘅辣度。牛肉方面應該同蕃茄牛肉麵一樣,而且都係有牛筋。以為拌麵係純粹乾身嘅面配上醬汁,但係呢一個係有少少半湯咁嘅形式上菜嘅湯底都ok! 魚酥皮蛋豆腐($45):價錢都幾親民,而且呢隻係凍上嘅,自己覺得做前菜一流。魚鬆同皮蛋嘅份量好多,好慷慨。逢甲鹽酥雞($42):好耐冇去過台灣嘅朋友,叫呢度餸就啱啱好啦,真係有台灣夜市鹽酥雞嘅味道,而且仲要係即叫即整。南投縣百香果QQ ($38): 之前去中環好似冇見過,茶底配上百香果珍珠同埋QQ,珍珠同QQ嘅份量佔大概三份一杯,岀手闊綽,亦唔算太甜。桂花烏龍冷泡茶($28):正常嘅冷泡茶,不過桂花味都幾香。總結:覺得呢一間台灣菜都真係幾有水準,而且價錢抵食,裝修亦都令人坐得好舒服。…Read More

法式蕃茄牛頰肉撈檬($58):本身以為會係平時食開豬扒撈檬咁樣會有汁俾你撈嘅,但係呢一個呢就係蕃茄牛肉嘅汁。佢嘅汁撈喺熱嘅檬粉上面其實都幾惹味,雖然自己唔會覺得呢一樣係好傳統嘅越南菜。但係絕對值得一試。+$26:追加椰青班蘭椰汁糕,純粹見到佢賣相好靚,如果鍾意椰香朋友一定唔可以錯過。質地就好似大菜糕咁樣火車頭粉($89):佢呢度可以揀小鮮肉或者生牛片,我哋就揀咗小鮮嫩肉,好似特別少少咁樣,食落去好滑,而且都好重牛味。配料都算好多,其實如果一個女仔就咁食一碗應該會好飽。湯底亦鮮甜。食越南嘢又點少得佢哋嘅小食拼盤呢,我哋嗌咗一個($76),分別有蔗蝦,牛油雞翼,炸豬扒,炸春卷。自己好鍾意每一道餸,真係新鮮炸出嚟嘅,蝦夠彈牙,而且炸豬扒都好有香茅嘅味道。自己覺得如果可以多少少配菜多少少醃蘿蔔絲就更加好啦。最後我哋每人叫咗一杯嘢飲,我就叫咗椰青,呢一個我相信係我近呢幾年飲得最開心嘅一個椰青!好鮮甜好清新好清爽,而且入邊嘅椰子肉都好滑好容易就整出嚟食。朋友就嗌咗鹹檸檬青檸梳打,正常發揮。總結:喺荃灣要搵一間坐得舒服,而且又乾淨嘅越南舖頭都唔容易,而且呢一間舖頭原來已經係集團式經營,自己反而就冇乜聽過,下次會同爹哋媽咪一齊再嚟食嘅。價錢唔算貴,而且食物都有質素完全值得一試。…Read More

自己都好少飲手搖嘢飲,但係今日同事話呢一間龜記茗茶喺台灣過江龍,所以就即管試吓。蘋果紅萱(1分糖/微冰): ($36)本身以為佢啲果茶都係有果肉係入邊,但係呢一個紅蘋果紅萱就冇嘅,但係飲落去好清甜好潤喉。成個感覺好清新好健康。檸檬蘆薈蜜(1分糖/微冰): ($40) 同事就話呢個好清新,而且飲得出係真材實料,唔會係平時街買嗰啲化學品味。而且飲得到蜂蜜嘅味道。花沫烏龍奶茶加珍珠(3分糖/微冰): ($36) 同事覺得呢一個好正,因為佢哋嘅珍珠好淋,我試左一啖覺得完全係台灣嘅味道,食到落去中心都係軟林林嘅,以後一定要加佢哋嘅虎珀珍珠。而且茶底亦都號出嚟,飲得出係靚烏龍嚟嘅。仲有同事本身諗住叫一分糖,但係佢哋同事話最好係配上三分糖。所以要留意。蜜桃烏龍(1分糖/微冰): ($39) 飲得出係真材實料嘅味道同事話佢每一次佢都會飲呢一個,所以試咗佢一啖。真係飲落去係好清新嘅感覺,而且飲完之後完全冇口渴嘅感覺。旺梨四季春(1分糖/微冰): ($38) 見到呢個係排行榜上面,所以就買咗比個同事,佢話飲完之後都覺得真係好足料,飲到一絲絲嘅菠蘿。總結:我哋大家所有人飲完之後都覺得係真材實料,而且茶底亦都好認真,飲得出係用上靚材料嘅,所以就算其實價錢貴少少都會俾得開心啲,而且佢嘅杯嘅分量都好大,無話分size,飲完都幾飽😂…Read More
