住係日出康城 因為無乜西餐選擇 平時經常食呢間 性價比高 雖然選擇唔算太多 但味道質素都唔錯 尤其咖啡👍🏻直至今日遲左食dinner 大概8點15分 坐低waitress即刻叫我揀食乜 話廚房last order 我menu都未點有時間睇 就唯有好快叫左平時食開既嘢 所有嘢食上得好快 每一樣都睇得出同食得出廚房趕住收工 就連平時食開既sour dough pizza 都差好遠 唔夠香又唔夠脆 非常失望 呢一日仲要係公眾假期，如果平時可能更早廚房就開始趕收工 預估之後都會需要再黎 畢竟康城選擇唔多 希望呢個問題可以改善下…Read More

一路食開敏華，但係康城呢間管理同服務都極度差。8點半入座已經基本無嘢食選擇，明明9點半收，見到有客人9點鐘點單店員已經話收左，唔俾人叫嘢食。第二次再早d, 8點去，仲少嘢食選擇，只好換第二間食，8點半外賣平台 已經無得叫嘢食。搬黎康城之前住係太古，康怡個間管理好服務好，經常幫襯。康城呢間d員工咁唔想做生意d老闆知唔知？6點開始晚市，8點就基本無嘢食，員工只做一轉生意d老闆係埋無意見？…Read More

Have been here a few times. The food quality has been quite unstable, but tonight we had the worst experience. We sat down at 8:20 on the 2nd floor, and we felt that we had to order and eat very quickly, coz the service staff here were rushing to get off work. We could literally hear the kitchen staff asking the floor staff how many tables were left. The food quality was the worst we’ve ever had, the hot dishes were lukewarm. The kitchen staff probably didn’t care about sticking to the food quality standards at that hour, but the service staff were also busy doing the closing, so they couldn’t bring out the food on time. Then at around 9, half hour before the last order time, all service staff were busy mopping the floor, cleaning everything, instead of serving the customers. At 21:30, the noises finally stopped as they were 100% ready to get off work albeit us still sitting there chewing. I understand they want to get off work on time, but we really couldn’t enjoy our food properly and would therefore never choose this place again after 20:00. Very disappointing. :(…Read More

Had a horrible dining experience at Frites. I've been a regular customer of the franchise and I have to say we won't be returning. I ordered the seafood pasta and there was something in it that couldn't even be chewed.  I spit it out and turned out it was a little ball, with the size of a coin, made from thread or fur, something unrecognizable but definitely non-edible. It was so gross. Later on, we saw a tiny little shadow flashing by. It was a cockroach! We asked the waitress to get rid of it and she only slightly mentioned "sorry", and that was it! No sincere apology, no follow-up service. And we even had to ask them to come again and clean the table for us. Horrible experience. Would not return and would not recommend this place to others (which I've done so many times before). This incident reflects their ignorant service and extremely poor hygiene. 服務態度極為惡劣。係門口，個server完全ignore客人，不停搞個外賣單，連基本greeting都無，亦無話唔好意思要等下呢d常規要講既說話。等左好耐之後，終於過來，態度非常rude，行去張臺度講左3次，we are busy, you have to leave by xx:xx. 成個過程好似比我地入去係恩賜，一副高高在上咁既樣。該服務人員態度惡劣，毫無專業可言，好似未曾受過training。crispy bread soft到一個點，叫距地換，等左8分鐘，總軟過換之前。寫complaint letter去投訴，只叫我地加翻張receipt之後就杳無音訊，以後都唔會再幫襯呢間。…Read More
