經朋友介紹,聽聞此店fusion創意甚好而且水準不低,幾個朋友就約定上呢間私房菜慶祝生日。大廳座位及枱的分佈很寬闊,沒有壓迫感,私隱度夠高,值得一贊。可惜三五知己聚頭太高興忘記了影相煙燻帶子王煎得剛好不老,上面有些魚子醬,顯得衿貴之餘,味道好夾。龍蝦天婦羅很香脆,是我吃過的天婦羅之中較高水準的。推介!冰鎮花雕雞是用走地黃油雞醃制,非常嫩口,推介!「山海頌」估佢唔到是海味煲仔飯,用料好名貴,有花膠,鮑魚,瑤柱等,我幾喜歡陣陣薑蔥味加飯焦味。環境舒服,菜式美味有創意,真系一眾好友相聚的好選擇,值得推介…Read More

每次去上海都必定會幫襯『蘇浙匯』,肇嘉濱路那間分店(徐家匯)的毛蟹炒年糕有靚又抵食。終於香港有分店喇!同屋企人來食午餐。先來個黑魚子煙薰蛋,傳統薰蛋灑幾粒魚子馬上添加幾分矜貴,薰味也夠香濃。招牌素鮑魚也是值得推介,雖然是麵筋類假鮑魚但賣相及味道一流。素鵝也不過不失。蘇浙湯飽其實就係小籠包,做得不錯,但沒什麼驚喜。清炒蝦仁和紅燒肉也很到位,總括來講此店蘇浙菜式正宗,還有清酒蒸鰣魚沒點,不過下次應該會,很多老一代上海人都對此菜式情有獨鍾。室內裝煌比較新派及富歐陸色彩,有些華麗,請客OK。…Read More

This was a casual family gathering to try out contemporary cuisine in a nostalgic setting.The walk down the pathway to the restaurant is a reminiscence of the old British ammunition storage facility (英軍彈藥庫). The decor of the restaurant is of a gun and metal theme - understandably.The slow cooked egg with sea urchin on top was a genius creation, and beautifully presented. The crab salad was just soso, nothing to write home about, but OK. :)A twist on Spaghetti vongole with basil added, quite tasty but rather common and ordinary (probably something you can get at California Pizza Kitchen).I have a weakness for pasta with a cheese sauce - this is just ordinary pasta dish but the pecorino cheese made it tasty enough for me.The angel hair with uni was a nice blend with a generous portion of sea urchin. :) And the ravioli with Peking duck filling was a good combination but like I said nothing new to me. :)The fettucini with ossobuco was also quite OK according to my friend, though the portion of osso buco was a bit light. 第一次來此餐廳,也是朋友看「開飯喇」食評而挑選的。六個人坐餐廳唯一一張大圓枱,半開放式包廂,其它枱都係細張坐2至4人的。冬蔭功湯夠香夠鮮味,中辣程度適合大路口味。炸蝦餅很彈牙及有鮮蝦味,很到位。黃咖喱炒蝦也是水準很高,濃郁的咖喱香配大頭蝦確實吸引。朋友實在是蝦迷,成餐飯有三樣係有蝦,連Pad Thai都要配蝦!不過D蝦好新鮮,所以都唔介意食多D。我地共五人食晒所有嘢,食物與環境都一流,值得推薦!…Read More

這次是我第一次來,朋友食過覺得幾好就請客。入口至內裡佈置和裝修都很有氣派,樓底高是其一大賣點。服務員溫文有禮及態度殷勤,對餸菜及酒都有一定認識 朋友點了頭盤,鎮江肴肉,醉雞,和巒巒千層(腐皮)都中規中矩,唯獨烤麩乾硬無鮮味,其賣相更加不堪入目,有待改善。再上一道得獎餸叫「湖江泛影」(2010年奬海鮮組),賣相攞足分,但用的蟹粉卻有腥味,如果參賽時用此腥蟹粉一定輸硬。另外有些魚柳及菜都OK啦,無驚喜。重有碟也是得奬餸叫「香花紫綠悠」,其實就係炸豆腐,也是非常一搬。總括係環境一流,菜式還可以。但腥蟹粉給我留下麻麻印象。:(…Read More

之前來過一次係至少四年前既事,晚餐鋸扒,食物中規中矩啦。今次係朋友請客食午餐,宜家已經好少食自助餐,因為消化能力已經大倒退,再唔係後生時代咁嚓得。但今次既模式係semi-buffet,自助式前菜沙律bar,自選主菜。所以就比較適合我D。先講自助吧,原來都幾夠分量,有翡翠螺,幾種生蠔,小龍蝦(crayfish)。重有7,8款魚生刺身既壽司吧。覺得佢既頭盤選擇完全夠料,唔係用麵包或菜沙律嚟充斥吧枱喎種buffet。:)但講起麵包佢係有,但唔係在沙律吧處,係另外熱騰騰端到面前。我有兩個年紀大既朋友就特別喜愛吃新鮮出爐麵包。已經勒住佢地,咪咁老襯俾麵包塞飽!龍利配帶子夠嫩夠滑,但帶子如果多一粒,表面再煎焦少少就更正,本人特別喜愛帶子,所以會推薦。烤羊扒都幾嫩滑,肉質頗算甜美,可以推薦。煎黃魚就唔係好掂,唔夠鮮美,肉質有D鬆過頭,寧願食龍利都唔食哩個,所以唔會推薦此菜式。:(烤雞腿中規中矩,冇咩驚喜,但都OK啦。重有,千其唔好叫瓶裝水,除非你鍾意被砍到一頸血!總括來講此 semi-buffet lunch 係值得推介,尤其係愛食蠔既朋友,淨係食蠔同翡翠螺已經賺足有凸!我朋友用信用卡結賬有75折,如果冇叫瓶裝水就抵晒!…Read More
